I purchased my tickets in February of this year for Queen I have receipt saying I did pay for them- it also assigned seats I have emails telling me to claim my tickets but it takes me to a site that says it is not secure so it will not open I have had a 40 minute chat with one of your reps telling me she can't find my record I have proof of payment from my bank account I fear that this company stole $500 from me!!!!CityTicketsOnline.org

This company engages in predatory and fraudulent business practices online. I attempted to purchase tickets for a concert at a local venue in *********, ** for which I had seen ******** advertisements for $25 and $50 general admission. When I did a web search for the venue. Their fake website popped up first in the web search with an address that looked like the venue's site including the venue's name in the web address. Fake site: **********.musichalllexington.org The real venue's site: manchestermusichall.com I thought that I was dealing with the real vender, but was charged $37 per ticket with large handing and service charged that totaled over $114 two tickets on checkout. The next morning I found the real website and I punched in my order and came up with a reasonable total of less than $60 for two tickets including taxes and handling. Beware of this fraudulent company. I saw the small print third party reseller this morning as well on cityticketsonline.org's venue pretending website. They of course have an all sales are final policy. I am also reporting them to the **** I demand a refund and will never do business with them again. Beware of this unethical company.CityTicketsOnline.org

I am in the process of getting my *********************** tickets that I was supposed to be provided with yesterday, though they never arrived! I paid nearly $3K for them in 2022, but the concert is tonight and I was promised I would get my tickets yesterday or money back, but neither has happened and I have two young teenage girls that are devastated!! I have contacted everyone I can to try and get these tickets, but to nothing has happened yet! I'll be sure to update this if I do get my tickets, but so far, this has been a horrible experience for me (and I am stressed out of my mind)!CityTicketsOnline.org

This company practices deceptive business tactics intended to trick customers into purchasing event tickets from them. Poor customer service upon inquiry, and refusal to cancel order despite not having provided any goods or services.CityTicketsOnline.org

It's a scam. Somehow swapped me out from the official venue to their site. Paid with credit card and did not receive any confirmation email. Weeks later, tracked them down from the charge on my credit card statement. Alot of conflicting information over the status of who I bought the ticket from, what description would be on my credit card statement, and when the tickets would be available. Online portal said the tickets were ready in February, email that I finally received said they won't be available until 2 days before the concert in July! Refused to cancel and refund or escalate to a supervisor. Only offered their partner site to resell my tickets which I don't have and will be more fees and I don't want to participate if the tickets are not legitimate. They get 1 Star only because you have to make a selection...it should be zero. There are 50 complaints on this site so far. Do not use!!CityTicketsOnline.org

Do not use this company. Same issues as the others below including deceptive website linking to team and city as official. Tickets 48% above list price and price you would have if you purchased directly. Service charge 52% of face value of ticket. I have not received the tickets and basically paid double the cost.CityTicketsOnline.org

Total scam company, absolutely do not buy any tickets from this company. They send you to a fake Ticketmaster website after purchasing the tickets which of course does not work then they say the problem is with Ticketmaster and you need to contact them.
