    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and file a complaint against APNTech regarding their failure to deliver the promised services. I engaged APNTech's services with the expectation of benefiting from voice search optimization through ******* However, despite fulfilling my financial obligation, I have not experienced any of the promised services. This has led me to believe that APNTech's representation was misleading, and I feel deceived by their actions. Furthermore, APNTech caused significant inconvenience to my company and I.     This company promised that it would get my business on local voice search ******* **** etc)I paid them well over $3500. My business is not on voice search even in my local town. APNTech does not follow up or provide any evidence of work that they have done (if any). No reports. No proof. Just monthly bills. They refused to cancel service unless they spoke with me on the phone because it was "the company's standard operating procedure." When I repeated that I wanted it canceled, the unidentified rep said he/she would only do that if they could charge me for another month. They also added that they would turn me over to collections iif I disputed the charge on my credit card statement.Do NOT do business with these people.

Our service does involve backend work that may not always be immediately visible, but we agree that regular reporting and updates are essentialand were actively working on improving that process.


    Regarding your cancellation request, we do require verbal confirmation to protect both our clients and our business, but its never our intention to make this difficult or uncomfortable. We absolutely do not condone threats or pressure tactics, and wed like to investigate this interaction further to ensure it was handled appropriately.
