      I purchased a Allstate Protection Plan for my TV two years ago. The TV has coverage until 2027. The TV stopped connecting to the Internet six weeks ago. I have done everything asked of me to include the factory reset. Allstate Protection Plan refuses to honor there policy. I bought an extra insurance plan for nothing.

      I purchased a refrigerator from **********, and the item is still under warranty. The repairman stated that the item should be replaced, and he left a document indicating that ********** would cover the replacement. ********** approved the repair but later denied it. I am seeking the refrigerator to be replaced and I have contacted BBB to resolve this complaint or issue.

      I have a protection plan on a piece of furniture that I purchased from *******. I uploaded the picture as requested only to find out that they would be issuing a gift card instead of reimbursing me the consumer. I feel as though all consumers should have a choice on how they receive their refund and not be subjected to what they have established. After all, it was my money to begin with, and I should have been offered an option.

      I bought something on **** that I am returning so I contacted squaretrade:allstate to get a refund. The phone number they provide just sends texts to use the website, which I couldnt use because it wasnt the timeframe yet. I did chat, the only option. I had the person person ****** who basically ignored me or sent messages that said he didnt receive information when its right there in the chat. Then without a word he switched me to another agent after 1hour and 36 minutes. **** was able to help me, but at first they told me they had finished helping me and if I needed anything else when they hadnt done anything. All in all it was 1hr and 44minutes. I find this appalling and ridiculous. My only guess is they train their employees to ignore people and hope they leave in frustration. I will never use them again and Im also giving feedback to ****** because I will no longer buy items from them that need a warranty if they only use them.After I left this review on another site they called me 3xs and emailed me 2xs to contact them. I told them to leave me alone and train their employees. They also lied in their response that a person can call and talk to someone to get help with cancelling, not true. Its a horrid phone chain that always leads to them sending a text to you to either chat, as I did, or get a website link, which didnt work for me. So good job Amerm, it reminded me to post here too.

      Dealing with Allstate Protection Plans has been an absolute nightmare. Filing a claim feels like going through 100 unnecessary stepseach more frustrating than the last. Every time I call, Im told something completely different, as if no one has a clue what the actual process is. Theres zero consistency, and its incredibly time-consuming.I completely regret buying this bogus warranty. Its nothing but a headache, and its honestly insulting how much runaround they put customers through just to avoid fulfilling their end of the deal. ********** is just as guilty for promoting and selling such a useless service. They should be ashamed for pushing this plan to loyal customers when its clearly not reliable or customer-friendly. Save yourself the time, energy, and disappointmentavoid Allstate Protection Plans at all costs.

      My refrigerator broke almost a month ago. I have the extended protection claim. We had a technician come in to our home than the protection plan contacted us and deemed our refrigerator non repairable. They asked for my receipts which I have uploaded. They told me that I was going to be reimbursed after submitting the documents and they are now trying to find a way out of covering the claim. After it was already confirmed it was going to be covered.

      Allstate -SqTrade Protection Plan is useless , they give you the run. Around over and over in every possible way , Dont waste your money or be prepared to fine a lawsuit.

      If I could give a zero I would. Absolute worst experience with this lame company. Purchased extended warranty for a refigerator from HD. Failed compressor after 1 year. Called Allstate, thay had me call Electrolux. After hours on the phone Electrolux charged me a fixed rate of $358.00 then dispatched the wrong company twice? Third attempt, correct company dispatched, tech replaced compressor. Left detailed invoice, received receipt from **********. Uploaded both invoice and receipt to Allstate. They said not good enough, not enough detail huh?? uploaded multiple times. Escallated to manager. Started the process all over agian and refused to accept invoice and receipt? Offered to cancel my contract and reimburse. Still waiting on check.

      Purchased their protection plan through ******* on a television purchase. Paid for cracked screen and water damage coverage. Tried to make a claim for a damaged screen and they said they have never offered that protection even though I have a pamphlet stating so. They only offered me a prorated return of my protection plan purchase, I demanded a full refund and will be receiving that by mail. I now have a damaged tv that I thought was covered and I now have to replace at my cost. Thanks for nothing SquareTrade by Allstate.
