      Disgusting **************** at the front desk. Was just Racially profiled against. Made to feel uncomfortable and told to leave. I definitely wont be going back and I WILL NOT recommend to others.

      24 hour fitness in chino off central and ************ the manager has never responded to me. Ive sent several emails regarding the sauna it has mold and its dirty and disgusting. Ive emailed Corporate. No one has responded the service at this location customer

      Complaint to Better Business Bureau Against 24 Hour Fitness Summary:Despite cancelling my membership with 24 Hour Fitness in 2022, the company continued to charge my credit card monthly until December 2024. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, leading me to believe this is part of a predatory business practice targeting customers who have cancelled their memberships.Details:Membership Cancellation:I cancelled my membership with 24 Hour Fitness in 2022, following the guidance provided by their staff. While I no longer have the original contract, I communicated the cancellation as required and expected it to be honored.Unauthorized Charges:Despite the cancellation, 24 Hour Fitness continued to bill my credit card monthly without my consent. These unauthorized charges persisted until December 2024, amounting to nearly two years of payments for services I neither authorized nor used.Repeated Attempts to Resolve:I contacted 24-Hour Fitness management several times to address the unauthorized charges. Each time, I was assured the billing error would be corrected. However, the company continued to charge my account.Impact and Ethical Concerns:These actions have caused financial inconvenience and demonstrate what I believe to be a predatory business practice. By continuing to bill customers after cancellation and disregarding their attempts to resolve the issue, 24 Hour Fitness appears to exploit customers who may not notice or be able to fight these charges.I am requesting:A full refund of all charges to my credit card after my membership cancellation in 2022 through December 2024.An explanation for why my repeated complaints were ignored and evidence of corrective measures to prevent this practice from recurring.An investigation into the companys billing practices, as I believe they may be engaging in unethical behavior to profit from unauthorized charges.

      The bathrooms are horrible. If the janitor isn't on duty the front desk workers will still refuse to clean the restroom area. The restrooms are notoriously dirty everyday. Janitors must clean several locations because this gym stay filthy.

      If I can give zero stars I would. Ive been going to 24hour for years ! And it has just been getting worse. How are people still going to this place, in the conditions that it is? Going in to work out for your health but breathing in mold. I pay over 400$ a year to be smelling mold all over. This is a health violation, and its not just one wall its multiple. I want this issue to be fixed. As a paying customer, If this is not going to get fixed i would like my money back. So unhealthy! **************************************** on the link for proof.

      Wow! It has been months and the Studio where classes are held still does not have working lights or working fans. They said a "fuse blew in the main circuit" and they are trying to get it fixed. So some ceiling tiles are ***** because 24 Hour Fitness was trying to fix the problem. That was months ago. It appears like the management of 24 Hour Fitness or the building owners do not care about people--just the monthly dues they get from us.

      Fraud and misleading contracts. Beware !!! We were sold a family plan with the understanding that it would include 3 members of our family, and the fourth member would be listed as a buddy. Our son attended last week only to be told he would be blocked from attending ever again unless he paid more money because he was not on the family plan. He is listed on the account as I saw it today when I drove to the club to resolve this mess. We are now told that the person who created our contact is gone and that she misrepresented many people, and the contracts are no longer valid. They will not honor any contracts or representations made with ex-employees and it's our responsibility to resolve by canceling the contract and initiating a new one at triple the initiation fees. Today, no manager was available to discuss my issue, and I just walked in with no security. I had to search for an employee. I had to wait multiple times while ****** the 24-hour representative checked in other people and tended to another client who wanted to cancel their membership. I felt like the customers are not a priority, training and customer service are severely lacking. Enter at your own risk. They take no responsibility for their actions. It's the wild west of fitness clubs. Don't not waste your money. You will get taken.

      I have came here for months with no issue. The app stopped letting me log in and the staff wasnt able to fix at the time. Today I show up and the general manager decides to tell me I cant show up without my ID (something I hadnt been told for the past 3 months of going). So I walk home in the rain again, get my id, and come back to try to explain that I cant log in, and need help. Instead of trying to help, she proceeds to try to cancel my membership when I ask for help.The general manager is an absolute power trip. Its clear she has never been held accountable, as you cannot get ahold of anyone above them in corporate or in store when they are in the wrong. Special shoutout to the other staff here who did her job for her and de escalated the situation and helped out instead of just trying to kick me out like she did.I hope anyone in the 24 fitness corporate side reads this and realizes the absolute disgrace of a gym they hired , that clearly hasnt been attitude checked in a long time.

      I have been to many 24 hour fitness centers and this one is by far the worst. Horrible customer service, Unhealthy health conditions, **************** supposed to be a full court gym but been out of service for 3+ months. This location is in a prime location right next to ************ and you would expect it to be highly organized but its not. The bathrooms smell like pee and by the showers and sauna/steam room it smells like sh*t. I am so disgusted that 24 hour fitness corporate doesnt have people answering phones to hear complaints hence why the local gyms like this one has no care in the world to help you other than get paid and scam you out of a membership. How can you run a gym and not offer all of the equipment or amenities that it advertises. I will be filing a complaint with the health department asap and I advise people to complain about management bc management doesnt care neither does the employees. I have called at numerous time including early am or lunch and was told " No managers are there." This is so embarrasing and i hope this one gets new management and lets go everyone that works there. Employees dont even greet you at all.
