    We were contacted by this company less than 2 years ago. They promised that our subscription for $199 per month would help SEO and get us into voice search ahead of the game. After a year, I called...they only have an answering service set up...so you need to wait to hear back from someone. They couldn't explain what they had done so far, but offered to decrease the price to $99 per month. I should have known at that point that this wasn't a company that valued their own services and the best decision would have been to end the relationship. We hired a marketing manager and gave this project to her. After some research, she didn't see the value and contacted them to ask about our ROI. After we got through the answering service, they couldn't provide any answers, our dashboard never worked, so we couldn't view any data and then we found out that our ****** account wasn't even linked properly. My conclusion is that they stole our money...only apologized for not having answers, no real work was done for the time we were "connected" with them. It took me over ********************************************************************** early for the next month even though we weren't in a contract. Bad business over all!!! I don't have the time, as a small business, to invest any additional resources and I wanted to save other business owners from the same frustration.

    Complete waste of money. They refuse to do a refund. Process Started 1/12/24. I had calls/emails to/from getting things completed. Jan.25 I received an emailing stated "congratulations.Your business is now voice search ready!...ends with Please allow 3-4 weeks for all 3 voice search engines to be updated and searchable. I spoke with 3 people between 3/11-3/12 (section removed for lack of space to leave review-contact me and I'm happy to send full review) So now between three different people I've been told different reasons to why I cannot be given a refund. All changing depending on the moment.#1. I failed to create a ****** and yelp account-so they couldn't get my business on voice search... conclusion: my fault. no refund.#2. My account is available so they upheld their part of the agreement. They said yesterday it couldn't be found because I didn't do my end now they have found it and it's complete. conclusion: still no refund.#3. I referenced the timeline not being fulfilled in the 3-4 weeks and was told I didn't call and request a refund within that 3-4 weeks following my Jan 25 so they couldn't help me with a refund because too much time had past...conclusion: my fault; I waited too long to call? no refund.#4. He than switched to suggest he could help me create a yelp account because it's a free and quick process and would get my account complete. Conclusion:Still no refund.Wait...so #1 I need a ****** and yelp account or it won't be completed; #2 it is complete they have proof; #3 I didn't advocate for a refund soon enough; #4 you're willing to help me complete a yelp account?? didn't you say in reason #2 my account was ready and found. How can it be found if I never created a ****** or yelp account like I was supposed to as stated in #1 as the cause of why I couldn't get a refund? This is a scam and it is unethical and very unprofessional.

    This company is a complete scam. I signed up with their voice a and ************* Services and none of it was set up and if it was, it was not done correctly because the voice service never worked and I was never able to see the prime listings. Do not fall for this SCAM!!!

    I purchased their voice recognition service promising my business would be recognized on all voice search recognition platforms (**********************, etc) 30-days after installment. It has been over 30-days and my business is not showing up (I sent them several screenshots to prove). I have had 3 emails and 3 exhausting phone calls asking for a refund, but they are refusing saying their diagnostic run shows it is working through a couple of obscure platforms. **** is the only one that matters to me and 99% of clients searching for our services. Now, they're blaming it on my Yelp page. They claim I need to list my home address (not just the city where I'm promoting my business) on Yelp (NEVER disclosed in the sales process) "to be found." I've spent over 2-hours on frustrating calls. They continue to tell me "we have proof people can find you; therefore, can't have a refund," yet not one of my friends or family can find my business through voice recognition. This company should be ashamed of their tactics.

    ******* was very thorough in explaining what it was they do and how it could benefit my company as well as the garuntees. They were very accommodating to my needs. There were no hidden fees or "oh but.." thank you guys so much for your hard work and efforts.
