    I have been working with ***** since I enrolled in the program. She has helped me prepare yearly paperwork, and when I moved and transferred jobs, she had paperwork prepared for my new employer. Whenever I have any questions/concerns, she answers in a timely manner.

    I can only speak of my experience with Liberty Loan Forgiveness, and for 3 years or more they have stuck to their word with helping me with my previous and past student loans. *************************** has always replied back with concerns that I needed to address.

    I have delt with Liberty Student Forgiveness Program for over three years and have had no problems . All dealings with ************************* and his staff have very good. They have been very helpful and courteous in all aspects of dealing with my student loans. They have always given explanations and instructions on how my loans were being handled. Can't really say enough praises regarding this company. Will gladly advise others to use their service if they are having problems with thier loans.

    I have been in this program for almost 6 years now. I always have had the same agent (***********************) to voice my concerns to and he has answered and corrected all questions, issues, and/or concerns I have had about my student loans. Also, reading my CONTRACT, I understand the process that I am signed up in and have never had any reason to question this companys ability to provide the service I have requested.

    WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is completely a scam. I have been having to deal with them for the past 3 years. I cancelled my account and had them stop the automatic withdrawal. They told me they would apply for loan forgiveness. I then told them not to submit for Loan Forgiveness since I would not qualify anyway and they came back saying that they already did the work. I had told them not to do it and they did it anyway. I told them to stop the automatic withdrawals which they did and I told them I wanted a refund and they said they would. I have been trying to get a refund from them of $1,200 that I have paid and they have said yes and then do not deliver. I was told that they would be sending me a check as a refund on Fridays in the amount of $198 6 times to pay me back. It has now been 3 weeks and I have received nothing. And stop telling me that you have done the work on the loan forgiveness that I told you not to do. They always have some sort of excuse and then try to give me the run around and explain themselves. DO NOT do anything with this company. And if you try to call their customer service number it is always busy. Liberty Document Processing I have documented proof of all of this and would be very happy to discuss this with you and show you the documentation. Go ahead and call me back and keep your promise to give me my refund. If not I will start a civil complaint and will go that route instead. .

    I hope to get my money back if I don't I will be happy they no longer have access to my credit card information. It is really sad that so many people are being taken advantage of I feel like a fool knowing this company is a SCAM!!!!!!!

    ***** signed up on 10/19/2022 and was aware of the service agreement, ************************ even submitted documents to the processing department supporting her public service loan forgiveness employer, And she was placed in a income based repayment payment again based off the documents ************************ submitted, ************************ never reached out with concerns or questions

    S*** customer service. Fraudulent service. Got hung up on by a service rep. **** use phone numbers that you cant call back. Cancelled my account without consent. Hopefully they get shut down before s******* more people. It sounded too good to be true and it is.

    Liberty documenting process is nothing but a scam I tried to deal with. They actually deny my application because a customer service representative was rude to me and would not let me talk to my so called case manager to ask a couple of questions. The customer service representative cancelled my application, saying that I refused to answer certain question. When I talked the case manager he said that I refused to give him the information that they ask for however they never asked me for that information and canceled my application before I even had a chance to talk to him. He changed my FSA ID and log in information also. Know i can not access my account.
