    On May 23, 2023 I attempted to purchase a watch through the website watchshopping.com in the amount of $1459.62. To this date 6/25/23 I have heard nothing from them and have called their customer service line ************** three times. Even though I seem to be calling during regular business hours, the phone goes to an answering system. I have also attempted to email them at ******************** three times with no response. I am seeking a full refund.

    Ordered a watch on 05.25.23. Watchshopping.com showed it was in stock and provided a conformation e-mail for the order. I have called and left messages, live chat/direct messaged and e-mailed multiple times all with no response. Through the combined above listed forms of communications I have attempted to contact them approx. 20 times over the course of four weeks all with negative results. The watch was purchased through Affirm. I started a dispute with them and am awaiting the outcome. An internet search of watchshopping.com shows numerous others with the same or similar problems.

    Watch purchased online from watchshopping.com May 2, 2023. Charged immediately. Received email advising there would be a short delay May 13, 2023. After that, business ceased all contact. They will not respond to voicemails, answer calls, or return emails. The charge is several thousand dollars.

    Hello, I've purchased this Nomos Club (Ref. #712) on May 23rd. The seller stated on their site that the watch was in stock and shipping in 4-8 Business days, which concluded on Friday, June 2nd. I reached on June 2nd via email to get a status update on the order. I followed up via email on Monday, June 5th, and again via email on June 6th. I also called their support number (650-249-1630) and no one answered. I tried again later in the day and left a voicemail. I've called several times and get no answer. At this point, I have not watch, no shipping info and no follow up from this seller and have filled a complaint on PayPal to get a full refund. Would like for the BBB to get involved as this business has a very poor track record as of late and their permanent address is showing closed.

    I never heard from them.  I submitted my claim to PayPal for fraud and the seller never responded to PayPal and I won the case and  got a full refund.  I’ll forward you the documentation I got from them if that helps.

    I purchased 2 watches from Watchshopping.com totaling $3106.55 in April 14,2023. The confirmation email said the products were to be delivered up to 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, they said up to 4 weeks, I have not received the watches nor any updates since, they are unreachable by phone. My tracking number is *********.

    I bought a Tag Heuer watch from Watchshopping.com on April 25th, 2023 and was promised delivery within ten days. When the watch didn't come I e-mailed ************* which explained that the watch was being shipped from overseas and was stuck in shipping. One week later thay said they were considering the watch lost and offered a replacement that I did not accept. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund which they said would be processed in 5-7 days. I am still waiting for the refund which they keep on saying is being processed, now two weeks later. Further phone calls and e-mails have gone unanswered.

    On April 17, 2023 I placed an order for a Seiko watch (Order # *********). They charged my credit card that day and then went radio silent on the status of my order. I have called them more than a dozen times and no one ever answers the phone. I have left numerous voice messages and no one replies. I have sent email requests into their customer service email address and no one answers. I think they might be fraudulent or out of business.

    I purchased a watch on 5/9/23 and was told **** days for processing the order. Since then, no processing and no shipping info. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with the company about my purchase I have received no info. It appears their customer service is completely shut down. Phone goes to VM. Emails are ignored. Other complaints/reviews beginning around the same time back this up. The company has taken money from lots of patrons in exchange for watches that never ship and then do not communicate with them. They do however, continue to send marketing emails on a nearly daily basis. I would like either the watch I purchased or my money back.

    Lack of correspondence from the merchant, several emails not responded to, the customer service line goes to voicemail, the main number goes to voicemail all during normal business hours with no call backs. I have read numerous reviews about people believing they have been scammed by this store meaning they did not receive their purchase at all for weeks and even months, even those that have canceled their orders either never get a refund or it takes months plus they charge a 8% restocking fee.

    Please an order on April 20 for a tag Heuer watch that cost $1111.41. I was told the shipping will take 2-4 weeks because the item is coming from another country. I reached out after 2 weeks and was told the item was lost at shipment. So I ask for my full refund but no reply after emailing 5X and calling everyday for 1 week.
