    They took my money and did not deliver the watch. I called and emailed and sent a certified letter. This company is terrible and will take your money.

    July 6, 2023 I ordered a watch on 4/19/2023. My **** was charged on 4/20/2023. I still have not received the watch. I have emailed ************* three times and left VM three times. They have not responded. I hold no hope they will ever respond. My money is gone. I do not recommend this vender. Buyers Beware! -*************************

    I purchased two watches from this online company on June 27 and July 3rd, 2023. On July 5th, I called and canceled both orders. Since then I left four messages and sent four emails to the contact information on their website. I am still waiting to receive feedback, shipment notices, or any correspondence from this company. I went online and read the reviews about this company; many others had the same complaints. Surprisingly, they did charge my PayPal account minutes after the online purchase!

    Stay away from business!!! Not worth the hassle of saying some money just to be stressed by this grifter company!!! This shady company took my money and never heard from them again!!! I tried emailing them, start a live chat and telephone call but to no avail. Do yourself a favor, go to other online company with more reputable business reputation.

    Bought a Nomos in October. They state 2 year warranty where they do the repair. I have called, emailed, filled out a web form, and messaged via ******* and no response. They dont answer the phone ever, goes to voicemail. I am guessing that they are out of business.

    I purchased a watch online from this e-commerce retailer on May 16, 2023. After paying $1278.02 through a Memorial Day promotion, I waited for a shipping confirmation. It never came. After several weeks, I began contacting the business through its customer service phone number (which went straight to voicemail) and through its e-mail address. None of my voicemails or e-mails were ever returned, and I still have not received any update about my order. On June 8, 2023, I initiated a fraud report with my bank, which opened a claim to retrieve the funds that I paid. That process is currently ongoing. I recently checked online reviews of this business, and many, many other customers have had the same experience, paying for watches and never receiving them. This is not just fraudulent behavior: it is theft, plain and simple. This business needs to be shut down and its proprietor should be prosecuted. Otherwise, Watchshopping.com will continue defrauding other unwitting customers. Currently, the business has a "Father's **** promotion running on its website. It is incredibly cynical and infuriating.

    Purchased may 13th. Never received tracking confirmation or item purchased. Contacted both sales and customer support and still havent heard back besides automated purchase confirmation and asking me to review the transaction. I never received my item/tracking or a response back when the purchase was one month ago.

    ****************, where you can spend money on a watch they don't have and they don't answer their phone or reply to e-mails. Ordered a watch over three weeks ago, that was marked in their on-line store as 'in stock'. Processing orders takes **** days..... Waited patiently after parting with almost $1,900.00 for a high school graduation gift to our son, who is now likely waiting until he gets his PhD if it's up to Watchshopping.com. More bad reviews than good ones, I should have read the online reviews before ordering from them. I think it's a total scam, e-mailed them several times and called around 20 times also. They're consistently not answering at any day or time. A recorded message to wait for their representative, followed by a voicemail, and they will call you right back. Never happened and I guess it's not going to happen anytime soon. My advice - AVOID AT ALL COST. They deserve to be shut down, have their business license suspended by their county/city and repay the money they swindled of clients who didn't receive their product.

    They are Scam. No response to my calls. I have placed an order on 5/27/23 since then I have reached out to them over 5 times including emails and phone calls, no response. The "Track This Shipment" button under my account page does not show any tracking information. I don't know the status of this shipment. I have not heard back from them as to when I should expect a delivery on my order. I have called **************** and opened a fraud complaint on my order.
