We are so happy with our new kitchen cabinet refacing. Professional all the way. Our installers took care with everything they did and we couldnt be happier. A big thank you to our installers: *************************, ***************** and ***********************(?sp). They were such a great team. Highly recommend them.

they dont want to honor my cancellation for supposedly project for a bathroom renovation.they insisted i signed a contract for $16,000 to renovate my bathroom. they got a loan to finance the project. Reborn's representative didnt acknowledge my cancellation November 23rd via voicemail of *****************************. ******** called me on November 30 after i told him that i will report them to the BBB. they have been harassing me by constant messaging and email messages. i reached out to their funding bank Greensky they will investigate the veracity of my complaint. my name is ************************* thank youReborn Cabinets LLC

I received a quote from these guys and upon the final estimate I was being overcharged and that wasnt considering the **** down payment. I canceled my project with in the time frame and was told my refund will be submitted and it never happened! I have to pursue legal actions. ****** should reconsider being affiliated with predatory practices like this company has in place.Reborn Cabinets LLC

The crew was great! Efficient, kept mess to a minimum, protected the counter top and floor, made a plastic tent to contain saw dust, and worked without breaks. I highly recommend this company.Reborn Cabinets LLC

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS" Shoddy, slimy! I had not set a date for installation, but was hoping to start early spring for my small condo kitchen. The measuring took about 4 hours. ??? I subsequently looked up reviews afterwards and discovered sub par practices low key customer service, and shoddy work. I tried to cancel but was informed there would be a shipping/restocking fee of 35% totalling $4500. Insane, total was ****. Notice given 4 months down the road, and they need to restock? I have been snockered, Seriously, I should have stuck with *********** Save. Your. Time/money. I have not even had work done yet. They MAKE you sign with a 3rd party finance, I wanted to pay out of pocket. ****** and even the scheduling assistant ******* was not civil when I explained my issue. Just know what your'e getting into. Was not told about the 3 day cancellation fee, but was rushed through, saying just sign here. Three days after the measuring for a project 4 months away? they got me. sooo be warned. please! And don't just heed my warning.. Look at yelp and ******* Thank you and stay safeReborn Cabinets LLC

My $1000 dollar deposit was taken within 48hrs on 10/31/22. I canceled the job the same day 10/31/22 with a contract representative and called again and spoke with another representative on 11/3 about the refund, and I was told I would get my refund sometime the week of 11/7/22. I reached out to the company again on Friday, 11/11/12, and mentioned I havent received my deposit and the sales representative said their finance department is closed and reopens next Monday. I wrote a complaint email to their finance department on 11/11/22 about the ridiculous service and wait for my deposit refund. Saturday, 11/12/22 the day they are supposedly closed I get a call from a **** ********* that they are finally canceling my job that I had already canceled back on 10/31/22 and will need to wait another 8 to 10 days for my deposit refund. I told ******** how ridiculous it is that they are just now canceling and refunding my money. Im so glad I did not pursue business with Reborn Cabinets, I cant imagine what other issues I would encounter and the wait I would go through to get them resolved. Beware and dont let them get you with the ****** back up, they cant help you.Reborn Cabinets LLC

The installers, Eben and ******, were the best part of my experience with Reborn. Installation of my shower was postponed twice and ultimately took three months from when I signed the agreement. The 4 stars represent an average of a 5 star review for **** and ******, and a 3 star review for the company itself.Reborn Cabinets LLC
