    This has been An amazing investment so far. The customer service reps Ive spoken with that were most helpful and informative were ************ The customer service reps in the call centers are friendly and one woman with an Irish accent whos name I forgot to ask for was sweet and patient with me as I explained my concerns about my listing updates and we started trouble shooting the ****** my business listing issue and login credentials updates for me. I am very happy with the service so far and look forward to seeing the long term positive impacts from this work. My only complaint is that its a bit confusing to navigate at first. But, the follow *** on calls and support requests are prompt and thorough to help guide you through the process. Great work guys and gals, keep it up

    Dont know how the product works, but dont sign up for a sales call unless youre prepared to deal with the jerks that handle getting you signed up. If you dont take advantage of their one time only sale to get you to pay more for their premium package, theyll tell you where you can put it and hang up.

    Originally APN showed us an online reputation score with a beautiful illustration and showed how we can increase our rating and fill in missing directory information to improve our online reputation score. After charging a very large fee to begin, they continued to charge about $150 every month and did not provide any invoice or proof of services provided. There was no follow up after multiple requests to see how our score has improved over the last half a year. When trying to cancel they kept saying you have to do that over the phone and did not provide proof of cancelation. After finally getting someone on the phone in the cancelation department, they would not simply verify account cancelation and kept going on and on with many questions. We've been trying to cancel this account for three weeks and they keep acting like they called us and we missed the call and then they send an email for us to call in and we call and get disconnected or have to wait on hold or get transferred around. In our opinion, this business is committing fraud and not provided services as promised.
