    This company is a scam. I ordered a 2025 USA *** Torch Balanced Slowpitch Softball in OCT 24. It is now MAY 25. That is approximately 7 months and I dont have my bat. I will never order from this company again unless they drastically change their business model.

    To say Im frustrated with my experience at Monsta Athletics would be an understatement. I had high hopes after a fellow player at a softball tournament recommended their bats, but the reality has been extremely disappointing.I placed an order over six months ago, as did my girlfriend, and neither of us has received meaningful updates since. The communication has been abysmalemails go unanswered for long periods, and the complete lack of phone support only adds to the frustration. Having email as the only line of communication, especially when it's delayed, is unacceptable for any company trying to maintain a good customer *************** a military veteran, I make a point to support businesses that value transparency and service while supporting the veteran community. Unfortunately, Monsta Athletics has fallen far short on both counts. This experience has been enough to ensure I wont be placing any future orders.I hope Monsta takes this as constructive feedback and seriously works to improve its customer support and order fulfillment process. Future customers deserve better.

    Worst excuse for a legitimate company I have interfaced with. Purchased item in December of 2023. No delivery to date. Promise after promise of delivery soon after extended efforts to reach out to them. Endless cycle of promise after promise. They should be ashamed to state they are company. It appears they are a scam at this time. Sorely disappointed but more importantly let down athlete waiting for new bat. It has now been 3 full seasons of Softball and entering our 4th with no PAID IN FULL product. Please investigate them for fraud. Specifically wire fraud given digital payment.

    I have made multiple videos that were posted on our social media forums as well as emails that have been sent with the most current information. We get our product overseas in ***** like every other company and they are all having similar issues. We always offer a full refund at anytime if the customer is unhappy with the delays. Theres not much more we can do other than offer refunds at this point. We obviously feel terrible about the delays and disappointment our customers are experiencing but again, not much we can do ****

    Full purchase paid item 12/24/23. Item has not been shipped. It appears 2024 is a banner year for a scam of a company. Promise after promise of delivery has not been met. Further delay currently. Unbelievable!!!

    **** Ordered a sb1 bat from monstaathletics.com in April. On there website it states pre-orders will ship the beginning of May. Okay I'm fine with waiting a month for a bat. I waited until June 5th to reach out via email to monsta to see when I will likely receive my order. Was told on June 7th that they just received bats that they expected my order to ship out within a week. Great I thought. Waited all week of the following week to receive a email that my bat was shipped. Nothing! So I emailed again on the 16th of June. I was emailed back on 17th of June by monsta and was told that there current shipment of bats has been sent out. I now have to wait till "next" week for there next shipment of bat to come in then for the bat to be assembled before they can ship anymore out. What a joke of a company!! They have no problem taking your money out the front door when you order. Just to lie and not deliver the product that they are selling!! Monsta you lie and deceive your customers and I have email proff to back that claim! I think the better business bureau should review your "pre-order" bat policy. If you are going to state shipment dates on your website and in emails you should be held accountable to those. Or maybe place a credit card hold on the card and once you actually decide to fulfill the order then withdraw appropriate funds. Your just lining your pockets with customers cash and not fulfilling your end of the agreement. It's disappointing and you will be judged for your actions! I will never order or encourage anyone else on my ball diamond to deal with your shady company. If I could give a zero rating I most definitely would!!

    Placed an order in November of 2023. Inquired about status of order in April of 2024. Told that Manufacturer missed March delivery date. Got a message saying shipping to begin the week after I sent inquiry. Was advised I could request a refund. More than a month later, late May, asked for an update told MA had to inventory, test bats etc. No longer wish to do business with MA. I inform their **************** I wish for a refund. No reply. Send a second request. Nothing. MonstaAthletics is NOT living up to good business practices. First no product. Poor communication. Then no refunding of order. Buyer feels duped by MonstaAthletics actions, or lack thereof.

    No customer has ever been denied a refund on a product they havent received. We do not give refunds to customers who already have received their bat(s) and used them for obvious reasons.

    Our system shows you emailed Friday requesting a refund. It can take a few days to reply because we get hundreds of emails daily. Your order is beyond the time frame of simply refunding back you your card or PayPal account so a check must be manually cut and mailed to you which will happen within the next few days

    The communication from Monsta is clear as day. There are some things that they cannot control. People have to learn patience. This is a good company that sells a high performance bat for an affordable price. Their bats outperform the other big manufacturers for a fraction of the price. There aren't any tricks or manipulation going on here. This is a very good company that prioritizes quality and service. No other bat manufacturer has a trade up program like Monsta does. All I can say that if you are patient with the process whoever is swinging the Monsta bat will do so with a smile on their face and the wait will be well worth it!!

    Order a bat in 2024 if you want it for the 2026 season. These guys are terrible at meeting deadlines. You can reply if you want but I know the truth, you strung me along for 6 months and now Im in a jam to find a different bat before the season starts. Thanks but no thanks, Ill do my best to let everyone I know to stay away from your company.

    I placed and order December 9th 2023. I emailed them February 19, ********************************************************************** March (no year stated). Well March 2024 has now come and gone and not bats. Softball season is in full swing and no bats to be found from this company. Perhaps they need to tell people that it could *********** months to a year when they order so that they are aware of the insane delays. Or even tell them that there is no time on how long it would take.
