    Purchased a 2019 ***** 2500HD on 3/14/25 and told of all the extras (6 items) truck came with per front windshield sticker n how price is now $6,500 more then the online price. We started negotiations as we didnt want extras but per **** ****** and ******* ******* - sales team- they all ready done to truck. We settled for $1000 extra on top of online price for these extras and told oh what a Deal we got for all that. Come to find out extras NOT done to truck except **** security system once we purchased truck. They even had us SIGN the Extra sticker during negotiations saying we received. Confronted them on their ************* scam and told a whole story of nonsense but did give the converter warranty during my confrontation. ******* told me to come back n she would honor and would email me with info. What a joke no call no email. Called n left messages with branch managers, ****** ****** customer service, n no avail. Sales team wont uphold deal. What a joke this place is. Complete SCAM , no integrity.

    I wish I would have read these reviews and saw their D- rating before we drove 2 hours to buy a car we saw online. We asked the salesperson about the ad & asked is this car the price listed? No extra "service charges" or anything extra besides taxes, registration, etc. He said "what?" No, its the price listed. And like all these other reviews, once we got there, drove the car & agreed to purchase, they pulled out this paper with 8K more in add ons! We said no, we just want the car for the advertised price. They said, well sorry, they paid for the extras & if we want the car we'd have to pay. Also the windshield was cracked & they said, well depending on the amount we'd have to pay for that (at their cost) I don't understand how this is legal?? Isn't this false advertising? Unreal, our time, gas, energy on a bunch of cons. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!

    I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Anaheim 2 months ago, and have been dealing with unresolved issues since then. The car had water marks that the manager was unable to remove, asking me to return another day. Despite a three-hour round trip, the water marks remain. Additionally, an open razor blade was found in the driver's door handle.The trunk of the car is noticeably unaligned, with one side sticking up. Despite the dealership taking the car to a body shop, no adjustments were made. I have made a second three-hour round trip, only for nothing to be resolved.I have filed a complaint with Hyundai Corporate, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. The corporate representative claims to be in contact with the service manager and district service manager, but no action has been taken. It has been two months without any resolution or update.I even visited Mission Hyundai, who stated they could do nothing and advised me to return to the original dealership. My expectations were simple: to have the defects corrected on a $40K vehicle. Walking the dealership lot, I noticed six out of nine Santa Fe's had the same trunk misalignment.This entire experience has been extremely disappointing in terms of customer service and vehicle quality. I urge potential buyers to consider these issues before making a purchase, specifically with Anaheim of Hyundai too.

    My son and his girlfriend went there to buy an advertised used car . Salesman tried to jack up the price by almost 50% initially , and when they protested tried to add 4k in unwanted extras to the advertised price .Additionally the used vehicle had tires that were unsafe with chunks missing from the sidewalls. dont walk - Run away from this place !

    DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM ANAHEIM HYUNDIA?? They Sell Cars Without Inspections.Instead RUN away from this Horrible Dealership, especially if the sales *** is ******* **** who isnt helping me at all, along with the ****** ****** who isnt returning my calls or text messages, and blowing me off, no help or response.I purchased my 2022 *** 430i with ****** miles on it, and I ask the sales *** did they inspect the car before selling it, they said yes we went through the entire car before we sold it.After purchasing the car, I was driving it and the BRAKE light came on, and I downloaded the *** app and it said that my Brakes Pads needed to be ***laced, I called the dealership spoke with ******* and ****** who said sorry we cant help you, we dont work on ***, I said wait, so how did you inspect the *** before you sold it?I told them that I only had driven the car ***** miles and it mostly sits in the garage and I only drive it on the weekends now the brakes are gone out????So I then I tried to download my sales documents, and the system wouldnt work, so I called and called the dealership for help and got the run around from ****** who is the manager, and he gave me his number to text him, which I did and no response from him.Long story short, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, Dont buy a car from this Horrible Dealership.Stay Away From ******- Sales Manager-Stay Away From ******* ****- **************** EVER BUY A CAR FROM ANAHEIM HYUNDIA??     ********* dealership. Managed at a very low level. Went in to test drive a used vehicle because it was exactly what I was looking for at the right price, when I came back from the test drive the salesman stated that the price is actually $3000 higher than what was listed on the internet because the dealer had "add-ons". This immediately turned me off and we respectfully left the dealership. The salesmen and manager proceeded to follow up with me to negotiate the "add-ons" I was unwilling to pay for. Then a few days later I receive in the mail a notice of action that the dealership ran my credit without my permission. A loan was NEVER brought up because our plan if we elected to purchase, was to pay for the vehicle outright. When I contacted the dealership = MANAGER and salesman and asked them why they ran my credit without my permission and without a loan ever even being discussed, I received no response. My conclusion is this dealership is very dishonest and they could care less about their customers, or any potential customers. It is unfortunately dealerships such as this that make people cringe anytime they think of buying a car. We purchased a brand new ***** and their customer service was exceptional. No tricks, gimmicks, no "I need to speak with my manager" stuff, just straight up honesty and sales with integrity. I would not recommend Hyundai of Anaheim for your car purchase.

    went in for engine oil pan leak on brand new car due to manufacturer's problem, took 3 weeks before get it back. they were blaming hyundai for the part was not provided, but it turns out they were having them in like half of the period but did not check on it nor contacting me for an update when i called for an update they were disdainful. and the result was horrible too. some scratches on the front bumper but i was able to buff it out so it wasn't into accident or like that but still it was brand new car. and its missing numerous push pins and bolts which hold under panel and skid plate.

    Got charged for an oil change I shouldn't have and they are making it literally impossible to get a refund. The lack of customer service and care is unreal.

    Bad experience with sales managers, closed the deal with unexpected charges. And traded in my old vehicle and nothing happened with my pay off amount for my old vehicle. They *** communicate well, very un professional people. Bought car with them last March 16, 2024. Still waiting the check to pay off mo old vehicle.

    Bait and switch dealer. Will not sell their vehicles at the advertised price. They will insist on selling dealer installed extras and hugely inflated prices. Having had a bad experience at another dealer, we were very clear when we came onto the lot, and before a test drive, was the price for the vehicle correct? We were told the all the dealer items were optional. When we went to buy the vehicle, they had $10k in extras which they wouldnt waive. They said buying the vehicle was optional. They waisted 2hrs of our time at the dealer plus time to drive (another 3hrs). $500 for **********, $4k for a warranty which for this type of vehicle should be $1500, gps tracker $1000, scheduled maintenance, film, warranties.by the time the price was shown it took the vehicle from $26k to $37k. For. 3 year old 4Runner with 67k miles. A brand new 4Runner is $42k MSRP before you negotiate. The dealers pulling this should be out out of buisness.
