****, LIES, and ********************** give business to terrible dealerships like Anaheim Hyundai. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Quick back story: Internet price on a vehicle we liked was marked $5K below original listing so I called the dealership to confirm availability and schedule a test drive. The sales person (***** or **** I think) said he would have the vehicle out front. When we arrived the vehicle was parked out front so we went inside to introduce ourselves, but ***** wasn't available so ************************* (sales desk) said he would get someone else to help...so far so good. While waiting (30min) the stories began....the vehicle is in maintenance (but it's sitting out front), we don't have the keys because maintenance has them (but ***** drove it to the front), the confusion is it just came back from reconditioning (but it's dirty inside and there's food in the center console)...finally we test drove the vehicle and liked it. Quick note, the vehicle still showed original listing price on the window. I asked *************************** SALUD (sales manager) if we could schedule a third party pre-purchase inspection the next day and then talk numbers. ****** said no problem and to connect with him if any issues. I called the sales desk the next day to confirm vehicle availability for inspection before driving an hour...they said it was ready for me so we hit the road. We show up, already long story short....****** wasn't anywhere to be found and ******* said it was sold but then tried to get me into a more expensive vehicle. I asked when it was sold, ******* said yesterday...with ******'s approval. I was frustrated and tried to get details to understand why I was getting the run around. I asked if I could speak with ******, but ******* said that I could not and if I was done I could leave. The sales team at the desk just chuckled as I left. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!!

Bad used car salespeople here Please stay away if you can. The used car selling employees sell auction cars, not trade-ins. They bought over ****************** a week, paint them outside in the parking lot, make you wait a week to get a car ready, then try to sell $7000 of paint protection, low jack ***** proctection, catalytic converter ID ***** protection, etc etc.if you decline, they walk off. If you ask why the added costs, they say because they have to make money. They add this to an $8000 used car. The car i waited fot while renting a car had a non operable AC, and they asked me to split cost of repairs! On top of that, the car had two old cracked bald tires, no floor matts, they would not replace the tires for free even though they were unsafe to drive with. Worst experience at the end, was i am negotiating on the tires with the salesperson mr. heavens ****, and his superior " ****** ", when the used car sales manager, walks up behind me, says he cant sell me the car, and with no explanation walks away. The sales person ******, his mouth was left open as to why, and he walked away following the manager as well. This was a setup, a performance, in theaters...when a customer doesnt want to buy their $7000 adders, they decline to sell at all. They wasted my time for a week of waiting, i ended up paying 2 weeks of extra car rental as i waited for this dealer to get the car ready for sale. Now i have to start over. A bad experience. I woukd never go there again.

Don't waste your time. The advertised price is not the real price. Walked out. I'd be ashamed to work there.

*********************** on the sales team was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative on the test drive about the vehicle and features. I purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon for a fair price without all of the "add-ons".Note that you need to be firm on your offer since the new tactic at most dealers is to offer a low price on the internet and then "require" you to buy the "add-ons". It may take the typical two or three rounds with the sales manager, but it can be done. Be sure to read your contract before you sign it--don't be rushed by the finance team.

The dealership was advertising 3 black Certified 2023 Kona Electrics for $21,000. I told the salesman that I know our credit score and I know that I want to be at an 84 month term and below 8% to keep the payment manageable for my daughter. The salesman brought our offer to us and they added $8,500 worth of markups on the car which put the car around $31,000 with taxes and fees. The payment would be $500 at ****% These add ons were things like *** GPS, GAP, Nitris tire fillers, Special paint coatings, etcHe said I have 2 other customers that want this car but I want to sell it to you After 4 other offers I said - Ill keep the *** add on ($2,000) if you remove everything else and get my payment at or below $400/ month. He said no problem. I can definitely get you at or below $400/ month at 84 months. He returns to say The banks denied 84 months. When I asked him why, he said the banks didnt give him a reason. It just said declined" I told him that I wanted a copy of the credit report, he said ok. He came back and said that we really want you to have the car so well take your offer. Weve already told the other customers that this car is sold He lied. I verified he never ran our credit he was just telling us that because he knew that he could make more money off of the other customers. We get the car home and realized that the floor mats were taken out of the car, they kept the second key, they didnt email us the sales contract like they said they were, the *** gps doesnt work, they never gave us a certified inspection report and they didnt repair the tire that had a s**** in it on the lot that I asked them to look at. This dealership is about as shady as it gets.

Bait and switch predatory car dealer. The used car sales are a joke. I went in and look at a 2020 Hyundai Kona thats priced at ****** on their website. After test driving the initial price that I was quoted after all this additional s*** they added was ******. Over $8000 in aftermarket addons that looked an awful lot like the same stuff on every stock vehicle. the rest of the additional value was in bogus warranties. So let me do the math for you. A brand new **** hyundai kona is ***** msrp, but Im supposed to pay ****** for a 2020 Kona. Make it make sense.I got very agitated immediately. I said, "This is feels like bait and switch tactics why would I pay this amount." The sales manager comes over and tries to negotiate with me. Within minutes of me being very hard to deal with he was down to like ****** + tax and fees. The funny part is if that was the initial price i was given I may have bought the car. These predatory sales practices cannot be rewarded though. If any of my elder family members went here they would get taken for a ride, and I can't support a business that allows this kind of behavior.

I had taken in my car for misfiring issues and a sputtering noise from under the car and starting issue. They replaced the *** stating that would fix all the issues and my check endine light came on and the code came back to the *** needing replacement.Got the car back and still had all the same issues. After I paid $488.00 for this service.Took it in again since the issues were still there. They tried to diagnose the car again and came back with wanting to charge me an additional $400 for a combustion cleaning, to further diagnose. Ridiculous! Don't think I will be taking my car back there.

Do not Shop or buy a used car from Anaheim Hyundai. They list cars they do not have to get to come in. Living h*** dealing with this place Made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. Told to reschedule due to it being out on loan. Reschedule, continue getting 5 emails to confirm my new appointment, 3 phone call reminders. Get to test drive on time, salesman who kept emailing me, not there, and the *** IS NOT THERE still out on loan. Head home and get a phone call while driving about being late for my appointment. Do not Shop or buy a used car from Anaheim Hyundai.

They are bullying me into backing out of a deal when its 2 weeks past since I bought the car, they lied to me about free oil changes with the car, and evaded my calls to avoid taking payment from me so they could use it against me so much more to say and add to the bullying part but they really dont care if they lose customers, especially returning ones

I was charged almost $10000 more than what i was quoted on a 2018 hyundai ******. I took everything off that was optional and confirmed with the guy making the contract. Going over the contract to refinance i notice they still had them on there and that i was charged and it will be in my finance. I went the next day and told the manager all of it was optional and that i don't want it- he then told me buying the car was optional. So i offered the car back since it was optional to buy the car like he said- then he told me it was my problem as soon as driving off the lot. The conversation lasted 4 minutes since he was so rude and smart a** Still stuck with car, services warranty, and a gps for if the car gets stolen that i asked to be deactivated. **** never recommend Hyundai. They took advantage of me and now im paying the price for it. I should have trusted me gut with the review stating they over charge.
