G2 Risk Solutions is reporting a fraudulent bankruptcy to ********** on my credit report stopping my family from obtaining a home. Please someone help. Anthony V****, last 4 social ****.

G2 Risk Solutions has caused my family a serious injury. I tried to purchase a home for my 11 year old daughter and I and to my surprise ********** is claiming I filed bankruptcy. This isn't so and I can prove it. I called ********** and their claim is G2 Risk Solutions (LCI) is the 3rd party/vendor confirming it. I spoke to a rep at LCI and they claim ********* is where the info is obtained. Rule 9037 of Federal Bankruptcy procedure proves my affidavit is true. This is frustrating since I could not close on a home last month. If there's anyone out there that can make this right feel free to reach out. thank you. -Anthony V**** . last 4 SSN:****

LCI has been lying about not being a CRA for years, and gotten sued right and left for it:

******* ** *********** ******** ***** *** ********** (**** ****) - an FCRA class action, alleging LCI committed violations as a consumer reporting agency. It had to pony up $1.1 million to settle.

    *** ** *********** *******, ***** ********** (**** ****) - an action alleging violations of FCRA sections 1681k and 1681(e)(b). *********** had to fork over $18 million to settle the suit.

They're deliberately screwing with the public and willfully violating the law. Don't back down to these ********* ******

*** (*****************) is a consumer reporting agency reporting a bankruptcy on my ********** credit file. I submitted a formal dispute via email to ******************************************************* on April 6, 2025 regarding the accuracy of this bankruptcy ******** response, *** denied conducting an investigation and instead instructed me to contact "their source," without naming or identifying any such source. I provided them with an official letter from the ********************* stating that the court does not furnish or verify bankruptcy information to third parties.I sent a follow-up letter demanding that *** fulfill its legal obligation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****) to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation. I also requested the deletion of the unverifiable bankruptcy record from both their files and any third parties to whom they provided the ************** of today, *** has failed to comply with its duties under federal law, and the inaccurate record remains. They are not at the 30-day **** with no answer. I have also reached out to their other email from the G2 ************************* **************************************************************** Removal of bankruptcy from their file and third party, and an updated file report with the deletion of the bankruptcy.

I have filed several requests with this company to remove a "Fraudulent Bankruptcy" filing from their database and to stop reporting this erroneous information to ********** Credit Reporting Agency and any other company to which LCI has reported this egregious info to. I am a "VICTIM" of Identity Theft by way of fraud and despite these attempts to get this company to remove this information, they have been defiant. It violates my rights as a consumer and has placed undue strain on my credit reputation. Please review the documents I have attached as evidence of these facts. My hope is that they are more than enough to remove this "Fraudulent Public Record" from this company's database and thus, my credit report.
    Thanks,
    Anthony W*****

LCI Consumer Center ******************************** I have verified the information with the court. I contacted the court, and their response is enclosed. They do not report to you or any credit bureau; therefore, your initial response verifying the item with the court was either an error or a lie. Either way, the reporting requirements do not comply with **** 15 USC 1681B(A)(2) AND 15 USC 1681(A)(4) 611 (15 U.S.C. 1681I), and the information must be deleted immediately. PLEASE REMOVE THE BANKRUPTCY THANKS Please send me a notification of the actions taken. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I just took a look at my credit report and saw that you updated a bankruptcy dispute as "verified" when its straight-up unverifiable. Ive been digging into the credit repair laws, and I know its on you to make sure that what you report about us is spot-on and fully backed up.But heres the kicker: You said the "Creditor: Courthouse" was the source of this info. Seriously? A courthouse handing over my personal info to a private company without my say-so? I reached out to the courthouse myself, and they told me its not their job to verify any of this stuff for you. All thats out there is public record that anyone can see.Lets break this down with the facts:Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i, Section 611(5)(A)(i): If after a reinvestigation, the information youre reporting is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, youre supposed to delete it.And just so were clear:FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT S604, *********** FAIR AND ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU [Your State] CONSUMER CREDIT LAWS Im demanding that you fix this mess within 30 days. I dont want to hear any excuses about using e-OSCAR or some third-party nonsense. If you cant prove that youve got valid records and verification for this junk on my credit profile, youre breaking the law.Get your act together and respond to this demand letter ASAP. If you dont meet the deadline, Ill be seeking legal counsel to make sure my rights as a consumer are protected.Dont test me.

I have sent numerous letters to the company in regard to errors on my credit report and the company has refused to accept my letters. In doing so I have not been able to communicate the errors on their credit reporting system. I need the credit reporting agency to update and delete the errors on my credit report.

I am writing to address a serious issue regarding the bankruptcy information currently being reported to all three major credit bureaus. This reporting constitutes defamation of character and violates my consumer rights.I have attached documentation proving that bankruptcies should not be reported to the credit bureaus. Furthermore, this information has been furnished without my authorized consent. According to the law, each violation found on my credit report is subject to a fine of $1,000.Before pursuing legal action, I would like to resolve this matter promptly and amicably.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.A fair resolution to this matter is to suppress and delete the following accounts from my credit reports and secondary bureaus within 7 days from this complaint. I will be taking further action on this matter with litigation if this problem isn't resolved here.

LCI verified a bankruptcy on my credit report, and they claimed that the bankruptcy court verified the account. This is a LIE! When I ask the courts, they responded saying that they do not provide any information to the credit bureaus. 15 USC 1681b states that *** ****** ********* ****** has to have permissible purpose. In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Knowing that I asked them for a copy of the permissible purpose written document. I also sent them a copy an Affidavit of Fact notarized stating I did not give them permission to my private information. I also asked them to remove this erroneous inaccurate unverifiable information.
