I called Nexgen regarding some plumbing repairs needed in my home. I just purchased my home the prior month. The guy came out and completed the repairs, that was in september. That cost was $3100. A couple weeks later my main water line broke and I again called Nexgen in October. They came out and stated the whole water line needed to be replaced, the cost$25000. Of course, I needed to finance which I was able to get approval for. The technician completing the assessment was all over the place, very antsy. They came and replaced all the piping and left the hole open, I've tried to get them to come and finish this project, they stated the city inspector needs to come and inspect it, an inspector di come out 2 weeks ago. The hole which reaches across my whole front yard is still open and no one has contacted me to give me any updates to when they will come finish the project. And were now in December. And my payments for the project starts this month. I am very frustrated and angry with this company. No one seems to know what they are doing.

My air conditioner stopped working and I called NEXGEN to come and repair it. Two of their guys came out and I spent almost 2 hours with them. They told me my compressor wasnt working and I really needed a new system which would cost over $21,000. To repair it would cost over $8,000. I called the original installer and he came and looked at it. The problem was a $40.00 part. He had it up and running in 20 minutes. Please let people know about this company and how corrupt they are. Its nothing but greed. The original installer said he has gotten a lot of calls concerning this company.

Good afternoon, normally I hate having to give bad reviews and having to go as far as to sending an email, but recently a close family friend of mine reached out to me letting me know how unhappy and disappointed he was of the service he received from your company. He said he had decided to give NexGen a chance after seeing all the billboards assuming it was a trusting plumbing/HVAC company, but I cannot believe how they let such people work for them. When the tech first came out, he was nice and he had no issues with him, the disappointment came once (assuming hes the sales guy) Tyler * waltzed in spending 20 min diagnosing an issue and automatically assuming it was going to cost $50,000. Taking advantage of a poor senior citizen almost spending his life saving by trying to sell a job that would supposedly take care everything when its not even the issue. I just think its unbelievable they allow employees to come into customers houses and try to take advantage of them like that. Its ironic how they base their company of family values and friendly smiles, and certain employees show the complete opposite. Thankfully he made a wise choice of getting a second opinion with a different company, they were able get the job done under $1,500.

Thank you all that have shared their own experiences with NexGen. We just bought our home and have been attempting to obtain quotes of possible full AC replacement. It did shock me the EXTREME difference in cost form them and other licensed contractors. i wont lie and say our tech= was awful, because he wasnt - he was very kind. But the red flags flew HIGH & BRIGHT!! we were given the option to salvage our system at a cool $7000-$9000... with a rough estimate of $18000 for a full replacement and claiming it would be a min of 2 day job with a FULL crew (Why????)... But i have to say the most insulting part of this was when my husband asked if they work with veterans to offer any discounts.... why yes, yes the do.. a WHOLE $100... i dont doubt NexGen does good work and maybe there is a reason for the extreme pricing but seeing their condescending toned responses was enough for me... I FULLY UNDERSTAND that customers can be unreasonable, over the top and only reach out when there's a issue... HOWEVER, matching a customers tone is NEVER ok, especially when they have spent their money with you!... Times are hard and funding is tight for most of us, the least you can do is empathize that this is THEIR home & for many a huge investment.
