  We're Highland Park residents, and with the help of **** *******, our landscape issue was resolved in one day. Never expected such immediate expertise. We don't need to contact Seabeeeze very often,but when we do, either **** or her staff always comes through Thank you **** *******.

  **** ******** is an excellent Community Manager! Weve worked together on several items for HOAs over the years, and hes always quick to respond, easy to work with, and detail-oriented. Seabreeze is lucky to have him!

  Seabreeze manages our HOA and they have done a good job overall. I recently submitted a garage door change request and they communicated well and had a quick turnaround for the approval process.

  My husband and I are thrilled with the prompt service and professionalism of the Seabreeze Management. A special thanks goes to Anne De Leon who went above and beyond to resolve the issue we had with one of our neighbors. John and Anne have always been responsive to our emails and made sure that the neighbor complies with the HOA regulations. Their professionalism in handling the issue with our neighbor shows that our concern mattered to them, and they addressed it promptly.

  I never thought I will be writing a five star review for an ***.These five stars go out to the Seabreeze Management team and specially to **** ******* who was helping me.We live in one of Seabreeze *** territories, and I have a next door neighbor that would not maintain certain aspects of their yard, which was affecting my propertys appearance, and bringing its value down, also causing me great stress. luckily one of our other neighbors suggested that we reach out to the **** so, sure enough, I emailed the *** and I received an immediate response. They informed me that whatever the neighbor is doing is against the rules and he needs to ********* multiple violation letters from the *** and weeks later this neighbor was still defiant, but the *** was very persistent in to resolve this ******** the way, this was not a one-time incident, this has been happening about twice a year for the past five years and sea breeze had always come to the rescue, with total professionalism and immediate response to emails, even on *********** conclusion, I am very grateful to Seabreeze Management and specially to **** ******* whom I feel she went above and beyond.Thank you ****!

  I have been with Seabreeze Management long enough to feel very secure and confident when I contact ****** ******** that Seabreeze will take care of my needs. Some issues have required several commuincations via email and ****** always comes along for the ride with the help I have needed. When and if I have needed to contact outside sources ****** has been the one to provide the correct assistance to get me to the appropriate parties. The bottom line, when I need something, she takes care of me. I do not give out perfect scores, humans will always provide challenges, needs, that surprise and can be difficult to anticipate.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize **** ******** for his exceptional support and professionalism.On June 5th, I had a plumbing issue and contacted the office to request a list of plumbing companies with *** contracts. **** promptly responded with not only the list of approved vendors but also the *** plumbing policies. He followed up the very next day, June 6th, to check on the issue and offer further assistance.**** is consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. His responsiveness and thoroughness made a stressful situation much easier to manage.   ***** *****, the Community Manager, was extremely helpful. We had incurred a number of fees due to unsuccessful ACH attempts by the *** after the loss of our mother and while we were managing her affairs prior to the sale of her home. ***** responded extremely quickly to my email requesting that the fees be waived and assisted in getting them waived.
