Just want to say working for concerts is amazing. I work for live nation for two years. Never saw any discount and tickets or discount on food. I worked for live nation in **********. I heard of other people in different states getting all these discounts, but never live nation in **********. So to do something you love and not get the benefit from it. Its a little disappointing.

I attended the Stray Kids Concert at Nationals Park on June 23. The venue/Live Nation demonstrated extreme negligence & a lack of preparation to host the event, despite being given sufficient notice of extremeweather conditions. After news reports across the area forecasted temperatures 100+, Nationals Park/Live Nation decided to host the event instead of rescheduling. The venue/Live Nation shared an email limiting guests to 1 sealed/empty water bottle to bring into the venue, with no other information on any amenities to help address the extreme weather.Later, Nationals Park/Live Nation released a statement claiming they let guests know about & provided the following during the event (**********************). While guests had a water break, many were forced to wait in long lines for water. I was told when trying to purchase water that they & many other stands in the stadium didn't have water. In addition, many guests reported the price of water increasing throughout the event (**********************).Cooling centers were available but only on 1 floor of the stadium, & they were not advertised until almost an hour after the doors opened via the venue's X account (**********************). Many guests were forced to empty & leave their sealed bottles before entering the park. They notified guests about being able to bring in a second sealed bottle an hour after the gates were open. Meaning thousands of guests were already admitted into the venue without this knowledge, since it was announced via a social post & not an official email. This extreme lack of ************************** resulted in a series of traumatic experiences & medical emergencies for thousands of event guests & put a strain on local transportation/emergency services. ** Fire members of the Mass Casualty Task Force were also sent to the area (**********************). 6 guests were hospitalized, & hundreds of others needed medical attention or suffered from heat-related illnesses.

Poor work on the DC Stray Kids show. Staff guiding us to go through metal detectors and not stopping us if we set it off/no wanding (or instructing people to take their bags off prior to stepping through) no one was stopping people to check bags. Keep in mind we were DIRECTED no one was ******* the gate. There was ONE woman screaming on a walkie talkie as ***** opened clearly panicking. Staff standing around as concert goers passed out while fans helped each other. Seemingly no safety or risk management plans in place. Severely understaffed for a near sold out event no staff instruction for lines outside which resulted in HOURS of standing in the heat and not sure what the line we were in was for. Went to ** ******* at the ***************- portajohns, misters, fans, drink stations on the floor space. You operate in the summer this is not your first rodeo with the week + heads up for a heat advisory. I go to concerts probably 1-2x a month kpop and other this is not my first time at an event this large however this was the first event Ive been at that I have felt genuinely unsafe at. Especially considering the nature of the world we live in. No staff support other than stay hydrated this event should have been postponed to a later date or pushed back a few hours until the sun set. It was specified no camping however there were people camping overnight (not myself) but there was NO STAFF/SECURITY to enforce this. We showed up to a huge line no one knew if it was Pit/VIP check in/ Merch and again NO STAFF with answers. When staff finally DID appear they expressed a helpful I dont know which lead to fans making lines? Idk whos fault this is but be better. We missed 8 songs of a concert we have waited 6 months for and traveled for. ($$$) This concert should have been postponed hours or to a later date.

I attended the Stray Kids concert on 6/23/25 at Nationals Park and there were many safety concerns. The heat was extreme, shade was minimal, and water access was severely limited. The concert was canceled mid-set with no refund guidance or follow-up from the venue or Live Nation.

Staff on-site (6/23/25) were overall quite rude and generally unhelpful to patrons. Several stood by watching while people collapsed in the heat and did not lift a finger. Many sold water at an extremely overpriced rate or simply ignored those asking for water. Staff also spent a great deal of time insulting patrons for enjoying the artists performing on said date. Experience there was most definitely negatively impacted by lack of care, respect, and common sense.

horrible. i went to a stray kids concert and it was the worst concert experience of my life. There was an extreme heat warning and the venue put absolutely NO effort into keeping people safe in +100 degree weather. Extremely terrible communication, no one knew where and what was happening. There were no mist fans, there was no water outside the stadium, we were only allowed to bring one bottle of water, but many people had their taken or dumped despite following policies. hundreds of people who had paid for VIP tickets never got into soundcheck and lost all their VIP benefits due to how disorganized everything was, and staff was also clueless to where anything was and how to handle the situation. Halfway through the concert they entirely ran out of water as fans were literally dropping like flies, fainting and seizing due to the heat. staff was rude and mocked fainting fans, some recording those who had fainted and drinking cold bottles of water in front of fans desperate for water. Performers had to beg staff to get water and not only did they not initially get it but they charged people higher prices(10 dollars a bottle!) for them. Even the performers ended up getting sick, and so many people fainted that they had the end the concert early due to legal reasons. its reported that hundreds of people needed medical attention, and 6 people got hospitalized due to their ************* heart breaks for all the people who got hurt, got traumatized, and the performers who watched everything happen. Its unacceptable.

Subject: Complaint Against Vibee (Owned by Live Nation) for Misrepresented VIP PackageTo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against *****, a company owned by Live Nation Entertainment. I recently spent nearly $10,000 on a VIP package for a ************** event through *****. This package was intended as a celebratory gift for my nephew's college graduation. Unfortunately, the experience was profoundly disappointing and fell far short of the promised "VIP" standards. The seats provided were obstructed, severely impacting our enjoyment of the event. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with Vibee, they have consistently denied any fault and have refused to offer any form of resolution.Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous similar complaints and even lawsuits filed against *****, indicating a pattern of misrepresentation and poor customer service. The company's staff have been unresponsive and, at times, disrespectful, further exacerbating the ************ the end, I was compelled to purchase new tickets at additional cost, as the original "VIP" tickets were unsellable even at face value. This entire ordeal has not only resulted in significant financial loss but also marred what was meant to be a memorable occasion.I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative options when purchasing event packages. Based on my experience, *****'s offerings are misleading and do not deliver on their promises.Sincerely,

There was much publicity in all media on Live Nation's $30 Tickets to ************* I logged in a the exact time it was to start and there were no $30 tickets available, for any of the participating concerts in my area. There were, however, many full priced tickets available. While they received a lot of free publicity, in my option this was a tactic to try to sell off remaining tickets at full price.
