Absolutely horrible customer service! By far the worst vendor relationship I have had in 30 years of business. Payments that have not been received by vendors and bill.com support is incompetent, verging on fraudulent. Zero stars if possibleBill

I was just wondering referred to bill.com from **************. I set up an account went through the argious task of setting up all my billing. I then decided it might make sense to streamline my AR. I submitted all documents and then received an email my account was declined with no explanation and an odd message about they can terminate your account for any reason. Fine. Well come to find out they deactivated my account, no reason all that work lost. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I was applying for them to take money from my customers. I have an established business and have never been rejected for a payment processor. I can appeal but since they provide no basis it makes no sense. Very disappointing but looks like I dodged a bulletBill

I find the steps needed to access the website completely unnecessary and it feels impossible to get anywhere with customer service. I think it's really strange that they require personal details, instead details for the company utilizing the service, for account setup. This makes it impossible to receive the details of payments being sent by customers when there is turnover within the company. **************** is either a robot or someone reading off of a script with no ability to think outside the box and provide a creative solution for what is a completely reasonable request to have accounts set up with company details and not that of an individual employee. Why would I submit my personal information to a business that isn't even accredited by the Better Business Bureau?Bill

Criminals who have are creating a useless monopoly that serves no use in the marketplace. I've decided not to accept work from clients who insist on paying vendors solely through this platform. I have Quickbooks that provides live links to securely make payments through my bank by means of credit cards, bank transfers, or Zelle. There is no reason an arbitrary and unreliable company needs to capture my money at any point and hold it for days. I've been mandated to use it twice and both times have cost me more than an hour on customer service because of their faulty services. This company should be eliminated. Contractors should not be expected to participate with a company that steals both money and time.Bill

What a horrible, horrible company. I had to sign up for this in order to receive payment from an organization. Nothing but hassle upon hassle. Terrible customer service. I simply wanted ACH payment and instead got a ridiculous virtual token system which included fees. I did not want to pay fees. ****...a snail mailed check would have been tons easier. As I'm typing this and awaiting for a solution, i've already spent an hour's worth of time.Bill

Based on their features, integrations with banks, customer service, culture, and attitude of their support staff, Bill.com is a start-up that should not have been funded and most companies should not use. They exist for one reason only, how to s**** people out of their hard earned money. Their fees don't justify their service. Their service is not compatible with more than half of the banks. If you catch them in the act of stealing they will do everything in their power to not correct their errors and not refund you the money.Bill

They market themselves as a solution for accounts receivable, yet when you set up an account if the "payment network id" process is not automatically assigned to the appropriate client they expect you to not only know what exactly a "payment network id" is, but to also set it up on your own. They promote that they provide direct deposit solutions but if the payment network id is not assigned for your client properly, you will never see a record of the payment on your end in Bill.com AND you will sent a paper check. Defeats the purpose of being accounts receivable software at that point. Use Gusto instead, very straightforward and streamlined. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.Bill

This is one of those SCAM businesses that will lure you in with their intro bonuses and then once you hit all the requirements, they will freeze and eventually close your business account without providing you with any justification or clarity. Their response will always be something along the lines of "your account has been deactivated after an internal review. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any further information at this time. This decision cannot be appealed." Are you F***ing kidding me? How can you freeze a business account and card without having a single reason to do so OR exactly what is the review process looking at?? Safe yourself the frustration and disappointment and stay away from these SCAMMERS!!!Bill

I should have read reviews. I do contract work for a cardiologist and he asked that I use them. I sent the invoice and they received the funds but would not release them to me. They then asked for all kinds of information and then said I did not qualify for an account and deactivated my account. Two weeks later the money still has not been refunded to my boss so he can release a paper check to me. DO NOT USE!!Bill
