      I am writing to file a complaint against 24 Hour Fitness regarding their failure to honor my membership cancellation and issue a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received any satisfactory response or refund from the company.On February 2nd, I visited the 24 Hour Fitness gym at ********************************************************* to cancel my membership. Per legal advice I took the initiative to capture the interaction for evidence anticipating potential complications in receiving my refund. The front desk ************* me that the cancellation would be processed and that no further charges would be made after my stated renewal date in May.To my surprise, on May 29th, a charge of $299 appeared on my credit card statement. I immediately contacted the gym, but my calls went unanswered. When I finally spoke to a representative on May 31st, I was promised a refund, but no apology was offered. They informed me that it would take up to ************************************ my account.On July 13th, after patiently waiting, I discovered that no refund had been processed. I called 24 Hour Fitness again and was assured that management would contact me, It has now been two days since that conversation, and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at 24 Hour Fitness. This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly disappointing and have only exacerbated my frustration and concern.In light of the aforementioned events, I request your assistance in resolving this matter immediately. -*****************************

      The front desk had no written documents on reservations for classes. They did not know where a member was in the class or not. They said they have to keep the attendance for insurance purposes; no record. Deny access at will and will reason with misunderstanding. This is no customer service at all. The ********************** team needs to more transparent on protocols. This is a disappointment. I did not understand why it is so difficult to handle reservations.

      This facility as well as 24-Hour Fitness Corporate Management operates with no conscience. In January 2020, I was visiting family in ******** and came to this location to swim. The surface around the pool was slick - unlike any other pool surface (24 hour and non 24 hour) I had ever encountered. It was wet and it caused me to slip and fall backwards into the stair area of the pool. My head hit hard and I was knocked out and I woke up underwater at the base of the stairs. I was then told by the facilities manager that he had been warning management for two years that it was a dangerous surface. Fast forward 3 1/2 years, I still have headaches from the concussion, sufferred a stroke ********************************************************************** March of 2020 24-Hour filed for bankruptcy and a Federal Bankruptcy Attorney ruled that any claim (and I was one of 13) prior to their BK filing would be dismissed. When I sent a certified letter to the Coporate Safety Manager, it was intercepted by the **************** Manager who was familiar with my case, recited their incorrectly docmented information and admitted to me that had it occurred after the filing I would have a case. He also refused to release video of the incident because there was one other patron at the pool at the time. (I still do not know what occurred in the fall because I was knocked out so quickly) and when I asked if the dangerous surface of the pool had been corrected, he told me that he was unable to comment on pending cases. So, I am not the only one - I am sorry for anyone else that has experienced injury because of their carelessness, and I hope someone finds a way to make 24 Hour accountable.

      Just got charged WAY more than a regular customer paying month to month (I have a yearly plan).Can't cancel the membership in the website (only page that doesn't load) and can't get through on the phone.

      worst service by the management, and employee attitude at ********* , ***** ***** branch. The wet area has been close for more than two months with out response answer or inform when they are going to open back. When ask, answer are we dont know when and have no available date.

      The basketball gym closure at night due to fights needs to stop. They did not kick out the people fighting and the basketball gym should be open 24 hours like the rest of the gym is. Stop punishing positive action from 99% when a couple idiots want to ruin that.

      Before my 1-year membership expired, I used the 24 Hours Fitness website to cancel my membership. It couldnt find my active account to cancel from. Then in Apr 21, 2023, my bank account was charged $399 for membership auto-renewal. I tried to call customer service. it told me to use their website to contact them. I used their website, theres an online form for contact. Used that, but the Submit button didnt work. Theres no email address for customer service, either. I called the local 24 Hours Fitness in ********* **********. I finally got a real,-***** to help me cancel my membership. I was waiting to get a full refund of $399. But on May 3, 2023, I received a check of $99 from 24 Hours Fitness. Not a full refund. Not fair that I was charge $399-$99=$300 for nothing.

      The front desk denied my access to the group class that I made reservation only because I was late for 5 minutes, but there is no written policy saying that I couldn't go to that class if I am 5 minutes late. They don't respect my membership right at all.

      24 Hour Fitness continues to charge 4 times a month for 2 cancelled memberships. Ive never had 4 memberships but since I tried canceling due to illness they started charging me 4 times. Unresponsive to my inquiries.
