    February 23, 2023, I sent a letter to the courthouse asking if they report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I got a letter stating They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody. So if thats the case, how did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100% accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC ****. 15 USC **** section 603 (3)(e) states: the term investigate consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with whom he/she is acquainted with or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They also violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC ****. According to: 15 USC **** section 602 a. States I have the right to privacy.According to 15 USC ****, section 604 a. Section states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions According to 15 USC ****s-2(a)(1.) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any any consumer reporting agency if the the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

    Re: Notice of Intent to Pursue Litigation and Demand for Compensation Dear LCI Consumer Center,I write to put you on notice of my intent to pursue litigation against your company for multiple violations of federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****) and the ******** Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (ICFA). Your willful and negligent disregard for my rights has caused significant harm, and I demand compensation and remediation for these violations.Your sale of my personal information to TransUnion without my written consent constitutes a direct violation of 15 U.S.C. ****b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, and 18 U.S.C. 1028A - Aggravated identity theft. Furthermore, you have failed to provide the method of verification required under 15 U.S.C. ****i(a)(7), thereby necessitating the prompt deletion of all information which cannot be certified or verified, per 15 U.S.C. ****i(5)(A).The ************* Bankruptcy Court has provided an affidavit refuting the verified or confirmed status of the information you claim is accurate. It is clear from this affidavit that your company is in willful violation of the **** by storing and disseminating uncertifiable and unverifiable information from to third parties.It has come to my attention that I have experienced the same issue with LexisNexis, who has verified the Bankruptcy listing within their file as unverifiable. Your continued noncompliance only exacerbates the matter, and I fully expect a satisfactory response from your company.The law is unequivocal in terms of civil liability and remedies available to me under 15 U.S.C. ****n and 15 U.S.C. ****o if you fail to comply with federal and state laws. As a litigious consumer, I fully intend to pursue litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the ****, the ***** and any other applicable laws.In light of your multiple legal infractions, I am now demanding $1,000 in compensation for each of the following willful disregard and blatant violations:1.Permissible purpose: $1,000 2.Defamation of character: $1,000 3.Damaged reputation: $1,000 4.Damaged creditworthiness: $1,000 5.Damaged mode of living: $1,000 6.Infringement on right to privacy and aggravated identity theft: $1,000 I demand that LCI immediately delete the contested record (Bankruptcy Records) and provide compensation for the aforementioned violations. You have ten (10) days to provide a settlement and to completely remove the contested record.Failure to comply with this demand will result in my pursuit of legal action to enforce my rights and seek additional damages as warranted by law, including but not limited to, court costs, attorney fees, and punitive damages.
