  I've requested that they remove my number from their call list multiple times and I'm still receiving calls. I told them that someone who's name I do not know and have zero relation with signed up and used my phone number and the calls still come in.

  I had a lifetime membership and was a member in good standing for 20 years. Until one day in April (2022) when another member apparently complained to the manager that I was taking pictures of her from across the gym floor (I'm gay, and I wasn't). Didn't matter, they suspended my membership and I had to resolve with the corporate office, by sending a certified letter. That is the only way to contact them, if you call their 800 number it ************** you to your local gym, and they have no authority to resolve issues. I finally heard back in October with a "courtesy letter" reiterating their rules and allowing me to return. However, they never reinstated my contract, despite multiple requests, and eventually it went past the renewal deadline in January 2023. Not sure if this was a way to get a lifetime membership off the books, or cancel culture in action, or just plain incompetence or indifference on the part of the staff, but I would think a professional business would have better processes in place to handle things like this more expeditiously.

  Put simply, they are no longer24-Hour Fitness. The majority of their clubs in Southern ********** are not open 24 hours a day. My home club in ***************, ** is open only until 10pm Monday-Thursday. On the weekends it closes even earlier at 9pm. I understood in the aftermath of ***** but that's no longer an excuse. The gyms are packed in the evening because everyone has to come before the early close time.Shouldn't they have to change their name? They built their business on the foundational principle that the clubs are open 24 Hours. That is no longer the case.I emailed my club's general manager multiple times and never even got a response.

  ********, ** Alameda Pkwy....This place is FILTHY! I mean gross and filthy! I don't think they have ever cleaned their machines or floors in years. The fans are covered with rings of dust and filth so do not turn them on. The machines are old, worn down and need painted. The cable machines you can hardly push up and down to set. Most of the time several of the cardio machines are not working. Good luck finding anyone wiping down their machine after each use, gross! And God forbid someone at the desk greet you when you walk in. This place needs an overhaul badly!***3/1/2023 UPDATE I received a survey directly from 24 hour fitness that ofcourse I gave a very low rating to. I received a response back from the ** of this location stating that they have had turnover in the club and are doing their best to fill in and that is why the club is dirty. Mind you, this was on 2/15/23. I have been there since this was originally posted and still there has been absolutely no clean up of the facility. I see 6-7 people up front standing around and talking and there is not a one of these to spend time cleaning?? Seriously? The picture of the fan that I took has still not been wiped down and it was blowing the other day in the small room. Like seriously it just sickens me that everyone is breathing in the filth. You're trying to tell me that now for over a month you cannot clean this place?? C'mon! I've been going to Planet instead, their facilities are always nice and clean and people wipe down their machines. So pathetic.***4/1/2023 UPDATE Still not a single one of these items have been addressed and every one of these pictures look the same and I have added in even a few more. I have sent the complaint to the corporate headquarters.

  3/20/2023 @ about 10:50 am. Based on previous reviews online about this place being dirty, I decided to get a 3-day pass online before committing. Upon entering the facilities, I walked up to the front desk and was completely ignored by one of the ladies who seemed superior and older. I waited till she was done helping the younger one with a poster. After she left, I told the younger one that I had a 3-day pass. She waited for further information from her superior then asked me if I had been there before. I said yes about 4 years ago with a 90-day pass. She said I could not use my pass. I told her I was concerned about the facility cleanliness as I had read the reviews online. She said the only way I could get in was with a day pass for 25 dollars or a membership. I paid for the day pass as I was not about to commit to a place that could be dirty and disgusting to workout. It was not dirty but I was very disappointed in how they did business. I felt judged as a black woman who was looking for a clean place to workout.

  ********** Location *************************************************************************** *****(Manager) 20minute wait before I was helped -Manager was not aware of any offers online I selected a free pass for this location online to try the facility before signing up to be a member -***** basically told me its only $1 to join 24 hour fitness so if I dont have that NO I CANT USE THE FREE PASS Although Im aware that the location has that option HE DID NOT WANT TO HELP Man who turns away someone who is wanting to join but wants to test the facility out first He did not care was online or to help AFTER I waited 20+ minutes for someone to even help me out Im disappointed, this was my second time coming back and I was ready to sign up today previous workers I spoke with were very helpful and I could tell they cared ***** did not and seemed like he did not want to help member and definitely WAS NOT AWARE of any offers via website and when I tried to tell him about them he cut me off very fast and say ALL PROMOTIONS STOPPED YESTERDAY It really blew my mind how nonchalant he was and to not let me try out the gym smh man its your job to get members and btw THE *** WAS EMPTY SICK MAN LASTLY I AM A REALLY BIG SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH SCALE **** I now rate 24 Hour Fitness 1 Contact Sales After and spoke with a rep named ******* on 3/16 around 4:50 SHE WAS WORST THAN ************ MEAN NO HELP AT ALL MAN, I SICK ABOUT THIS!

  Visited on 03/11/23 The gym is filthy and multiple amenities are unavailable. The pool is closed indefinitely due to ceiling repairs and blocked with caution tape and 2 stacked plastic tables. The classes are being held on the basketball courts. Occasionally people will not realize it's a class and attempt to play while the class is being led. The wet area is disgusting. While sitting in the hot tub with jets running, brown film formed across the top of the water. The benches in the wet area are so caked with dirt. Several empty plastic water bottles are left behind in the steam room. People with sneakers utilize the sauna within the wet area. In the entire duration of my visit, I did not see any maintenance or cleaning staff. I also didn't encounter anyone at the front desk. The equipment it outdated

  Jacuzzi and swimming pool are not clean. My eyes hurt after using the pool. **************** was bad. They did not tell me my account was auto renewal when I signed up the annual membership. I have not been there for a few months, so I forgot what date I signed up. When I called, it was a few days past one year. They already charged me another $299.99. Of course, they will not let me cancel my membership for this year or prorate it.

  Don't go to that place unless you want to get robbed into your lockers,It happen to me a couple of days ago someone broke the lock and stole money etc from my wallet, reviewing other reviews in other platforms I m not the only victim in THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION...in Mission Hills,**********
