  I received multiple phone calls daily, all hours of the day and night. After finally taking a call I was asked to answer a few questions to see if I would qualify for *** loan forgiveness. Hesitantly, I answered the questions as they were not asking for any personal information at that time. After the initial conversation I was transferred to ***********************, an Account Manager, I was told. ***** then began to tell me about the loan forgiveness program and take my DOB and phone number. With that information she was able to acquire my *** loan amount and my SSN. ***** stated that for 90$ a month for 4 months LDP would file the necessary paperwork with the *** for loan forgiveness. She asked for a form of payment for the account and I reluctantly gave her my CC number. ***** emailed me a document to sign allowing them access to my FSA account to change my password and login information. I quickly skimmed the document as she was waiting on the line for me to finish and I was at work during this call. I signed. ***** told me at that time that they would fill out the necessary paperwork and that I would be getting a letter from the *** in 4 to 6 months. The first payment for this process was to be today 10/13/22. After the phone call I felt very uneasy and did a deeper dive into the corporation. That is when I saw all of the other comments that have been reported against this company. I froze my CC so that they wouldn't be able to charge the 90$, total of 360$. Reported them to the Federal Trade Commision and the BBB. I'm glad that I was able to find the truth before losing any money. This is a SCAM!

  If I could give a 0 I would! Ive been in contact with the department of education and they have confirmed that this company is a SCAM. I called twice yesterday and spoke to 2 different people just to be sure! Please please dont let these thieves steal your money! Their representative who answers the phone every time I call is beyond rude! Shes pretty much a bully and talks s$&t to you when you call, the most unprofessional customer service Ive dealt with! And ****** doesnt answer her phone! I dont understand why people who work for a SCAM company would argue and refuse to just return your money. SHAME on these people!

  *******, we have spoken to you several times and also replied back to your other BBB complaints and we have provided all the proof to the BBB in regards to the work we have completed, You have been a CLIENT SINCE 09/15/2021 and now a year later you have concerns that we have addressed. You have also sent you copy of the agreement and clearly states we are not the ********** of ********** We proper documents that get submitted to the **** Also I think is ridiculous that the BBB allows such claims to be made and allows consumers to file reviews and complaints with properly reviewing the proof the business provides to denial such claims, We provided a service and once we completed that service the consumer wants a REFUND, That seems like a SCAM to the business

  Ive spoken to the us department of education and my loan holder multiple times! They both confirmed the your business is a scam! So you need to get ahold of the ** department of education and tell them to stop telling people your a scam!
