    The customer service was excellent! After reading about negative experiences when buying from an online store I was nervous moving forward. I was able to easily speak to a real person and was assisted with questions regarding my order. I was also contacted via emails updating me on the status of my order. The same person emailed me with information regarding the in house warranty and addressed all my concerns. I could not be happier with the kind, prompt and personal service provided by the wonderful staff which is incredibly rare to find in companies today. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

    Bought an Omega watch and did not run into issues with *************. Considering the price discount and potential risk of buying fake I can safely say that this company is legit. After purchasing I was greeted with a nice email from an actual customer representative who was really responsive to all my questions. Looking to buy another watch again with them soon.

    ****** is Absolutely perfect for this job!!??I ordered a Burberry watch for my sons 30 th Birthday at the last minute. (3 days before the Party) ****** Promised it would arrive on time! She gave me updates and notifications so I would not have to worry!! The Quality and Craftsmanship is beyond my expectations! The Burberry packaging Is Custom and meticulous like I have never seen before! 5??s to ************* for Recognizing and retaining employees like ******!!

    I ordered a Hublot Classic Fusion ******* GT Carbon watch from *************. It was my first time ordering from them and I didn't know what to expect. MSPR on my watch was almost 29k and they had it listed for 22,8k which I mean come on, that's a smoking deal. I asked a few questions on their website and got quick answers, all watches are new and unworn which is exactly what i wanted. So I went through with it and ordered the watch! The company emailed me and even called me right after the order telling me the watch was shipping in a couple days to their company from the manufacturer. Well after two days i noticed on their website the price had gone down as there was a father's day flash sale. The watch was about $1k cheaper now! I contacted customer service and they actually refunded me $1,000 to make up for the sale which was now going on. Even though their site says the price may change at any time, they still honored my purchase and the discounted price. I was blown away. The watch arrived next day air after they got the watch, and I tell you what, this watch is AMAZING! The packaging was fantastic, and the watch and box and warranty were all there. I contacted Hublot and started my warranty, and every thing actually worked out to plan if not even better than i would have expected. Due to their customer service I will absolutely be shopping with them in the future and I will be recommending them to all my friends who like watches. They are a fantastic company and very accommodating when they did not have to be. 5 Stars!

    I ordered a Nomos Tangente 35mm for my wife's birthday. ******** S was very friendly and communicative during this process. I requested that WS hold the shipment until we returned from our trip, and ******** happily put this through for us. The delivery was immediate and the watch itself was fantastic. We are very happy with the order. The customer service from ******** was great and we appreciated ************ after as well.
