    On Monday Sept 2nd I officially came in 1st place on the $100 trophy tournament after spending almost $50.00 on special scratchers just to win more trophies. When the time ran out I clicked redeem and all I got was a few coins and a couple trophies, equal to LESS than what I got the other day after coming in 10th place.

    Been playing lucky day since 06/2018. Have cashed out several times since then, however, on 07 July 2022 ticket #****** for $25.00, 13 July 2022 ticker # ****** for $10.00 and on 30 July 2022ticket #****** for $10.75 was flagged for unknown reason. As of 24 August 2022 its been thirty three business days and I haven't recieved any money nor any type of response to my numerous e mails and or phone calls. This is totally unacceptable .

    Lucky Day has paid most of the money I have earned. However, Lucky Day still has a outstanding debt of $10.75 to be paid to the consumer. I have my doubts of the final payment.

    This complaint is in regards to the Lucky ********** I have reached the required "points/tokens" needed to redeem for a $100 ******** Gift Card. However, ALL gift cards are always "sold out" They claim to restock every 90 minutes but that is not true. I have been checking every hour, multiple times each hour both day and night! I even kept the app open to the gift cards to catch restock in order to receive but cards were never restocked. I want what is stated to receive---$100 ******** Gift Card.

    This has become a fraudulent app. They have not had anything to pay out with since November. No gift cards or prizes, which is the entire point of the app. I demand my $107.00 that I have accumulated in rewards be paid out immediately.

    I played this game a long time to get 200 million tokens and then cashed them in for a $200 Amazon gift card. My tokens were deducted but I did not receive the gift card. I have not been able to find a way to contact them. I would like a response from this company regarding the gift card.

    I received a communication from the company stating they forwarded a code to redeem my prize. It was a lie. I received no such code so the issue has not been resolved.

    A $200.00 ****** giftcard. On August 3rd @ 9:15 am, i redeemed the gift card AND i received a confirmation email also. Then they took it back without notice. I have the confirmation email. This might be a scam as they don't want to pay out what they promised
