  Never ever was treated as deceitful as yesterday in this scam dealership. went there to make a deal on a 2017 ***** prime advertised as *****!, just to found out this scammer, just advertised this price to take you there and added multiple charges and offered the same car for 33k!!!when I mentioned the price, they just came out with some stupid answers and finally after i refused the scam, a manger came to me and said 28k either take it or leave it! so my entire day and two-hour drive and another 2 hours of wasting my time in that toxic environment was wasted. this is why this kind of businesses should be banned and close for good.

  I would leave even minus star because 1 star is to much benefit for this dishonest dealership! Here is a short story. I found a car I was interested to buy from Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim and I read a LOT OF ONE STAR REVIEWS from hundreds VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS of this business. I called the dealer and only question I asked was Can you confirm that the price for this car is $39,990 as you advertised. This is a market price for this year and mileage of this model of ******** E450. First I spoke with sales person who couldnt prove that advertised price is correct and nothing else will go on a top that just sales tax and registration and some documentation fee. He did everything to bring me to their dealership. I said that its about 2 hours driving time from my house to their location. I asked them very simple question just confirm the advertised price. But THEY DIDNT. Instead of that the sales person called me then their manager called me but only reason why they called me was to bring me there. GUYS THIS IS UGLY BUSINESS AND IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Their strategy is to post kind of dissent prices for cars they sell and when you come there youll be surprised ?? the price you found on their website or on some other sources where they advertise their inventory is absolutely different. They will tell you that some extra options were installed in a car and you have to pay for it. If you ask why you didnt post an actual price you will get mocking false answer because we are advertising a base price. You have to understand how high is Level of lies here!!! My opinion is to bring ******* to good customer service and get respect for people who bring money to US businesses WE HAVE TO IGNORE BUSINESSES LIKE ****** WESTBROOK HYUNDAI OF ANAHEIM AND NOT GIVING THEM OUR BUSINESS!

  Purchased a brand new car for my daughter in October, was only given one key and was told that I would receive the second key within a month. Here we are 6 months later and still no key. I have called the dealership multiple times and have been met with nothing but hostility. I have left 4 messages for the Manager and not one phone call has been returned. I called customer service for ********************** and was told the dealership has plenty of keys and all they need to do is schedule an appointment and program a key for me. You guys had no issue taking my money but wont follow up with a customers needs. I would give zero stars if possible. I will tell anyone who asks not to purchase a car from your dealership.

  I was talking to ********, salesman, about making the trip to come test drive and purchase a vehicle. After talking and making plans for up to a week, I decided to make the two hour trip from ********* to Anaheim by train. I was told (on Friday night) that the vehicle was in stock and ready for me to look at the following morning. About twenty minutes away from the dealership, ******** texted me saying the vehicle was sold the night before. Upon further research, the vehicle was never on the lot and I got scammed out of a whole day. I had my girlfriend call to make sure the truck was not actually there and they weren't trying to still sell it, as they did to me. Of the two salesmen that she talked to, the first one hung up and both of them tried selling a product to her before actually verifying whether the vehicle was there or not. 10/10 do NOT recommend coming here, unless you're trying to get scammed out of time and money.

  I used to sell cars not at this dealership, and I can tell you all of their practices are ****.Forcing you to buy dealer add ons when their own website never says that. Changing the price of a vehicle in the middle of discussions. I have photos of all of it the manager told me to my face this was normal practice to which I replied that it violated the consumer protection act. They didn't care, I left without the vehicle probably the best decision of the day.
