    I have an ************ and my "lucky day" app won't open any longer.... Says there is technical issues and to try again. It's been atleast a month now. I have Atleast 130 million tokens amd was on my way to getting 200 million to cash out on a $200 gift card. This took me years to do and now I can't even get in to the app. What do I do now? Or how can I be compensated ? Thank you for your time

    ***** playing 11/13; participated in a contest on 11/13 for a $3000 Grand Prize. I was in first place until 11pm (ending 12am) and then player popped up to continued to make payments and outscore me. The name of "****" - after such event, the player has not been seen on the leaderboards. At the time I tried to challenge and continue to participate in the contest, I received an error "You already own this item" . I reached out to support and have yet to receive a response. However, after spending hundreds to remain in first place, I was stuck in second and only a $150 prize. I requested my withdrawal on 11/14 - which said it could take up to 7 business days. It is the 8th business day and still nothing. No response to any of my emails - aside from a "Ticket being entered and to not submit again". I would just like a refund processed for anything put in. I question the legitimacy of the miraculous last minute winners (as I have watched the user names daily). I have read enough horror stories about those not being paid or answered. Please just refund me and delete my account. This is as close to a scam and predatory gambling as one can be. Not to mention the fact that the $10 payout for the daily ad-surfing is highly unattainable as it gets throttled as you approach $9-9.75 - again, as attested by multiple horror stories and complaints. This is NOT a legitimate company and it is technically non-conforming 'gambling' as the only way to obtain enough trophies to place in the event is 100% to PAY for scratch offs.

    I have been playing this app for many years. I finally won money from them. I have tried to cash out three separate times from Lucky Day that has still not been paid out via PayPal (as they should have):

    October 12, 2022: $90.34
    October 28, 2022: $5100
    November 1, 2022: 111.00

    I have sent many emails to their support team about this. (They remain unanswered.) I only want the money that I have rightfully won.

    False advertising, fraud, scamming site. I played lucky day won $3000 another $150 and another $10 in jackpots I won. Went to cash out said up to 7 business days. Once it took over a month to just get $10 and now this time it took over 7 business days, went to ****** and said pending. I check off and on next few days then it stated it was canceled and money refunded. Refunded to where?? If it was refunded to token coins, it takes 500,000 coins to equal $500. I have nowhere near $3,160 worth of coins added to my coin bag and definitely not that much added to my cash out in dollar wallet. I ask that I'm paid for the money I won in cash as they promised would be done in 7 business days.

    I have been playing lucky day I believe it was around 2017 maybe longer not sure on that at first if u won anything or use ur tokens u was able to receive it first I won anything I received it 15th of this month I won 100 dollars on this trophy game promise 7 business day I would receive in my PayPal I haven't received it I have email them and no response I have seen complaints on here I would like to make a complaint I also like to have my money I was promised too

    I have been playing the Lucky Day app since February 2019, almost every day. From the first day of play up until August 2022, I had only managed to accumulate $9.95 of the $10 minimum needed to cash out.
    On August 26, 2022 I won the $50 raffle. I took a screenshot of the win in order to have proof. On that same day I took the necessary steps to redeem $59.95. I received a confirmation stating that it would take up to 7 business days to receive the code that would allow the money to be placed in my PayPal account. Today is October 20, 2022 and I have received nothing. I've sent 4 emails to Lucky Day, but they have never responded.
    I would like the $59.95 that I can prove they owe me.

    I allegedly won $38.00 in PayPal cash. It was to take up to 7 days to process. I have yet to receive payment and all attempts to contact business for help have been ignored.
    Approximately 1 month later and still no contact.
