    I have an AKRacing Arctica chair that is only a few years old. The welds in the seat, base and back recently snapped even though I don't use the chair that much. The chair comes with a guaranteed 5 year warranty on all parts. I have been unable to reach AKRacing to get my chair replaced and I have been told by several people in California that their US Warehouse was emptied and the business vanished within the span of a month. Many people online have stated that in the few communications they were able to get from someone at AKRacing, all of them came direct from their Chinese warehouse. It appears that this company has vanished before a majority of their chairs warranties were set to run out and have left consumers holding the proverbial bag, with some being forced to buy another chair out of pocket from another company to replace their broken ones. I have also been told that if I wanted any remedy, I'd need to file a complaint with the AG in California and that I'd also need to start or join a class action against AKRacing in the same state.

    I got the PLUS/max chair under 5 yrs ago first the base went after 1.5 yrs I TIGHEN all bolts/screws and the chair wubbles ba shas for months and the phone ###-###-#### dos enot work anymore......

    i have contacted numerous times the last 3 months with hopes to getting a response about my gaming chair which broke WITHIN A YEAR of getting it replaced already once. i NEED THIS REPLACED ASAP.

    The arm rest on my chair is pulling off. The material is falling apart. Also the Height level is slow go down while sitting. I also believe I'm within the 5 year warrant of this chair. I provided a receipt in the attachment. I still havent heard back from them. They are a shaded business and they should have someone sue them for not getting back to their customer. I'm surprised that they are being like this. I would like a new chair for this inconvenience. Its been 5 months no answer.

    I purchased a AK Racing chair in March 2021. In June 2024 the frame that holds the chair upright broke. The body of the chair is now lying flat on the ground. I contacted AK Racing in June by filing a warranty claim. I received the automated response. I have tried contacting the company by email, the contact form on the website, phone calls, and another warranty claim. All of this over the past 2 months.
    Calling the phone # as of 8/22/24 results in a notice that this is not a valid phone #. Up to the 22nd, I could leave a message that no one responded to.
    I asked the AG office in Ventura County, CA to look into my complaint.
    I am afraid the company has gone out of business.

    I like many others have been trying to contact Akracing for a warranty claim i submitted because my gaming chair i bought from them 4 years ago broke at many weld points without any hard use. There warranty states that that is covered for 5 years under warranty. I have sent e mails also and have no heard back. There phone lines go to a full voicemail box or have been disconnected. I have tried looking at ways to fix myself but it is impossible.

    The chair I purchased from them for $440 sheared on the right side. I sent a ticket in and was told to wait 3 days. It's been over 10 now and no response. After viewing information about this company, I know now that this company is shady. It has removed all phone numbers and will not respond. I want a replacement or refund. It says it has a 5-year warranty. Yet it's not honored. This is typical bait and switch. Promised one thing and given another. Maybe not in item but in service.

    i purchased a chair back in 2018 with a 10 year warranty. the chair's frame completely broke off where it attaches the backrest to the seat. i emailed support about the issue in march/April and within a week they confirmed that it would be covered under warranty after i submitted the proof of purchase. after waiting around a month i emailed them again asking for a update and they apologized that it is taking so long and it would be sent out soon. i then had to give them a follow up email that i moved during all of this and there has been no response to that email. i opened a new email thread and received a email that they will get back to me with no response and now continue to wait to have one.
