      My homeowner's insurance company led me to this place, and its been nothing but frustration. The initial project manager was unreachable for days, setting a terrible precedent. I SHOULD'VE MOVED ON THEN....Currently, I am waiting over a month for a refund for uncompleted work, and the assigned project manager is now completely unresponsive. Their lack of communication, follow-through is astounding. Ther are better restoration companies out there; choose one of them. You don't know if they are using licensed folks or NOT as all their workers showed up in personal cars/vans; there was never a business name/logo displayed on a vehicle or shirt. One worker showed up to do sanding work and I had to call the project manager to ask why my furniture wasn't being covered. She in return had to call and instruct the worker to go buy plastic to cover my furniture.

      On Wednesday 21, 2025 at 11:00 I called the ATI Restoration LLC in ********* to get an appointment after State Farm adjuster checked all the roof damages in my house. I spoke with ****, she requested all the information from State Farm Claim (numbers, names, etc) also all my information. The appointment was for Wednesday May 28 at 12:30 with ****** *****. I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WEEK because the guy was on vacation. No calls for a week, on Wednesday 28 at 08:20 I called the company and to my surprise the operator who answered the call did not know anything. Three more calls were, unknown amounts of phone transfers were made with differents people and half of them were in meeting and the other half have zero clue about my house (roof) inspection. Botton line at 16:00 I called again and rested to speak to the officer manager, after three phone transfers the office manager was not there. To all the people who wans to request an estimate and need help to repair your home problem BE CAREFUL, BETTER YOU GET SOMEONE ELSE. The level of negligence and irresponsibility of the company is INCREDIBLE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      Terrible terrible. That is all I can say. We did job for this company and we still have not received the payment. The job was done 07/2024 and we still don't have payment yet. Tried to contact ATI several times and they still haven't responded. I wouldn't do business with them.

      Oh they were TERRIBLE ! There was some water intrusion which was a 3-4 day job and they stretched it our over 2 weeks ! I was never told I wouldn't have access to my bathroom a couple of days. Worse, they are like the 'Mayor of Excuses city' - they missed three different appointment days they claimed they would be there. It sucked ! Use their competitors, please.

      On February 23, 2022, I experienced one of the worst days of my life. My house caught fire. Using recommendations from my insurance company I selected **** Construction to complete my restorations. It was a long tedious process. Some of the repairs were subpar. I had to have them correct many of the repairs. Some of the repairs were made but others have not been completed. The warranty is for 5 years. I have attempted to contact the company several times to correct items. The company has ignored my request for repairs. I have left multiple phone messages and have been told I would be contacted. No one from the company has reached out to me for months.

      My insurance company recommended ATI to repair fence damage.They were slow to get started and complete the work.For the repairs I supplied 10 gallons of stain and was told I would get a credit.The work was completed in September this year.Ive contacted ATI numerous times with the last time from their **************** saying a check would be issued last Friday.Ive received no confirmation from them or a check by mail.Lastly, I was contacted by the insurance company saying ATI had increased their estimate by $800. I asked ATI for a final copy of the estimate and have not received anything.We

      Its been almost one month since ATI responded and indicated they would take prompt action to resolve this.I think they have has plenty of time.I will wait one more week. If I dont get this resolved by then I WILL take legal action

      ATI bid on a job from my insurance carrier unaware of requirements, under bid by over half the final cost of repair. They never responded and referred to another company. The other company never showed, only responded with they were going to get an architect to review the electrical job. Going on the third week of an emergency electrical repair, I called a company who showed up, did the work/repair. Of course **** wants to only pay the initial repair estimate and so far refuses to pay for the repair. ATI, never in a million years.

      This is not a company I would recommend I read through all the reviews after the fact never should have hired them . A 5-day job took a year with delays, redos, this company is definitely a nightmare to work with. I was lied to from day 1.

      USAA sent contractor SOS Builders/ Venturi Restoration/ATI into my home. An employee, under the management and direction of ***************************, poured a substance called venom on the slate tiles to clean them in lieu of the hectic experience that occurred while the contractor was repairing a small section of dry wall after a small bathroom flood. The employee liberally applied Venom to the kitchen and dining room floor all at one time. The Venom dried on the floor. The machinery that the employee was given to remove the substance was broken. ****************** instructed the employee to scrub it off. Manual scrubbing was not removing the chemical. The employee instructed me not to tell his boss as he called in his father's carpet cleaning company to bring carpet cleaning tools to remove the chemical. Meanwhile the chemical remained on the slate tile in a hardened condition. The employee was not given any fans to vent the fumes. My dogs and I were in the home at the time and we were not kept separate from the chemical. The employee did not have any safety gear on. When the father arrived to remove the chemical it was several hours later. The result is that the slate tiles are etched and destroyed. Additionally, insulation was removed from an exterior wall and not replaced when the dry wall was sealed. I brought two contractors in to confirm the condition of the tile is not fixable. (see attached estimates) The second contractor informed me that additionally, the accent tile in line of sight of the damaged tile would need to be replaced. The floor remains in a damaged condition four months later, this significantly impacts the value of my home. The company is not responsive. They also go under ATI, Venturi Restoration. The employees I had experience with had no knowledge of venting, showed no knowledge of code. ************************* provided no supervision/guidance. His employees were unskilled and lacked guidance.

      After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get a clarification regarding a certified letter received. I spoke to **** and I have not received gentle treatment regarding my concerns, I was not even allowed to speak, he sounded irritated. Your customer service is not well represented with him and in fact this negatively impacted future business purposes with AIT due I was considering hiring you to fix my roof. I noticed that you inflamed estimate rates to me (********) compared to what you charge to home insurance (******), showing the way you manage your estimates; a reason why I have doubts about having a fair estimate if I request you to repair my roof. I really hope that this negative review could be considered to improve your internal management and customer services. Finally, ********* contacted me expressing her apologies, but still, the veracity of your estimates is questionable according to the written evidence.
