      We signed a contract on 9-5-22. Our shower has been redone several times, due to poor application and wrong parts (size, color). We have had to deal with several installers and project managers, this last one stating that my shower is installed according to REBORNS company standards. They made me remove my vanity later in the job stating it was in the way to install shower. This is something I asked about before signing because we were not financially able to do both at the same time and we were assured that it could remain in place. When we were told that the vanity would need to be removed, we were also told the shower would be completed immediately so that we would not be inconvenienced for long. At this point the project manager was notified that vanity was removed and he decided to cut off communication with us ignoring messages and having Justice send more people out. We now have a new project manager who has stated that the shower is up to REBORN standards. There are parts that are too small, the caulking is in a horrible mess on all corners, shelves and door edges. There are only two shelves and not four like we paid for. Part of the door doesn't have sealer at all. Part of the wall sinks in when pressure is put on it. They also shoved the shower pipes through our kitchen ceiling downstairs and told us they do not do paint and sent us $250.00 to buy paint and hire someone to paint the kitchen.

      In September 2023 reborn bath solutions replaced my shower floor and walls because the floor they installed in February 2021 had a crack. As the employees were installing the walls they tore out the tile beside the walls. My bathroom has a sepate shower and tub. For some reason they made the shower wider. I had to buy a shower curtain bar because the reborn one was too short. They told me they needed to remove the tile because it needed to be wider. When they finished installing the walls they told me they were not allowed to fix the damage to my tile because it was not part of the warranty. I was left with damaged tile and open spots in my walls. For the money I paid it's very upsetting to have this ugly bathroom. There are open spaces in the walls next to the shower and the shower itself is crooked. The caulking they used is horrible. It just randomly falls off.

      On April 2, 2024, Reborn Cabinets, **** agreed to reface my kitchen cabinets. The project commenced on April 18, 2024, during which a Reborn Cabinets employee notified me that one of the cabinet drawers would be smaller than originally planned. The issues related to unprofessional installation persisted until January 17, 2025. Despite several attempts to address these concerns, Reborn Cabinets has failed to rectify any of the substandard workmanship. The following outlines the deficiencies in their work: all drawers were replaced with smaller, less functional sizes; door frames were left with holes and splits and chips; multiple holes were drilled into the front of the cabinets; the crown molding is inconsistent and poor craftsmanship; the cabinet baseboard above the microwave was cut too short, failing to connect with the wall, and was reinstalled in a damaged state. Additionally, the cabinet doors at the exhaust do not close properly, exposing and sound from the exhaust vent. The cabinetry surrounding the dishwasher was cut too narrowly, leaving the framing exposed. Furthermore, the toe kick replaced at the dishwasher was merely a two-by-four that was not secured, hindering the dishwasher's opening.

      I have a warranty claim with Reborn to replace a shower pan that has cracked. They are failing to follow through on the lifetime warranty. It's clear they have no intention of replacing the damaged product.11.20.24- Reborn came out to inspect damage. Promised a call back in 2-3 days from a man named Justice.Justice never returned a single call. Left 12 voicemails.12.26.24- finally got in touch with a Caleb. ***** told me he would order part and set appointment for install on 1/7/25 between 8am-10am.1.7.25- got a call at 10:30am from ******** saying they could not come. He was rude, dismissive and clearly not interested in helping. I rescheduled for Saturday, 1/25 between 8am-10am. I asked to speak to his boss and he refused to provide me information for his boss. He said he was in charge of the business. I finally got him to provide me a name of ******* as his boss. Left voicemail on 1/17 to call me regarding Giovani- never received a call back.1.24.25- left Giovani a voicemail to confirm 1/25/25 arrival. No call back.1.25.25-Reborn did not show at 10am. Called ******** at 10:15. He said that they could not come today. He said nobody showed up to work. Said he would call me back in an hour. I again had to call him at 2:45pm, texted me saying he would schedule install on 2/1.This company clearly has no intention to honor warranty. They are avoiding calls, make no return calls. ***** (the only helpful employee) had to order the part on 12/26. Why did Justice not do this in November as promised and refuse to return a call. Why are the 2 top people, Giovani and *******, refusing to return a call. They are refusing to honor the lifetime warranty of the product I purchased. I have missed a day or work and a weekend based on lies this company has told me.

       Reborn has scheduled a visit to occur on 2/8.  This would be the 3rd promised visit.  Please keep complaint open until I can verify that they show up and deliver on the warranty.  Management failed to contact me directly.  I heard from ****** but it's my understanding he is not management.  Both ******* and Giovani told me they were management, neither of who returned a call to date.  I'll respond after 2/8.

      Reborn showed up at 12pm on 2/8.  They did not complete the job.  All that was installed was a shower pan.  The rest of the shower was not installed. I spoke to Giovani to let him know that this was unacceptable.  I was told the install would be completed on 2/8.  The job was not done.  I texted Giovani on 2/9 at 2:15pm to get confirmation that someone would be coming on Monday, 2/10 to finish the job.  He did not respond.  I also sent pictures to show how disruptive this is.  Glass shower doors were leaned on my bedroom walls for 2 days.  In my text, I also asked him to speak with the installer that came on 2/8 because the installer was worried another part would be needed, not salvageable from the previous shower.  Today, on 2/10, I texted Giovani early in the morning after he failed to answer my call to get confirmation an installer would be arriving.  He immediately texted back saying installer was on the way.  I texted him at 9:45am to let him know the installer that arrived today was concerned he did not have the part I asked Giovani to look into.  Today, at 1:30pm, the installer informed me that the grab bar I have had been discarded on 2/8 and they would need to come back at a later date.  Niether *******, ******* nor Giovani have been able to deliver on honoring the full warranty of this shower since November 20.  I've asked to speak to Giovabi's boss, he has never called.  Management clearly does not care to honor their products or care about the impact their failed management has on its customers.  To date, I've had two no-shows to complete the work, and now 2 additional visits that failed to complete the job over the last 4 months.  Unacceptable.

      Signed up for ****** shower bath remodel and consultation was done on the 12/28/2024. ****** says will receive a 10% shop card and a 25 rewards. When call the consultant he said although , signed with ******, this Reborn and , not entitle for the shop card. He misrepresented and did not tell the facts. This afternoon , the Consultant , ***** ******* left a voice message that the his manager has given 3 options, to go with Reborn, or to with ****** and delay the project or to cancel, but the down payment can not refund. Do not agree with these , but to do the contract with ****** or to return the down payment. Thank You

      I contracted with this company to do cabinet refacing - they collected total amount upfront - financed thru another comany. They estimated installation date in early to mid-January. All of a sudden, they have decided installation will be next week or I am in breech. I have tried to work out a date that works for both of us, but they have sent people to my house unanounced to harass me.

I am writing to express my grave concern regarding the fraudulent actions and unethical practices conducted by Reborn Sales representative ******* *********** during his interaction with my 77-year-old grandmother.During what was supposed to be a simple consultation for a bathroom renovation, Mr. *********** manipulated and exploited my grandmothers trust:1.Fraudulent Signing of Contract: Instead of encouraging her to involve family to review the contract via email, he created an unauthorized email address without her consent, signed the contract on her behalf, and failed to provide the email details or a copy of the contract.2.Aggressive Payment Demands: On the same day the contract was fraudulently signed, he pressured her to pay $9,950$1,000 as a deposit and $8,950 for a field survey. This was done before allowing her the opportunity to exercise her right to cancel, which was outlined in the contract she never received.3.Disregard for Cancellation Requests: Despite my grandmother repeatedly requesting her money back, Mr. *********** ignored her. Without access to the contract, she was left unaware of how to proceed or who to contact for assistance.4.Predatory Contract Terms: Upon obtaining a copy of the contract myself, I was appalled to find language designed to trap consumers into exorbitant financial commitments, including a nonrefundable minimum of 35% of an overpriced renovation cost if canceled beyond the legally allowed ********* grandmother contacted your company for a consultation to price-compare, not to be coerced into a binding agreement under fraudulent and unethical circumstances. She trusted Reborn as a referral-based service, but Mr. *********** betrayed that trust and left her financially burdened with no clear recourse.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I have spoken with *********** ******* Regional Sales Director who demonstrated understanding and compassion in addressing my concerns. He provided a detailed explanation of why and how things were handled, which helped clarify the situation. I especially appreciate his recognition of my grandmothers circumstances. Given her age, she did not fully understand the process, use of technology and was not able to navigate the situation independently, which contributed to the confusion surrounding the agreement.

      The offer for a rescission of contract and a full refund is greatly appreciated and reflects a genuine commitment to resolving this issue.  This resolution appropriately addresses my concerns and helps ensure customer trust.

      Reborn came to change our bathtub into a shower. They came on Nov. 1st. They did everything except the shower doors. They said they would be back on Monday. They did not show up. I called several times and left messages. Finally they came out on Nov. 14 and installed the WRONG doors. I placed several calls and left several messages. I kept getting the run around. They said they would be back today, Nov. 26th to install the right doors. They did NOT show up today, not did we get a phone call. We want the correct doors we ordered which is in our contract. They advertize they can have this done in 1-3 days. This is not the case.

      We have contracted to install 2 of the bath room in our property and estimates where worked in early July 2024 on the same day we have finalized the contract with them as we have already had worked with them for Kitchen cabinets . I undersatnd from inital visit the work will start from 12 to 14 weeks . Until we have called Reborn they have not came up with the dates of possible to be work after multiple follow *** they gave as Sep mid-2024 to satrt the project and estimated to completed between 3 to 7 days . There is no onsite project manager visit and none have explained who and what will be done. One of the bath room did competed in 3 days and when they started other bathroom , they did not shut of water , and it got leaked damaging my ceiling and they ordered or recevied wrong bath tub ( the contract has all the measurements) the work was halted nearly a month even after multiple follow-up there was a little response like " I will text you " , I am in meeting " , I will call you in evening / afternoon/ tomorrow" , nothing worked until I have to call them and look for the scheduled. Finally the job is done on last 3rd week of October . To our surprise the shower door to my master bath was not covered in the contract as it needs a customized one . But we re-collect in July 2024 the sales person recommended it needs a custom shower door we will schedule it separately. but we did not clear it out if its covered in total project cost and it was said yes . No the story is ***ide its not covered and I am following up with REBORN if there is any miss communication in reborn or with us . however I have started to look local for shower glass door installation . I hope Reborn management will look into this and take some kind of steps . I would not recommend to my friends who are looking for Kitchen and bath remodel .

      I retained Reborn Cabinets to reface my kitchen cabinets. I contracted for a project scheduled for three days in 2/2024. A person came to our home (3/2024) for over three hours to take measurements for ordering materials. Our installation was scheduled from 7/22 to 7/24 but they rescheduled to start 7/23-7/25. There were three installers that came, first names only. They did not have employee uniforms or Reborn badges. I don't believe they were employees. I was told on 7/11/24 via email that an expert installer or team would do the work - that is not what came.On 7/26/2024 for the cost the quality of the work was astoundingly terrible. Additionally, the workers left all their garbage, wrappers, wood and other materials and did not dispose of these items. Additional list of all things wrong with install:sliding door tray does not come out, doors are not even, doors do not close, utensil door does not slide, panel needs to be fixed, unfinished drawers, upper doors do not close tightly, missing parts and cabinet faces. It was clear the work was not done, yet they still left. They had to come back three times per our request - not theirs.8/5/2024 - took off and adjusted several doors that were off center - 3 hours.8/26/2024 - Took out construction boards but they took out one side, not the other.9/3/2024 - took out the other construction boards. A project that was supposed to take three days, took 43 days with the contents of our entire kitchen sprawled throughout our home the entire time. They misrepresented what my contract stated. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the work, the customer services and deficient quality. I question whether their installers are employees and have serious doubts about their qualifications. Employee names were not provided. A mediator spoke to their account manager - no remorse and said they make mistakes and make no promises. That is not what I contracted for. I can't believe this company is still in business.
