  I was sent to this website thinking I was Getting the actual Venue ticket agent, and was sent to cityticketsonliine.org instead, I placed an order and I thought it was kinda high but things cost a lot now a days When I received the tickets in the mail I found out that the tickets I purchased where $ ***** each and I paid for insurance incase something happened that they could not make the show.which made each ticket $70. When the total came up it was $ ****** and I was shocked. so this company charges for their service $555. When I clicked onto the seating area that is the price that was shown they didn't say your cost is this our cost is this so you can decide if its a good deal or not. NEVER would i recommend them. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Such a shame that people take advantage of others in this way. DO NOT USE THEM.....

It is important to remember that we are a nationwide marketplace where professional ticket-selling companies resell tickets to popular events. We are not affiliated with any event organizers, (artists, teams, venues, etc) and make no claims otherwise. We dont directly own, price, charge you or ship the tickets you see listed on our website. The tickets are priced by the sellers based on ticket availability and the events popularity. This means that ticket prices on our site will almost always be above or below the face value printed on the tickets. It is stated on all pages of checkout that prices may be above or below the face value. By placing the order, you agreed to the use of our website, our policies and all order details, including, but not limited to, payment information. Your tickets were delivered in accordance with the policies and we hope you enjoyed your event.

  Be careful with this site. They advertise the site page with the name of the city + Tickets, so it doesn't look like cityticketsonline. Additionally, the site name transfers to center+city.org so you don't really see cityticketsonline.org anywhere but the customer service complaint email address. I ordered tickets on Nov 21 and realized that they were not in my box. When doing some digging, I realized that i may have been part of a scam. I immediately called and spoke to someone from their customer service team. He stated that they cannot issue a refund but that i could resell the tickets, that i don't have. They stated that i would get the tickets, without knowing the confirmed seats, until 24 hours of the event - for security purposes? When you book a room, a rental car, and need to make pre-plans, 24 hrs of the event doesn't work especially from a business that clearly does not care for their customers. He wouldn't let me speak to supervisor and would not reach out the "Actual" ticket seller to request that the tickets be sent now. This is an all-around scam. The sad thing is that i thought i was buying the actual tickets from the venue. It's likely that i just lost $720 - but I disputed the charge on my CC and will get litigation involve if i have to just to help prevent this from happening to others.

Our website is clearly identified as a resale marketplace throughout the purchase process. All website disclaimers and order details, including but not limited to delivery information, are displayed, reviewed and confirmed when placing an order. It is the client's responsibility to know what website they are using and if it is their intended.

  Absolutely agree with the others. I was linked to city tickets online.org by the venue who hosted the event. This company is a complete scam. Don't believe what they said on their website. No 100% money back guarantee, no guarantee you can get into the event you paid for. They said they are **************** but they are actually no longer an active member with ****************. Bought 2 tickets to a concert and they sent me 2 invalid tickets that I could not get into the show. Refused to refund me and the customer service person took you in circle with no help. Never ever buy from them again.

  Similar issue as others. Paid $430 for two tickets to a concert. When I went to claim the tickets via their link in the email it said the tickets were already provided to my email and that I could not obtain them? I reached out to them for a resolution and they state that it could have been a system error or something I needed to figure out with TicketMasterthere was nothing they could do to help me and I was out the $430 ($100 of that was for fees for them) and could not even obtain these tickets. Felt like a complete scam.

Your tickets were properly delivered to your email address as provided during checkout and there was no error or issue on our behalf. The ticket acceptance process is entirely user initiated and we have no control over which account ******************** may have been accepted into, only the platform has that information. We hope you were able to locate your tickets and attend your event.

  Saying digital tickets sent to an email that accepted them, which none of them were mine, I thoroughly checked and there customer service will have you in circles without any real solid help or ways to fix the issue200.00+ thrown right down the drain, total scam!

From there, the ticket acceptance process is entirely user initiated - we do not have any control over what account accepts ******************** or any issues; nor do we have any way to know what account was utilized when accepting tickets. Any and all platform concerns needs to be addressed directly with the platform.
