    I have regularly attempted to contact them by phone, leaving voicemails, chat tool on their website, and email in regards to request 47975 in their records.
    I have had 0 contact in regards to phone/Voice mails, 0 contact in regards to chat, and no response in three weeks through email.

    Company is being non-responsive in an attempt to replace a broken part or complete chair if necessary.

    I have submitted all information they have asked for including attempted video of the damage of my product.

    All I want is a replacement part or full chair replacement to honor their warranty.

    I purchased an AKRacing Onyx Series Office chair from a local business, Canada Computers, on 10/11/2018. On around 07/01/2023 the metal frame of the seat suddenly broke. According to their website the frame has a MANUFACTURER'S warranty of 10 years, and the rest of the chair for 5 years. Both of which I still within the time of. Upon contacting the company I was told to speak with Canada Computers regarding my warranty. Canada Computers provides a 1 year COMPLIMENTARY warranty and were very confused why AKRacing wanted me to contact them about this. After this my wife and I tried for a month to get into contact with AKRacing with no response. This includes by email and phone. In fact the phone line was always busy, no matter what time of day you tried, of course within stated operating hours. I finally submitted another warranty request this week to try and get a response and explained I had already contacted Canada Computers. Again they simply told me to contact Canada Computers. I explained that at this point I would be under the MANUFACTURER'S warranty. Again they told me that Canada Computers has a Manufacturer's Warranty of 1 year and I need to contact them. Canada Computers warranty is 1 year COMPLIMENTARY and is not a MANUFACTURER'S warranty. They refuse to honour the warranty and fix my chair.

    I would also like to note that I am aware that some they do have special chairs that are sold by certain companies, and that these have special warranties. However, this chair is sold on their website and is not a special model.

    I bought my LX PLUS chair from AKRacings official website for $311 on Aug 5th of 2022. The chair offered a 330lbs supported capacity and a heavy duty metal base. The chair is made solely from plastic and metal frame is nowhere to be found. The business' website holds a toll free number that one can call, but there doesn't seem to be anyone working in house to pick up the phone within their given working hours. I have emailed the company 4 times now and I never get a response back. AKracing is not trying to resolve my issue whatsoever.
