    I have had my windows replaced and a new **** system. The window replacement went flawlessly and I cannot say enough good things about that process. However, the **** system install had a few hiccups and bumps in the road along the way. Overall, I am happy with my decision to hire Alpha, but things definitely could have gone more smoothly.

    Alpha Enviro Tech installed a new energy-efficient HVAC for us. The salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions, ***** the project manager got us sent us with an installation appointment and everything proceeded smoothly. Our HVAC was dropped off about half an hour before the installers arrived. The installer walked me through how the replacement was going to go answered all my questions and got to work. Our HVAC is on the roof and they got a giant crane to lift it there. While the old HVAC was being removed, our air ducts were being cleaned throughout the entire house. He explained what he was doing, gave advice on getting cleanings in the future and even installed a new air filter that would last six months! Alpha Enviro Tech was very professional, but also very friendly. The work went quickly and smoothly.

    My rating is based on three key factors: #1 Customer Support, #2 Communication, and #3 Transparency. Every project comes with its own challengessome big, some small. Fortunately, the issues encountered during the installation of my American Standard Air Conditioning system were minor and only required a little patience on my part. ***** made that incredibly easy. Her honesty, transparency, communication skills, and compassion reassured me that any issue would be handled promptly and with care, as if it were her own installation.From *****, who thoroughly explained all of Alpha EnviroTechs excellent products, to ****, who finalized the details to ensure a smooth process, to *****, who completed the installation and went above and beyond making sure nothing was overlooked, each step was marked by professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication.I feel fortunate to have been part of Alpha's journey and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Alpha installers were knowledgeable and friendly. HVAC installers were more than happy to walk me through and show me the ins and outs and the functionality of the equipment as well as any steps in maintenance to keep my new system running smoothly. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.had my attic vacuumed and old insulation removed as well as the abatement of the old airducts and asbestos, new ducts installed and plenum box, old furnace removed and replaced with a new energy efficient HVAC system with a radiator/condenser in the back of the house, and new insulation installed in the attic. Installation was quick and seemless. Very good work, highly recommend Alpha and when i have future projects for energy efficiency in my home, i will DEFINITELY be hitting them up again.

    The Alpha Enviro Tech team answered all our questions and concerns. They explained the whole process from start to finish. The installation of our windows was done very professionally. Any minor details was addressed to me and handled flawlessly by the installers, demonstrating their commitment to perfection. When all was done, the work areas were left spotless, leaving the new windows to look amazing.

    From start to finish, Alpha was educated, professional and fair. They arrived on time and layed out what was necessary to replace on my roof and gutters and what was still in good shape. The decision was easy looking at their work and feeling valued. The product information they shared only illuminated their apparent expertise.
