      I bought their plan and it is horrible. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought. They do not have a repair person in my area so I have to pay to fix it and they will reimburse me. I told them since neither of us is able to fix it send me a new one. I will be getting in touch with ********** to let them know that Allstate is not honoring the procreation plan thats sold in their store. Why sell me a protection plan when you dont have anyone to come fix it

      I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't deserve any stars. My range broke and I have the ********** extended warranty which is Allstate. No one showed up on the first appointment I called and expressed my frustration about waiting all day and no show, then they set up another appointment to fix my range. The appointment was for 8 am to 5 pm. So my wife took the day off again to wait for them and guess again NO SHOW again. they are the worst. So frustrated with All state. I want my money back.

      Aka/ Square Trade gave the option to replace my portable fridge that was under warranty our reimbursement. When I chose the replacement option, they sent me an email stating they would send me a ******* gift card. I checked at ******* and my fridge was in stock. They refused to send me the replacement. I assume the reason is because the product is now $100 more. So now they want me to spend $100 more with the gift card to purchase the same product.They did send me three portable fridge options to choose from after I complained, they were half of the size of the 52L Kapas fridge that I have now. The reason for the return is because the temperature will not change and it stays at 104 Fahrenheit and freezes the refrigeration part too.

      THE WORST!!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WARRANTY! Outsourced telemarketers that really do not care about servicing the client They cannot even ship a GE part available overnight from ******. The local 3rd party repair company also received inadequate information. Just another example of sad customer ********** dryer is still not fixed.

      I purchased a pool from ******* brand is *******, 1yr later the pool pump has gone bad, I have called square trade or allstate, I have been bounced back and forth, I have summited invoice photos videos proof of purchase ******* factory warranty and nothing has been resolved

      They give you the runaround when it comes to claims. I did the prices from start to finish and they told me they would mail it a check. This was in march it's now June and I still haven't recieved a payment. when I called to find out what happened to the check. they said u didn't finish the process even though I sent SS of the email proof.

      I wish I didn't have to give Allstate or Square trade any stars. They are by far the worst protection plan service ever. We purchased a refrigerator from ********** last year. Not even 5 months later the refrigerator broke. We had a hard time getting anyone to assist with an either replacing the fridge or fixing it. One of the supervisors from ********** assisted us 3 month later with repairing the fridge. Here it is 4 months later broken again. All our food went bad and Allstate will not help us with a replacement or the repairs. HORRIBLE business. They should not be in business. I

      If I could leave no stars I would. This is the WORST company to have to deal with and it wasn't by choice. We have a ********** protection plan that is through this company and we are going on week two of not having an operable washing machine. I filed a claim to have our washing machine door fixed and a leak looked at, we had to wait a week just to get an appointment. When the hinge came in the mail we installed it so that we could do laundry (mom of three boys). The technician that came looked at it and said it was good. He proceeded to look at the washing machine and stated that our motherboard needed to be replaced. He did some things to it and after he left the door **** not open and the washing machine no longer worked. I messaged the company MANY TIMES with no return response. I had to call back in and they said my claim had been closed. I had to argue with the manager about the technician not fixing the washer and in fact making it completely inoperable. Finally the manager agreed to open another claim to get it fixed. We made the appointment for 3 days later. Here we are and the part came in yesterday and the technician was supposed to be here between 8-10am. No one is here. THE APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN CANCELLED!!!! I am beyond infuriated! This company has absolutely no integrity and I do not recommend at all working with them if you don't have to.

      I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the handling of my warranty claim for a 75" TV that stopped working on May 13, 2025. It is now June 19, and despite repeated efforts to resolve the issue, I am still without a functional replacement and have been subjected to numerous delays, miscommunication, and unacceptable service.After extensive back-and-forth, I was finally issued a replacement TV. Per the instructions in your email, I unboxed the item upon delivery only to discover that the TV was completely shattered on the inside, with visible external damage to the boxsuggesting the unit was clearly mishandled in transit. I immediately contacted the delivery carrier and was informed that *******, as the shipper, would need to handle the ******************** then redirected me to Allstate, further compounding the confusion. After returning the damaged TV as instructed, I was told that a replacement would be shipped promptly. However, instead of fulfilling that promise, I received an email stating I would not receive a replacement TV and instead be issued a reimbursementforcing me to purchase a new television on my own.This is completely unacceptable.I filed this warranty claim in good faith, followed every instruction, and yet Ive been left without the product I paid to protect. I should not be required to take any additional steps or be out-of-pocket for an issue caused by a damaged replacement sent during this already delayed process.I am requesting the following:Immediate shipment of a new replacement 75" TV, comparable or identical to the original model.Clear confirmation of when the new TV will be delivered.Accountability for the mishandling of this claim, including any necessary escalation to ensure it is resolved without further delay.

      I initially ***orted that my refrigerator was not cooling and displaying an FFE error code a few weeks ago. A technician came to my house, but the error code had disappeared by the time he arrived, and the refrigerator seemed to be working fine. He advised me to monitor the situation.The refrigerator continued to display an error code intermittently and had cooling issues. I had to disconnect it multiple times to reset it, but eventually, it began making loud noises and stopped cooling altogether. I called again to ***ort the problem, and it took a week to schedule another appointment.On the appointment day, the time was changed multiple times without prior notice. I called for an update, and was reassured to wait until 5 p.m for the techs arrival. However, there was no call, and the technician did not show up. I tried calling but no one was available to answer the phone. The next day I called, and the *** asked me if I wanted to make an appointment, and no explanation was provided as to why it was canceled.UPDATE: This is the second day, and nothing has been resolved. They are not answering the phone or responding to voice messages. Please think carefully before purchasing the extended warranty with this company. There is something terribly wrong with them; they are not fulfilling their obligations.
