      Absurdly high prices for services you can get anywhere else for far less expensive. They scam you with their marketing by advertising crazy sales, but it is beyond a rip off. I paid a little over $2000 for 8 Brazilian laser hair removal treatments in ***** and was not happy with the results-I still had significant hair growth. When I questioned the companys expertise I was just simply offered a discount on maintenance sessions, that was still going to be over double the price than other companies in the area. I began maintenance sessions at another facility in ***** (called Sev) and had WAY better results for more than half the price. I guess the idea of the company having facilities all over the country sounded appealing to me when I was starting my treatment because I was a travel nurse and moving frequently but Laser Aways prices are absolutely not worth it for the mediocre services AT ALL! Definitely dont recommend

      I purchased a 8 session package through a phone representative. Before completing the purchase I asked her what the return policy was and if I would be able to get a refund if I wanted to stop treatment. She said absolutely, we would just refund you for the remaining sessions. This was a complete lie. After one treatment I tried to get a refund, and the same representative said oh we can only provide store credit, it was in the disclosure. My bad for not fact checking the representative, but this feels illegal.

      My story is just like all of the prior ones posted here. Trying to get refunded due to LASER AWAY's obvious breach of contract, for services not received. I've got the typical, "We don't do refunds, you have to speak to the person who sold you the package, you have to wait 24, 48, 72, a week, (heard it all) before management or as they call it "regional" to reach out to you. I just received a email from someone named "*******************************" who's "Corporate of Client Experience". Her offer for my refund, presented in email, indicated that I had to pay FULL price for the total services I received (3) of 8 in package. Which brings my refund due to THEIR breach of contract down to pennies on the dollar. This is beyond illegal. It's insanity that no one's filed lawsuit for this joke of a company. Other issues: Being turned away from scheduled appointments, "No one's here to service you". Being placed in a closet looking room to numb for injections, never told how long to leave the numbing cream on, so first session was literally H*** "Your getting a great deal!" Yea at being scammed! Bad results, lied to about what results I could expect. 80% permanent...... NO one wants to mention the MAINTENANCE required. Told I can't have a reinject appointment until everything dissaptes, but yet this is the ONLY place that requires you to get your lip injections in two settings, thus breaking up the syringe.... Questionable at least, this is almost a scary thought to me at this point.... If you can't do it until it's all gone, then how can you do it AGAIN as REQUIRED by this joke of a company two weeks after first session??? Lied to each time I spoke to anyone, anywhere customer service, or in person. I've threatened lawsuit, and by what I'm reading online it might as well be a class action suit because of all the people who've been taken for a ride from this fly by night UNPROFESSIONAL company. Lets talk people, I think it's time we get what we've put out.

      Upon my first consultation with Laseraway, they told me my small black ink tattoo would require about 10 sessions, and they urged me to buy a package. I have now completed my 6th session, and its barely faded at all. Ive seen people with full sleeve tattoos get more progress after 6 sessions than this at other tattoo removal shops.At my last session, I told my clinician that Im not seeing progress, and her exact words were ok let me crank up the laser. Which leads me to believe the laser is based on levels and they are doing the bare minimum level for me, so I can come back and buy more and more packages for all eternity!! Ive seen other people make the same comment on reviews for this business. I know understand their business plan is to sell everyone on endless packages and not give them the true results they are seeking. I find their practices to be highly unethical and deceiving.Ive wasted an entire year of my time, not to mention the money, and now I have to start all over again with another shop.

      They will tell you lies to get you to buy a $4000 package for 12 treatments. the treatments dont work for acne scarring which is what I needed. I specifically asked if it helped with that and they lied. The best part is I have only used 1/2 of those sessions and they will not give me any sort of refund.

      I prepaid for all six clear and brilliant treatments. Made every single appointment. When I went in for a consultation, they said my skin would be perfect for the treatment. After six clear and brilliant treatments and quick fire and ice treatment, all two weeks apart from each other, there was no result. All the technician told me was, Oh, there isnt a difference. Its probably because you have fair, Asian skin. when she was comparing all the photos taken before every treatment. They did not try to offer any kind of reconciliation or anything for that matter. All they did was try to sell me more treatments of other types and kept calling to try and make more money from me. After $2,500+ in, I left with no result and wasted all that time and money only to, basically, be told, Oh, too bad.

      Extremely deceptive. I received an ad from LASERAWAY stating that I could receive a 70% discount on my laser purchase. I was excited about this offer and decided to set up a consultaion (they force you to do this when you click on the discount, and never show you the discount).The representative I spoke with, ****, got upset at my request for a discount (which was advertised!!!) and told me to shop elsewhere if I wanted a discount. This is unacceptable behavior from any company, and I also suspect that their workers are treated very poorly, based on the customer service representatives reaction to my request.False advertising and unprofessional treatment are not acceptable practices, and I would steer awayyyyy from using their services. Sound like ***************** of manipulation on each level of the company. No honesty is a huge red flag.

      Scam. Not only was I lied to about the services, but I was also charged an incredibly high amount that was not consistent with what they shared when I signed up, through a 3rd party financing group. I was also told at the time of sign up that the payment service was a payment portal and not a loan, it in fact is a loan. I was called aggressive after calling in to ask for a line item for the invoices and told "I could've told you tough loss you're not getting a refund" she then followed up with, "I'm telling you exactly what to write in your doctor's note to help you". The rep also continued to laugh throughout our phone call, while saying I signed an agreement that states I won't get a refund. Stay away.

      Runaway from Laseraway! My experience taught me this! On my 4th visit, the tech did not use the correct setting and/or the device was not clean. Within 48 hours, I had a terrible rash. They saw me and said, it wasnt there fault, it had to be me and sent me home with Neosporin. The next day I went to the doctor because it was getting worse and gave me an antibacterial and antiviral medicine. When I approached the clinic about the problem, they again said it was me, not them. Each person said they would expediate the problem. I was bounced around from person to person. I feared going back because the tech did not listen to me when I winced in pain. I have had laser treatments two years previously in another state and never ever had a problem!! After 4 months of seeking a refund ************************* and ***************************** offered me a refund. Since then, they have ghosted me! Please find another clinic that does not have revolving door technicians and then Shame and Blame You for anything! They apparently think they have immunity to do whatever they want to your body! Runaway from Laseraway! Or be prepared for the Shame, Blame and Ghosting.

      BUYER BEWARE if youre going for Botox. I tried the ********* location for my first Botox treatment (actually I did Xeomin at the staffs recommendation). I was told after 14 days I could come back if I needed any areas fixed. Well after the Xeomin settled, I saw this dent over my left eyeit was DEFINITELY not visible before. My left eye is now also droopy. NOT happy AT ALL.I called on 2/15 to see about getting fixed and was told someone would call me back. Crickets. So I call back on 2/16. ****** had me send in a pic for the nurse to review. They then scheduled me for a 5pm appointment. At 4:03 I get a text from ****** saying a nurse practitioner wasnt there so itd be best to reschedule. I responded to the text saying Id like to come on 2/17. Crickets. I responded again. Crickets. I responded the next morning. Crickets. So I call and the front desk says no one left a note saying I needed to be rescheduled and shed have the nurse call me.Got a call from the nurse at 5pm. She said I had the dent before and it couldnt be fixed Id have to wait it out. Really?Having never noticed this dent and now looking like I have a deformity really ****** me off. I will definitely NOT be going back here. I am highly ****** at my results and horrible customer service experience.After being told by the nurse that my now visible dent cant be fixed, I asked to cancel my future visit and a refund. I then all of a sudden get a text message (remember they ignored my previous texts) that they can fit me in for a touch up. REALLY!!!??? Is anyone on the same page here? The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Completely unacceptable. When youre spending this kind of money you want all of the is dotted and ts crossed. SMH
