      A rude worker that is an associate to knotts berry farm known as ************************* is harassing people at the lakewood mall and is blackmailing my friend ****** non stop he also was touching my shoulder after I asked him nicely to let me go so I can walk around the lakewood mall

      On 07/01/2023, My family and I visited Knottsberry Farm, parking in their paid lot before joining the rest of my party of 12 for a day at the park. Upon returning to my vehicle, I discovered that thieves had broken into at least five cars, including mine, and stole a purse with over $300, gift cards, personal items, and various toys. The purse was hidden under the seat and had several irreplaceable items such as family photos. I tracked down someone from park security (which took a while to find) and also made an incident report with the *************. I had to spend hours cleaning up the glass shards in my vehicle and paid around $400 to replace the window, the glass shards also left unrepairable scratches to the car interior.Despite Knottsberry Farm offering paid secured parking, it proved not to be secure, as thieves had enough time to break and peruse into several cars during park hours. I attempted to call their customer service for days but was not able to get through. I filled out the customer service form on their website and was emailed by *******************************, the head of security, who asked for the police incident report number but never followed up. After two months, I contacted him again, ******* was apologetic and he promised to resolve the issue but needed the credit card info which I purchased the tickets with, but I recently closed that account and no longer had that information. I was transferred to ***** E from guest services, who could find my parking receipt through another credit card but not the ticket receipt. She stated they couldn't reimburse me without the credit card information, and when I suggested park tickets or credit instead, she told me that they could not offer that. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she refused, not offering any further assistance and eventually hanging up on me. Subsequently, I received no communication from ***** E, *******************************, or any park employee.

      They just letting the park go down hill with the the gangs they let hang out at the park Because they have these rude people cutting lines and they just let them get away it and althe sad things is they teach there kids to be jerks like them and they let give away doing drugs in the park. They people are connected with people that kill people cause they are not normal to society and there kids are not being raised the rite way. Another thing the food ***** at ******* and I may never go back cause some thier workers treated me like I'm a bad person and I'm not. What is wrong with society I quess everyone just wants to smoke pot these days.

      ****** from knotts and crestn security guard violated Us and even kicked ** out for no reason if it I can take this more seriously I can I was wiyj a group of friends I didnt cut another family almost was being HARRASED and touched not to go near the ride .

      Hello, my name is ************************* I am speaking on behalf my spouse with his approval. This email is for Knotts Berry Corporation in **********. Be prepared to shut down as I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau for misconduct against a customer (**** *************************** *****) on January 22, 2023. He received unprofessional care by your employees in the security and the first aid department. The manager **** was unprofessional and escorted paying customers out of the park for insufficient reasons. A refund was requested due to a ride causing bodily injury against ****, but instead asked customers to leave the premises. I researched your theme park incident history and I noticed theres been multiple incidents involving injured customers who are not treated properly with professionalism and respect. No need to respond as a ********** and Attorney has already started working on the case. Sincerely, *************************

      Don't go to Knotts Scary farm if you are over 200lbs or super tall and disabled both because they now expect you to switch to a small wheelchair they have to get inside their mazes. They never did this for many years and now all of a sudden you must be thin to use their wheelchairs, or you can't get inside. I spent over 500 bucks on my entire family and only got my ticket cost back. Not only should I have been given my entire party cost but also a note notated on their site for big people that they should expect to switch to a small wheelchair because they do not accommodate big people at all. Real sad. I'll never go back again.
