I constantly get Final Notice letters via Quicken Loans who denies having an association with Harbor Home Warranty. Each time I call and am assured that I will be taken off their mailing list. Today I called again and hear the boop sound which means it's a spammer or scam. No one answers. I called again and the agent hung up on me. I called a third time and I get a recording that says the number is no longer in service. A 4th call, using a secondary phone number, a guy apologizes and says he will take me off the mailing list. I know it's not going to happen.

THIS COMPANY PREYED ON MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND SOLD HER A HOME WARRANTY ON A CONDO THAT SHE DOESN'T EVEN OWN. THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY.

I received a letter from Harbor Home Warranty stating that the property home warranty for my residence, secured by Principal Mutual Life Ins, may be expiring or may have already expired.I NEVER had a property home warranty with Principal Mutual Life Ins. Almost 30 years ago, I paid off my mortgage with Principal Mutual Life Ins and have had NO CONTACT with them since.Harbor Home Warranty is a ************ who is writing letters to individuals to try to "scare" them into calling the company to "renew" a nonexistent warranty! Harbor Home Warranty is a TERRIBLE Company (i.e., SCAM) and no one should ever do any business them.

I love this company, I got a policy for my mother threw these guys and anytime something went wrong all I had to do was give them a call. I never have to worry about my mother or myself having to come up with an unseemly large amount of money for an unexpected repair. I will be recommending these guys to everyone!

This business does not operate with integrity and attention to detail. I am the executor for my father's estate and filed an address change to have mail sent to my home address. Today, 7/1/2024 my father whom has been deceased for 4 months, received a solicitation for home warranty that maybe expiring or has expired. As stated, my father is deceased. I called and after on hold 15 min. , talked with a female customer service rep. that did not seem to care on my complaint and stated this is how this company does business. I find this company cold, ingenuine, and lacking common courtesy that does not exhibit a fiduciary operation. If they shot gun solicitation with arrogance, then how would they best serve a client in time of need. I believe Harbor Home Warranty would not be reputable.

Received the same scam letter today that others have reported. I did file a complaint with the **** although the letter is probably 'legal' due to the disclaimer at the bottom. Such a shame.

I received a letter for their home warranty scam, unsolicited, despite having attempted to remove my information from just about every marketing database possible. It contained the name of a loan company I have done business with, in an attempt to mislead me into thinking they were an affiliate, while covering their posteriors legally by putting "We are not affiliated with your current mortgage company." in fine print at the bottom. Whatever means they used to obtain my information were shady and unscrupulous, as was the content of the letter which was designed to heavily imply without outright stating that I had purchased some sort of home warranty in the past which would be expiring soon. I checked their website, ***********************************, and it looks like it is barely functional, poorly designed, and intentionally vague while just trying to push you to the contact page. Finding the reviews on this BBB page only further confirmed my suspicion.Furthermore, I have reason to believe they have falsified at least one of the positive BBB reviews on this page, as the one from ******* M states that: "These guys are terrific! Professional and quickly helped me update my home warranty coverage." while it is clearly stated by the company in their responses that they have no affiliation to any bank or loan company, nor another home warranty company, and therefore no way of knowing if any previous home warranty coverage has been purchased, and by that logic would not be able to update home warranty coverage, only offer it or replace it. I would advise the BBB to investigate if the two five star reviews submitted were in violation of their Customer Review Submission Terms, specifically "I certify that this Customer Review is my genuine opinion of this business and that I have no personal or business affiliation with this business, and have not been offered or received any incentive or compensation originating from the business to write this review."

I received a misleading letter saying my home warranty, secured by my mortgage company (it was very outdated and listed a mortgage company that was at least three transfers prior), "may be expiring or already expired." I never purchased a home warranty. The letter was simply a scare tactic in how it was written, careful not to say the home warranty actually existed. I'm convinced it was aimed at seniors who might not know better.

Apparently that letter did not work with Harbor Home Warranty. I received a letter, on January 18, ****, telling me a bank had taken out a home warranty on my house which is in danger of expiring and they must speak with me immediately. This is not true and this company continues to scam people
