    Purchased a bat from them it cracked the first day. Instead of them being like oh sorry about that they want you to pay an added 150$ to warranty your item so they can send you a new one. I get that but if your product breaks day one 15 minutes in there is an issue. Paying another 150$ on top of the first 300$ is a tall order for a lot of folks. This company has gone down the hole as being just greedy. They are not what they were a few years back when they would work with there customers who supported them. I'm sure eventually they will be on here to defend themselves with there ridiculous policy that sticks it to there customers.

    Ordered the **** of Diamonds in December, its March and still no bat and they cant give me a timeframe. The website said arrive before Christmas which was complete BS. Told them I wanted a refund and I should go after them for false advertising. Ill never order something through them again. A bunch of scam artists. They need shut down

    You PRE ORDERED a bat that had an ESTIMATED shipping date and those dates are not guaranteed. You could have at anytime asked to cancel for a full refund and we would have taken care of that for you. At this point we will just cancel the order and issue you a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience

    I purchased a Monsta WMD from Sheels.com 3 months ago. With less than 100 hits it is broken in two places. Monsta refused to do anything about it and told me after ordering off Sheels that I should have known to get on their website and purchase a $150 warranty. I spent $299.99 on a bat that didnt even make it through the season. I shouldve read the reviews on here before ever purchasing a product from this company. I will be passing along how their customer service is and how they dont stand behind their products.

    The bats are listed with no warranty. All it takes is the customer hitting the wrong ball one time and the bat can break. Do to that we are very strict with our no warranty policy since we cannot be there when a customer using their bat to ensure proper use we must stick to our policy. The customer has the option to purchase a warranty if they would like but this customer chose not to

    Pre-ordered **** of diamonds bat, waited patiently after it was past the proposed delivery date, used the bat for 2 games, k*** broke off the bat, had to pay $40 to ship with a box for repairs, tujou, and his secretary wont reimburse for my shipping costs due to their faulty product. Originally paid $18.99 for shipping when new. This is lousy business. Own your responsibility, if I used the wrong ball and cracked the head of the bat, I get it, but this situation and Im out $40 for your failure, TRASH! Ill be telling everyone I know of this experience at the ballpark.

    I cant think of one manufacturer that pays for return shipping on warranty items. We do cover the return shipping to the customer. Im sure there are companies out there that do cover the return shipping but i do not know if any. It is a very standard procedure for customers to have to ship back warranty items at their expense

    Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased a MONSTA 4 THE FALLEN. The barrel literally cracked within 4 months of use! They refuse to exchange it. I have been playing rec softball for over 30 years. Have always bought D******i. Gave Monsta a chance and got burned. Lesson learned. Back to D******i I go. BUYERS BEWARE

    You knowingly bought a high performance bat that was advertised as a no warranty bat. In the future you should buy a bat that comes with a warranty just in case something happens.

    Don’t buy anything from this company they are a bunch of scam artists. I ordered a bat end of April/early May and was suppose to arrive early June and it’s almost August and I still haven’t received the bat. Customer service is terrible they don’t initate any updates I’ve had to go out of my way to do that. You would think if I spend $300 on a bat that I would get a little more better service. I’ve called them recently and they don’t answer. Email response is 50/50. Sounds like a sketchy company to me.

    Thank you. I only wish that there was more transparency on what was going on along with receiving updates without having to initiate it on my end (ex. - Me emailing *** and even then she seemed like she didn’t know what was going on as it seemed she made no effort to look into things further.) I use to work in sales/customer service before I entered Healthcare and the Clinical Research World but the lesson for your company is don’t offer something unless you know you can deliver on it and come through. At least update your website what bats are delayed etc. and let your customers know. Not necessarily criticizing but just some friendly advice.

    My daughter uses the Hype and crushes homeruns with it. This is why when we saw the fulcrum reviews we jumped on it. We pre-ordered in January for a bat that we should have received in March. We called in and was told shipment was delayed we will receive the bats in 2 weeks. I called back in 3 weeks later. Oh sorry we are receiving the bats in a few days and we will have them delivered. This has been the story since. Still no knew bat, high school ball over and now over half way through travel for the season and still no bat. Guess we will get a 2023 bat for 2024 at this rate.

    I have to say, my experience with this company has been nothing but great. The truth is, yes they may not respond as fast as major companies but patience with them will pay off and what you give is what you may recieve. These guys arent robots. As stated on their website, pre-orders will ship when stated at purchase and in stock items will ship within the time stated. I believe the people complaining about the wait times are being unrealistic and impatient. This company offers realistic times and are pretty honest, and sometimes people want honesty but cannot handle it. Other than that, monsta offers quality products and their bats performance says it all.

    I am posting this review as a retraction to a review I posted a few days ago and I posted it far too quickly. First off Monsta athletics makes what I would consider the best bat in fast pitch softball in the monsta hype. I think although there response may not be as fast as what you might expect from a large company they will reply in as timely a manner as possible and address any concerns you might have. I can only hope that my review helps somone make a good decision on buying the best bat in the industry and not to expect super fast customer service but to be patient and you will have the best customer experience and highest quality bat in the industry.
