      This company deserves 0 stars I agreed to text messages to get 15% off, however once I got the promotion code it wasnt applicableof course you cant speak with a live rep so I had to chat with a rep name *****. ******* told me the promotion to receive 15% off did not apply to FEAR OF GOD items. I asked her to show me that verbiage because I didnt see thatIrene refused to give me the promotional verbiage, her managers name or any contact information to file a complaint.

      I've been a past customer of **********************, but recently, my experience has taken an unpleasant turn due to their email marketing practices. Despite never signing up for their promotional emails and repeatedly unsubscribing, I find myself bombarded with multiple emails from PACSUN on a daily basis.This constant influx of unsolicited emails has become more than just an inconvenience; it's disruptive and frustrating. My inbox, once a space for important communication, is now cluttered with emails I never asked for.I want to make it clear that I've taken every possible step to stop these emails, including clicking the unsubscribe links in their messages. However, my efforts seem to fall on deaf ears as the emails keep coming.In conclusion, my experience with PACSUN's email promotions has been far from satisfactory. I hope this review serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting customers' preferences and privacy when it comes to email marketing.

      Pacsun is cool when there is no issues Ive been an online shopper for years due to having teenagers. If you have an issue this company is the worst. I ordered one light blue skull shirt and a 5 pack shirt. BTW there shipping time EVERY TIME is just as bad as *****/wish, temu BUT with pacsun you are paying way more money. Anyways when my package finally delivered it was only the skull shirt so of course I contacted them. I am just going to copy and paste what some of my email i received from them. A police report can be filed in person by visiting your local police station, over the phone by calling your local police station or online through your local police stations website. Once your report has been filed, please send us a copy. Our email address is. I never laughed/cried so hard in my life!! Are they serious! I would never in a million years bug any police station with such nonsense! Pacsun mentioned something about they weighed it and it came back that all items were sent! So I must be lying! I will never shop again and will tell everyone i know!

      Beware of shopping here I ordered $200 dollars worth of stuff that never showed up. This was clearly a case of lost/stolen package. I tried contacting them from June 11th to June 20th via their incompetent chat bot submitted several inquiries that THEY never got back to. After finally being upset enough I took time out of my work day to contact them again on June 27th via phone, surprise ************** line didnt work!! So back I go to chat and a rep by the name of ***************** told me they couldnt do anything about it and that I needed a POLICE REPORT for them to do anything about it. I told her that this was beyond stupid considering it was on them for not contacting me sooner to get this resolved and that IT TOOK ME CONTACTING THEM NEARLY A MONTH LATER FOR THEM JUST TO SAY I NEED A POLICE REPORT. ***** even acknowledge that my several inquires through their system went unanswered and unheard I will be filing a complaint with the state general since their headquarters is here in California

      DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY, I would give them negative 5 stars if I could! I ordered a shirt my nephew requested on Thanksgiving sale for in-store pickup. Never received anyting after order confirmation. I contacted customer service (agents only available during their business hrs in PT), and was told the order was cancelled and they could give no reason. After several additional chats and calls to customer service, I placed the order again for shipping, with no further update for weeks. I received multiple mkg emails telling me the item is in stock (at a higher price). I called a local store and the associate laughed and told me they could not accept online pickup orders because their manager smashed the tablet months ago--and would smash it again if they got a new one! And then I received an email notification, days after Christmas, that my order is again cancelled, stating again "orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons." In this case, because they had no intent to sell it at the low advertised price. On checking various ratings, it is obvious that this is a pattern of not simply poor customer systems and customer service, but decptive business practices.

      Terrible!! I tried to purchase 2 items, they would not process my payment, stated there was a security reason but would not tell me what it was. I have EXCELLENT credit and have never had any purchase or payment declined in my life. I think there is some sort of discrimination going on here. Very suspicious behavior. I had to make several calls to customer service, they asked for very unusual amounts of information, it began to feel very wierd, then they declined to honor my order. After reading other reviews, I may have dodged a bullet by them not taking my order. Buyer be ware... I will not be shopping with them in the future. Something is not right.

      NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! They deserve 0 stars. I bought 3 clothing items from pacsun when fear of god just started being sold here. I purchased these items at the end of April and was supposed to receive them a week later. My package was stuck in transit for about a week, then finally said it had been delivered to me on may 12th. I never received any package from pacsun! I contacted pacsun about fixing the issue. The phone number doesn't work for them, so I had to go through emails. They said it showed on their end it had been delivered, which it hadn't, and to wait a couple more days to see if it shows up. I waited a couple days and contacted them about getting a refund. They said I would have to file a police report in order for them to give me a refund or replacement of the items I ordered. I made a police report which was unnecessary and got denied because I don't have proof that my package was not delivered other than me not having it. Pacsun wanted a copy of the police report which I sent, and they said it was incorrect. I emailed them again a month later after going back and forth it took about a month because they did not email me back in a timely manner. I requested a refund and stated I never received the package; the lady was more than happy to help after I sent my information over again. Another person contacted me back and said I would have to file the police report, which I have already sent them. I finally contacted my bank because this has been going on for 6 months now and I still have not been given a resolution. My bank said they would look into everything and gave me a provisional credit. I just got a letter from my bank that they are denying my refund because it is past the 60-day period which I didn't know they had. I'm so frustrated because pacsun could have dealt with this issue but are choosing not to. They could report it to their insurance and this whole thing would be settled. Don't shop with pacsun!

      I ordered a pair of shoes with Pac Sun online over a month ago ,I needed them for a event ,the shoes never arrived but said delivered.I immediately contacted pacsun and they told me sometimes the tracking say delivered but there isnt a problem that it will probably be delivered the next day .So I waited for the next day and nothing I contacted them again and they told me I have to wait 3 business days to file a complaint about a missing package so again I contacted them 3 days later and they told me to wait 2 more days since weekends dont count .So I contacted them again and they told me I have to file a police report and the it was easy to file online I check the website for my local police department and there online feature wasnt deactivated,and my nearest police station was to file was 15 miles away .so I called them back and told them this wasnt my issue they should be responsible and they told me to file a dispute with my card and here we are a month later and nothing they still havent reimbursed me or anything .I still have called them a few more times and chat and told me they will reach out and nothing .Do not do business with this the have the worst customer service and wont help you .

      They lure you in with low prices, then expect you to pay $6 shipping for a $4 item. When you go to delete your account, you can't, they have no resources to let you delete your account, so they want to just hold onto your information forever. Don't make accounts on their website.
