As a dissatisfied customer, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with ATI Restoration Company. From start to finish, my encounter with this company has been marred by incompetence, lack of communication, and a total disregard for customer ************************************* and foremost, ATI Restoration failed miserably in maintaining any semblance of communication throughout the entirety of the project. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for days, leaving me in the dark about the progress of the restoration work on my property. It's unacceptable for a company to leave its customers guessing and feeling neglected.Moreover, the wait times were excruciatingly long. Every step of the process seemed to drag on endlessly without any clear explanation or timeline provided. Project managers, who are supposed to be the point of contact and source of information, were notably absent or woefully ill-prepared to address even the most basic inquiries. Their lack of answers and inability to provide adequate updates only exacerbated the frustration and confusion.To add insult to injury, the billing process was incomprehensible. Instead of receiving clear and transparent invoices detailing the services rendered and associated costs, I was met with vague and convoluted statements that left me scratching my head. It's utterly unacceptable for a company to be so careless and negligent in its financial dealings with customers.Overall, my experience with ATI Restoration Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal communication, extensive wait times, incompetent project managers, and incomprehensive billing practices have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of ever engaging their services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your restoration needs.

Do yourself the favor, the minute you get assigned this company from your insurance company, ASK FOR A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR!!!!!! This is the only way they would ever get business because no one would ever recommend ATI for a job!!!I had the unfortunate circumstance of being assigned to ******* *************************** who is not a LICENSED CONTRACTOR, so he is very unfamiliar with construction. He does everything in his power to use his vendors and cuts corners on every aspect of the construction so that he can make the most amount of profit from the project. He takes days and multiple follow *** to get a response and his lack of professionalism and communication shows through in his work. His team is always delayed and never on the same page. I've been dealing with them since September and now 6 months later I have to get a new contractor assigned to my home.LIKE I SAID DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR. The team requested 10 review so here it is (-10)NO rehire, unless I want..to baby sit thru to eventual sloppy end; be billed for issues they cause;long delays;redos repeatedly; fee several thousand instead of hundreds;price hikes; attitude when reported..so watch out.ATI Restoration LLC

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Based on our experience using ATI, we wish we had used another restoration company. Their crew had very little to no experience. They cut out our subfloor using a hammer, didnt know how to set the depths on circular saws which caused them to cut our main water line under our house. They left the subfloor wide open and exposed which then let mice in our house that had gotten into our food, furniture and all of our kids beds. This was an huge issue for us as we have three kids and this could have been very dangerous the way they left our floors not secured. Over the course of 2 weeks of demo, there was no management or supervision present even after expressing our concerns with the crew sitting in their trucks for hours and all the issues stated above. My husband and I had to babysit the crew and even remove plumbing under the sink because they didnt know what they were doing. The worst part of this whole experience was them billing us for work that was not done and their square footage readings were way off as they were overcharging each room they did work in. This company will charge you for work that was not performed and we have proof of every measurement and job they did. We were present during this job every step of the way and they tried charging us for sanitizing our home after the mice got in and that job was never performed. Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever encountered with any company and cost us thousands of more dollars to put the house back together to fix their poorly performed work.ATI Restoration LLC

1 starHighly recommend you stay away from Midpoint Construction company. There is no oversight by production manager who never showed up to job site to oversee work being performed by the subcontractors. Line item descriptions for R&R on estimate were not completed by contractor. Short cuts were taken and work was subpar at best. Instead of replacing old materials with new they replaced with old weathered materials. Highly recommend not using construction companies that are recommended by insurance company!Review fromKory L

The *********** has worked with ATI on various projects throughout the past five years and they have always been professional, efficient and thorough in their Servies to us. I have worked with multiple restoration companies, and now after having worked with ATI, they will be the first ones I call every time. Their industry has that issue that car mechanics have... when you need them, you need them, and because of that some mechanics will up their prices or sell you repairs that you don't actually need. ATI is like the mechanic with integrity that you can trust. They got the job done but were respectful of the fact that it was out of pocket for me and didn't do more than was necessary. Not to mention they were great communicators, very tactful with my tenants, solved problems creatively instead of the easier and more expensive way, they showed up on time and kept the work area very clean. I hope I never have to call them again but if I do have the need, I'm relieved to have them as a trusted contact.ATI Restoration LLC
