1 starI am not too sure how the comment from ATI below stating they are an Industry leader. We spoke to our insurance company recently advising them ATI charge for services that were not rendered. That was just the beginning of use unraveling information that lead us to believe there were more stories than truth. I can only validate many comments below of all other customers because we were going to be one. Luckily I read these reviews and realized what we were seeing others had experienced. The lies of charging for services they did not do are true, the unchanging of ungodly prices is true (they didnt even break down prices), the lack of communication and information is true. Please please make sure you do not use this company. We decided to look for other contractors who were able to assist much quicker, communicated and answered question immediately AND gave an estimate with all need information within 24hrs.Review fromMrs H.

Beware. ATI was scheduled by our insurance after Hurricane *** to perform water mitigation on 4 commercial properties. 3 of the 4 temporary roofs which the Project Director stated can last for up to two years, all had leaks within days and continue to leak. Upon viewing their invoices I discovered multiple duplicate charges, inflation of labor hours, multiple days where the project manager and director billed lodging 4 X for a single day. The 30% overhead added to everything including the defective roofs is outrageous. In one unit an ATI employee left a pipe uncapped that leaked, causing substantial damage to the unit and the adjacent unit which the have not repaired. To make drywall cuts, temporary roofs, use of fans and dehumidifiers they are billing $600,000.00. Our insurance is having a full audit conducted and instead of waiting for the audit results, without adjusting the duplicate charges or repairing damages caused by their employees, they are filing liens against the properties. I caution everyone not to fall victim to their billing that should be considered price gauging.

DONT get sucked into using this company for anything but mitigation. Its been a year and Im still not back in my home. I could have built a new house in this time. Non responsive for the most part. And they send sub contractors 4 and 5 times to fix the same issues. All the while racking up huge invoices that they dont share but want payment for. 1 starHorrible terrible company did a haft asss job. Cost me more than what I pay for my home to fix it and then install they broken window never fixed it on to today, non of ******************** are Seal. Everything in my house is crooked not straight and falling off and apart. Its just now been three years and they never came back and fix all the things that needs to be fixed the right way. Theyre very Unprofessional, very Rude and will rob you for your money they also brought people from the street to work in my home thats not certify or have any paperwork this company is horrible all they do is rob the customer watch out for them theyre no good
