    We joined this site to pay an independent contractor and manage other bills as needed. Unfortunately, they delayed the verification process until we needed to make payments, which resulted in a delay in paying our bills. Ultimately, our bills were never paid because the company canceled them, leading to the worst customer experience we've ever had.The company claims to offer 24/7 support, but it is just a broken chatbot. When you finally manage to chat with a human representative, since there's no phone support, they spend about 10 seconds reviewing your case before sending a generic form response once a day. There is no real-time resolution. The responses often seem like they come from a chatbot because they are irrelevant and unhelpful.In addition to their poor service, the company independently harassed our contractor by telling him that they didn't service his industry and canceling his account. Avoid this company at all costs; they don't care about your business and only want your money.

    I would like to share an experience about how they treat our new business.First of all, we are in healthcare business of distribution. We basically needed continuous operating capital to be able to supply and deliver important products to Doctors and other clinics. Bill.com has received the funds on the 7th of June 2024. Verified business owners information on the 10th with all Identification , passport, business license, Ein, verified issuers of funds and confirmed, has routed to over 10 virtual customer service from out of the country. Notified us that funds is cleared, release to my account and solved and on the 21st of June stated that our account was deactivated and the funds issued will be release to the issuer within 5-10 business days. Allow me to share with you my sentiments and their discriminating manner to a minority woman in business. Please consider checking their strict protocol before using this third party payment platform. I need help to solve and let the public know and for others not to experience the same thing we had experience. Hopefully they will return the money right away to our clients and it will not be use somewhere else.

    Theyve had my money for over a year and keep trying to blame my bank for why it wont transfer. I get paid in wire transfers as my main source and transaction as an artist. Im going to have to hire a lawyer because BiLL refuses to take accountability and release my money. Its unconscionable. Not sure how this company is still running. Run as fast as you can unless you never want to see your money.

    Do not recommend! As a vendor to the company using BILLcom, it is a very complicated process to get paid. Took over a month to get paid because of technical hoops for both payor and payee to jump through. Then, when payor finally was able to do the final sept to pay me, BILL holds on to the money for 6 days! I can receive the funds "instantly" IF I pay them 1% of the funds--a total of $500 because I have been waiting for $50K from my client.I had to frequently email my client to take another step, take another step, and another step, with Bill.com so I could get paid.I am sure my pestering of my client did not endear me to them.Would never want have to use BILL.com again.

    If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD LOVE TO!If you need to send international wires "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". After using my bank to send wires for 20 years with no issues this company managed to lose 28K on my first international wire transfer. I have realistically wasted ***** hours of my time going back and forth with their support my vendors, etc. As I'm writing this email I have been on hold for 58 minutes. ANOTHER 58 minutes wasted accomplished nothing. BEYOND PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a migraine and feel like having countless hours of your time wasted bills.com fits the **** *** pun intended). I will be looking for my websites to provide my feedback in hopes ****S.com understands the urgency. By this is not only issue with the international wires.

    The exact same thing is happening to me that ************** described. I have been on the bill.com platform for a few years and have actually never had any issues until last week. Suddenly they are not able to transfer any funds until I provide a ridiculous amount of documentation to verify (me? my account? )I have uploaded bank statements, my personal ID, a bank letter, business iD and incorporation documents. Each time i provide requested documents, they ask for something else. I am actually ****** at this point. I have already invoiced a number of clients for this month. It will be a complete inconvenience to re-invoice them through a different system. It doesn't seem that Bill.com is trying to release money that is NOT theirs. And there is no person actually attached to any of these requests.If I could rate them less than zero, I would.

    I was unable to update my email account on line. when I called., the agent was useless. *** told me to log on to support on line system which did not work. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he was not able to connect me with one. I have not encountered a website where you cannot edit you personal contact info. Bill.com is clunky and not useful to use. So many sites are aviable, not worth dealing with these guys,
