      Purchased two tickets both with an extra. Transferred one ticket to my brother and had assumed that the ADD on to the ticket was in fact added to the ticket and it sadly is not. The add-ons are not transferable and nowhere on the website does it say that they cannot be transferred. Usually things like this are attached to the ticket. I get to eat this cost and get nothing for it. Customer service ,after there amazing 24hour response time, has repeated the phrase, " We apologize for the inconvenience as add-ons are not eligible for transfer and refund." , to each of my questions regarding where it says that in policy.

      I am greatly appreciative of the support provided to me by LaShawna. Hopefully any who read this can make note that add-ons do not transfer with the ticket since as of this moment nothing has been added to the website about that. In other news everything else about my experience was 100%. Hopefully that **** get added to the website in the future. I do fully intend to attend another concert in the future provided one is near to me. Thank you again for your assistance with my issue.

      Hi, I purchase 2 Cap Com VIP tickets in addition to my original tickets. It was for Dave Matthews Band in July at Saratoga SPAC. I purchased these tickets because my wife has bad asthma, and it was advertised as "smoke-free." When we got in, a ton of people were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the space. It was nauseating. I complained, and they told me to call the main site for a refund. I have sent messages and called a dozen times (nobody picks up the phone). I am not asking for a refund for the tickets to attend the concert (they were separate) but I am asking for a refund for the 2 Cap Com VIP tickets. Can someone please help??
