      Fraudulent notice and claim of lien after full payment made by insurance and paying deductible. Specially, ***************************** lied to me stating that this would be withdrawn after final payment made on 9/16/22. Received this notice certified mail on a Saturday 10/1/22. Notice is notarized by someone in *********. Will have to retain an attorney and contact Maricopa County AG office.

      ATI was contracted with our company to do an restoration on a number of properties. After three months of "work", the company decided to abandon at least three different projects that they were in the middle of. *******************, Senior Project Director, has been evasive when trying to reach him about completing these tasks.Today, two people in a work van pulled up to retrieve their items they left at one of the sites. Completely unprofessional and terrible business practices.

      Horrible company, they take advantage of women and elderly they come in pretending to care about the customer but are a rip off. *** my site manager build a trust had me sign my completion papers knowing he had no intention of being fair, My toliet flooded after they refurbished my home after a fire. Constant delays with contractors. I was told that I had a two warranty on their work and now my flooring in my bathroom is coming up and they are blaming it on tree roots. So horrible and so unfair. Please DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My Flooring in my kitchen is separating, the trimmings for my basement windows does not match. My cabinet is detached from the walls, the tile on my bathroom walls on the floor is not even. I lost my son last year and was slow to contact them with my concerns called in April and then they said it was regrouping now its roots. Wow.

      I wish I could give them a 'NO STAR' That's what the rating would be. Venturi Restoration in **********, ** is horrible to work with. I had a hot water tank to burst and flood the 1st level of my home. This company did work on my home but when I started asking too many questions, asked numerous times for a copy of the contract their estimator had me to sign when he came out to my home and did measurements for the scope of work, which I never received a copy. They told me they had a plumber that could come out and replace the hot water tank. I said ok have them to contact me and tell me the cost of the job. I never received that **** nor saw the plumber but the people from Venturi that was working in my home let someone inside the house disconnected, moved the hot water tank to the middle of the dinning room and left it there. Yet they said I ask to many questions. Really, it's my home and I have that right. This company is horrible and I would never recommend them to no one nor use them again.

      zero does this company have a conflict of interest with insurance companies???? why else would insurance companies continue to recommend them when claims are filed.

      Buyer beware! Midpoint was recommended by our insurance company following our house fire which was a total loss except of our exterior brick walls. They claimed they offered a five year warranty. We signed an agreement to proceed pending acceptance of their quote for repair and restoration. They promised us a quote within four weeks. It took them over seven weeks to respond with a quotation which was $75K beyond the limits of our policy. Their quote was very labor intensive and did not include repair/replacement of electrical and plumbing. They had a 30% markup for admin and profit. They said they would provide a modified quote within a week but never provided it. They started to do the demolition on the house before we had accepted their quotation. We had to place them on stop work order. They said they winterized our fresh water pipes and hot water heating system. All the pipes burst due to the freezing conditions and required replacement. They pumped out our basement that had 2 feet of water in it after the fire without providing temporary power to our sump pump. The basement filled back up within three days requiring a second pumping. They charged us for both pumping's. They overcharged us for temporary lighting and charged us for putting an antibacterial/mold agent on our basement floor that was still covered by 80% with debris from the fire. Mold appeared on all the basement walls and ceilings within a week of the fire. Instead of telling us what options we could have for the restorations, they only told us what they wouldn't do. They wanted to remove a brick wall that was not damaged by the fire. We ended up firing them for noncompliance to our original agreements. They have absolutely no customer satisfaction skills or desire to keep their customer happy.
