    Purchased an Omega Planet Ocean from WS on 5/2. Pia sent an email same day confirming purchase and stated she'd "be happy to assist with any questions or concerns I had" while the order is being processed. 1 week goes by and I contact Pia to check status. She responds within the hour saying they have encountered a delay and it could take up to 4 weeks to deliver watch. She did give me the option to cancel order, but I elected to be patient. 3 weeks go by and no watch and no communication. I sent several emails and left voicemail (don't expect to talk to anyone when calling...it goes straight to voicemail, another red flag) and received no response. 4 weeks go by and I send another email asking for my order to be cancelled and credit card refunded. It's been 2 days and no response of any kind from *****************. I recently called my credit card company and filed a disputed charge claim. I wish I would have done a little more research on this merchant before ordering. They do not keep any watches in stock. They are essentially a middleman/procurement service. When you buy a watch, they buy it from someone else...most of their so-called warranty cards come from eastern European countries and likely not legit and won't be accepted by the manufacture. If they can't find a watch that will turn them a profit, they sit on your order and essentially have an interest free loan from their customers. Save yourself a headache and find another place to buy your watch.

    Terrible experience with this company, bordering on scam. They didn't disclose that the watch would take 10 business days to ship until after purchase was made. No tracking number provided either. After the 12th business day and after not having heard from them, I called them, went straight to voicemail, and left a message. They did return my call, though. The rep said it would take 12 business days to process, to which I said, no, as per your the terms on the Invoice you emailed me, your terms are 10 business days to ship. She then put me on hold and when she came back she said that my watch was lost during transit and that they would cancel the order. I'm waiting for my refund but I'm concerned it may not be an easy process to navigate. The only silver lining is that I paid through PayPal so that at least is reassuring. If they start paying games, I'll contact PayPal directly for a full refund. I wish that there was somewhere I could officially submit a complaint. That's what I get for trusting obscure online resellers. You live, you learn. Never again, that's for sure.

    0 stars!! Ordered a watch - shows in stock. Two months of delays and now they say my package is lost in transit from their international facility. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They want to upsell me on a watch that is 4x the amount of the original purchase. Never use them

    ****************** was exceptional and provided customer service above and beyond industry standards. Being my first time purchase with this site; was wary on executing the purchase. However my initial email to customer service was provided a prompt and timely response. And (the reason for this review) ******** sensing my concern, even provided me a follow up email this afternoon. Letting me know the item shipped and is out for delivery (even though I did not ask for this, they proceeded to keep me in the loop). Can not wait to give more of my business in the future!

    Excellent service and genuine care in helping me with my needs. The original watch I wanted came in apparently damaged. The stated that their QC wouldn't allow for it to be shipped with it's condition. They offered to refund, I decided on another watch instead and received it and the refund for the difference in cost ASAP. Would definitely use them for another future purchase.

    They dont actually have the watch in stock, like they claim on their website. Now Im stuck trying to negotiate with them on a return, without their 8% fee, because they dont have the watch that I purchased. And I need back out an Affirm loan in the process. What a mess.

    I ordered a seiko prospex.....took longer that promised to ship. When I asked repeatedly where is my watch, they said it was coming from their "warehouse" in europe. I asked multiple times more and they finally gave me an answer (that is stock, multiple times from reviews) that the last one was sent to them and did not keep correct time.....they offered to exchange it for another or give me my money back....after 2 weeks my watch is still on their website saying "last one left" why is ir that can they not deliver, and still advertise available???? Dishonest company!!!! Don't deal with them.

    Purchased a watch from ************* knowing full well they may have to source the watch. Watch became available rather quickly but they determined that the watch box was incorrect. They provided pictures and gave me a choice to have watch shipped while they looked for a replacement manufacturer box. 1st box was in poor condition (they provided pictures as well). I declined that one and they ultimately found a new manufacturer box meant for the watch. I have commend the customer service rep **** for her diligence and transparency. Perhaps other online watch stores would have simply shipped the watch with the incorrect box but ************* notified me. Communication throughout was excellent. I would not hesitate shopping here again.
