  First, there is no in-person consultation. I was initially quoted for 8 units of CoolSculpting for my arms, but I only received 2 units during my first appointment. The nurse who assisted me mentioned that I only needed 2 sessions and advised me to wait 1 to 2 months before scheduling another appointment. This experience feels very misleading. I would not recommend this business.

  If I could give this business no stars I would. I spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal and have been left with more hair than I started with because they dont know what they are doing. I have reached out to corporate many times and havent gotten a single response back for months.

  I bought a package from this company in 2022. Once I bought the package I found out I was pregnant and then breastfeeding. When I went to use my IPL package they told me they no longer offer that package and would get reimbursed. I have called corporate many times and the stores. They all tell me I will hear within ***** hours. I have been told about 6 times and no one ever gets back to me. Every time I call and ask for a manager they said they dont have managers and they dont have anyone to escalate this issue to. They are so unprofessional and their lack to help this issue says a lot about their company. Super disappointed!

  STAY AWAY!!!! I paid over 4k for 2 treatments of thermage which was supposed to help me tighten the loose skin on my stomach. I was told I would see full results after a year. It has now been over a year & if anything, my loose skin is actually worse. I came in to take pictures of the results and the lady that did my consultation told me that she understood my concerns and she didnt think that I got 4k worth of results. I, then, receive a call from ***** that tells me that he thinks my results look great & that hes sorry I feel that way about myself. Are you kidding? I told him that the lady that did my consultation for me, agreed with me as well, to which he basically called me a liar? I didnt necessarily want a refund, just something that would help me see results. When I asked if he could help me in any kind of way, since I didnt receive what I paid for, he told me to go buy over the counter creams and give it time. If that was the case, why did I spend 4k? I couldve just bought the cream in the first place. Then he told me I can buy another treatment, so i would have to spend thousands of dollars anyways. The whole place is a scam.

  I booked a Thermage for eye area, face, and neck. But i didnt get Thermage on eye area. They tried to convince me that is a new technology. But I checked on ******** official website, the newest system is Thermage FLX, which was the one I got. It should include different tips to treat different part of body. Theres an eye tip should be used to treat eyelids which I didnt get.

  I contacted LaserAway, inquiring about their upper lip and underarm hair removal services - eventually deciding its best I do electrolysis.I was forthcoming in advising LaserAway staff of my electrolysis decision via text. Despite this, I later received a phone-call from LaserAway inquiring about my verdict to commence services. I again advised them of my decision and that I previously communicated it to them via text.The following day, I receive another phone-call from LaserAway inquiring about my decision... again. While theyre trying to assure me on being the best, Im erroneously told electrolysis isnt a permanent hair removal solution (incorrect) and laser hair removal is a permanent hair removal method (its not). The LaserAway staff also tells me electrolysis doesnt work for dark skin and dark hair (thats not true). With frustration, I asked the staff if theyre even a Physician. They arent. I advise them that theyre wrong and I not only came to my decision following research, but after a conversation with my Board Certified, Skin of Color, Assistant Professor, Assistant Dermatology Program Director *** Langone Health MD Dermatologist. FYI: Laser hair removal promotes permanent like hair reduction up to 80-90%. However, electrolysis is the only PERMANENT hair removal method approved by the *** and it works on all skin tones. While not my source of information, LaserAways website even states the aforementioned - but I digress. That said, instead of the LaserAway staff deciding to respect my boundaries and come to terms with their misinformation, they further exhibit flagrant audacity by telling me I should probably get a second opinion and/or seek another dermatologist. How does LaserAway boldly tell someone to find a new doctor, when theyve been wrong about everything theyve said thus far? The communication and experience with LaserAway was unethical, disruptive and left me flabbergasted. 0 out of 10 would not recommend LaserAway.

  HIGH PRESSURE SALES, can be compared with auto sales. I perceive that as a gross mis-representation of a company that is supposedly a high-end treatment center, marketed as "medical group". This pressure is an ongoing theme at LA, whenever you come in for an appointment, I have tried to ignore it, and have had to say NO multiple times over my visits this past year +/my daughter-in-law also would complain to me about the continued pressure to add more treatments, packages EVERY TIME she came in for an appointment. Last week pressuring my daughter to increase her treatments, she cannot afford it, and was embarrassed that she had to explain her financial situation. I gifted her my credit, she doesn't even want to return. My daughter in law had the same experience with PRESSURE from staff to buy more!!!! Every single time we go in for an appointment.I called multiple locations to place my complaint but was told I'd have to wait for up to 72 hours for a return call....business days....so I drafted an email and sent it on October 11, 2024. I am sending it again, today, stating I put a complaint in with the BBB. I see the same complaints on ******. Very unhappy with this high pressure "medical group"....****** ********

  SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CREDIT AND PEACE OF MIND!I thought Laseraway was a reputable business as it is very well known, little did I know I was about to sign up for the worst experience of my life! The mental torture and stress I had to go through is unbelievable. I am baffled how they scheme people into signing up for their service WITHOUT CONSENT! When I tried to cancel, the very next moment, they said there was nothing they could do and that it would ruin my credit! Very unprofessional and unreliable company! I made a terrible mistake of trusting and calling them, this is an honest review and I have message proof that what happened to me was also experienced by several customers on red-it. They have ruined my credit for the sake of their own selfish money-making schemes!!!! Never -ever going back there. Beware and be smart with your selection folks. ****** was the representative

  Predatory and very sketchy. They are refusing to cancel my contract and/or provide any refund despite still being within the legal right to do so. They are prolonging the entire process to ensure that you'll fall outside the the Home Solicitation Sales Act. Do not get your services with them. I'm currently going through a nightmare to get this whole process settled.

  Hi, this is about LaserAway sales team. Salesperson **** should be fired, she is extremely rude. I made the mistake on making an inquiry with them and got harassed with multiple phone calls and text messages, one after another. They will not take a hint if you dont answer. Then they will give you rude answers when you ask them to remove you from the call list. Take a hint man! You dont attack a customer just because they are looking your way in interest in a product. Completely made me lose interest in actually using LaserAway.
