      Stay away from this company. I was told it would be $150 for each service. The sales rep made me believe that I have available credit and every time I went I would be charged $150. But that was not true! LaserAway charged me $3644 for services of my package before I even completed these services. I got a total of 4 sessions 2 of which were not complete services . When I called to canceled she told me if I cancel my services, I am going to be charged regular pricing for each area that have been treated (not the sale price anymore) that means i have already treated $2943 worth of treatments according to her. I also created an account to make my payments and without my permission they were just charging away my bank account. I told the sales rep I do not feel comfortable paying until my services have been completed.

      worst customer service, and the promotions are scams. They get you in at 70% but then as you to continue to keep buying packages due to old equipment.

      Deceitful financing practices! Their sales person talked me into getting 0% financing. Everything was explained to me clearly that I will not pay any interest if I finance the treatment. In the end they hid interest in the contact in such a sneaky way, that it's impossible to get out of it even if you pay off the principle early.

      You wrote a review for LaserAway13 hours ago 1.0 star rating 11/17/2022 I am still spending more time than I would care to try to resolve this predicament, but I believe people off the streets should take warning from my experience. Within 15 minutes, I had wasted over $1,000.00. I was told that the lady (nurse) who gave me my treatment was an expert. She refused to alter her method no matter how often I disagreed with her regarding where she was injecting the filler. She placed the needle each time in my cheekbones, avoiding the area with deep lines on my cheeks. I notice the managers are more than eager to thank the patrons here on yelp who praise their nurses, but I have not heard a single word except a written note from Corporate informing me they had no intentions of giving me any form of compromise. I feel I must make a stand and show that I will not be quiet. Older folk are seeing more and more examples of a reverse of the old saying that the customer is always right. The salon took photos before but not after. The reason being! I look exactly the same.

      I really wish I could say that I was able to try this service and loved the results, but I, unfortunately, didn't even get passed *** phone consultation before regretting choosing this company. I have never received laser hair removal before and wanted some additional information about the process. The sales representative was, at first, very normal. She asked about the areas I was interested in and why, however, after answering those questions and telling her I had never done something like this and was interested in the actual process, she just replied "Oh that's fine, you're in good hands!" and then proceeded to send me over a bunch of loan documents and requests for my information. She gave me very little information about the services I was interested in, besides feeding me some lines about their medical-grade lasers and talking over my questions to just talk about the loan and payment agreement. In hindsight, I should have run, but I foolishly fell for their pushy sales tactics and am now in the long process of canceling my package and agreements. Unfortunately, every time I have tried to speak to my original sales representative regarding this manner, she has been so snotty and unwilling to provide me proper explanations and seems generally unaware of the actual procedures behind what she is selling, legal or laser related. My expectations of a phone consultation were to first be informed about the process, then presented with payment options, not to be bullied, talked over, and then conned into payment. It really makes me concerned about the services LaserAway provides if this is how they treat prospective customers

      Would rate Laser Away as ZERO STARS ** possible FOR HIGHLY DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES!!! I reached out to Laser Away during a supposed "Back to School" promotion ** late August/early September. On the phone, I was quoted very attractive, heavily discounted prices for Coolsculpting and Thermage treatments, as well as ZERO-interest financing for 12 months as long as the full amount was paid within the year. However, when I finally received and reviewed the detailed financing paperwork, I discovered that I had been charged the FULL RETAIL amount for the 4 treatments I purchased ($11,799 instead of $8,799). Moreover, the financing company (ALLY Lending) started charging interest on the much-higher-than-expected principal amount principal amount from DAY 1!!! I had 1 Coolsculpting session, which was professionally handled and all went as described. HOWEVER, by now, I have spent significant amounts of time over the past month trying to get the overcharge rectified, only to be given a total run-around. I am now requesting to cancel ALL further treatments not yet used, to be honored the discounted price ($3000 instead of $4500) for the single Coolscupting session I received, and to be refunded the remaining $8,799 charged (or have that amount repaid/returned to ALLY Lending). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!!

      I am really upset and disappointed with my experience at Laser away. I really hoped for the laser treatments for my facial hair would work as the initial signing agent had promised. This complaint is not toward any staff member at the ********* location. All of the people working there have been nice. The appointment scheduling is a problem. Do not plan to cancel any of your appointments or call out of them if your sick, because you will not be able to reschedule next day or even within the week easily. It interupts the cycle of your treatment and has you in a position like myself. After all this time and im still growing black facial hair. I spent over 4k on my treatment package for 8 sessions. They kindly offered me an additional few sessions and it still did next to nothing. They tell you to shave between sessions which has now left me with more dark hair on my face than prior to treatments. My last session which was an evaluation, a woman took pictures of my face with a tablet and told me I would hear from someone in two weeks. That was over a month and a half ago. Im so sad and disappointed. I spent all of that money for basically nothing and now have more dark hairs on my face than before. I just feel like they didnt really care at all and I was just used to meet someones sales numbers. They dont accomodate appt cancellations and for someone that is paying thousands of dollars for a treatment, I would think that would be a priority as they would want the best possible outcome for their customer. But they simply either do not have enough people to work to accomodate and also dont really care at all about you or your treatments working. The staff even agrees its not fair to them that they dont have the ability to prioritize getting people in that chair to get the treatments in the time frame needed. It so *****.

      I was interested in their services; they called me while I was shopping and I couldn't hear a word of the call due to my cell reception so I hung up. They then texted me with a snarky, sassy, rude message about me hanging up on them. I have been a business professional for years myself and own my own business...frankly appalled by the way they treat potential customers. Can't imagine that the way they treat any of their patients/customers is any better! I would never trust them to do ANY services. Steer clear and choose a business that is more professional.

      I bought a package of tattoo removal. I had already had a few sessions at another clinic but they had closed their doors. So I got a package at Laser Away. After four sessions my tattoo still looks the same from when I left the old clinic. So I guess Laser Away does not use upgraded high-quality lasers because it didn't do anything for my tattoo. I voiced my concern and they told me that they would put a ticket in for me and I got a call from Brian Dickerson his title was corporate client experience. I don't think he likes his job very much and he called me right at 8 PM when he was closing and I think he just took it out on me. It was very upsetting. It seemed like I was putting him out by stating a concern about the Quality.
      I have never been so disrespected before I couldn't believe the way he talk to me telling me that I don't know anything about tattoo removal or what I am taking about. He then proceeded to sarcastically say he'll give me half the money back only as a credit for a different service. He told me "i'm going to give you a crash course on how customer service goes" "you're nothing special and I wouldn't give you any special privileges." I told him that was disappointing because I didn't want any other services at Laser Away that I would just like them to be notified and see what they could do. He talked over me every time I talked. I asked for his supervisor's name and he said he is the highest level in the company and he does not have a supervisor. I think that was a lie and a big red flag that he wouldn't let me know who his supervisor was. It ended with him hanging up on me while I tried to get a word in. It saddens me to see a company treat a customer like that. I couldn't believe a corporate member would have behaved in such away. I just have so many regrets on my purchase now. If there's a return policy that a customer doesn't agree with there's a way to talk that is humane especially if they're a customer.

      Hair does not stop growing!
      Some Fillers are left overs saved from a previous treatment. You don't get the 3 rd free syringe they offer until 6 months from the treatment so that after only one syringe you will automatically need another by then .
      How convenient .
      The good reviews are rewarded *** bucks if left on yelp they advertise that at the location in Brea and when I mentioned my unhappiness she pulled out my before and after pictures ( low blow)
      And said you look much better now.
      (Ouch)
      But that's not what good business is.
      If I'm paying for a face filler treatment I need to be satisfied ***** dollars later and I ask so I can't use that 3rd syringe now because one side of my face is under treated?
      I was told sorry not for 6 months then I was not told about a touch up appointment in 2 weeks at all ! I heard that from the website!
      So why did they tell me six months?
      I told her one side of my face is under-treated and she says
      "That's the side you sleep on" all confident like she knows exactly how I sleep that's how obvious this under treatment is. It's literally uneven and I'm convinced the bad review I left on yelp is what sparked this abuse emotionally and physically!
      This is my face !! It would be different if it was anywhere else. I'm considering legal action or media outlet coverage.
      I read the bad reviews on laser away and they are all the same complaints that's how you know they don't care. Years of the same issues mentioned over and over again!
      Rude staff, hair grows back, never removed permanently and the tattoo removal has the most negative reviews of all tattoos are even faded and there is no refund on any removal of tattoo or hair !
      It's all a sham and the face fillers should be given to customers realistically with even fill and if you run out get more but don't act like oh well it ran out half way threw your face oh well see you in 6 months !
      I sleep on my left not on my right , that's just how bad you are at your job!
