      ***** ********, General Manager and ***** *******, ********************* have turned our community around since Seabreeze took over. They are both extremely efficient and very friendly. Most importantly, they are always accessible to talk to residents and help solve problems.

      Recently there was an issue with my check not being deposited for a quarterly assessment. I kept inquiring at the ********** in the clubhouse at ******** to get some answers as to what happened with the check. After multiple visits at the **********, the situation has been resolved and I was very relieved. I want to give a big shout out to ******* Barrels, ******* ***** and ******* ****** for all of their support and help. They are always so nice, helpful when needed and just great people all the way around.

      I have nothing but great things to say about Ardiente, a Seabreeze Management Community in ***************. ***** ********, is a knowledgeable, efficient and hands on manager and has the place running smoothly. The community is incredible and getting better since her arrival there. If you are looking for a great community, check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
