      I signed up for a 6 month commitment and they are still charging me after 8 months. Every time I call, they say that I have to go in so they can look up my account due to privacy act? which is weird because when I switched credit cards, the billing department had no problem updating my card info through the phone. They just want your money. Now, I am unable to go in person so no one can look up my account. Good luck trying to reach corporate as well. The automated reply just says to call your local club for questions? Questions that can't be answered. Do not sign up for this expensive gym.

      At the time of purchase back in the early 2000s, I was told if I pay a one time flat rate, after the third year, my annual membership fee would be only $29 for lifetime. I had a bunch of family and friends sign up for the same deal. We were all promised the same deal. But now, they go and raise our annual fee. This is fraud. Not only that, my sister and I are in the same plan and why is her membership renew still $29 but mine is $119? This is discrimination. Is it because I use the gym more often? And my cousin and my other friends membership renew is $79. How do you determine how much each members annual renew is? When we all got the same plan? Does this make a sense? This is FRAUD and DISCRIMINATION! You guys had all of your sale people lie to your customers about the lock-in lifetime $29 annual fee and now you use the contract to state that you have the rights to increase the prices? Where are your morals? This is not how you run a business. And when you call corporate no one wants to respond.

      They signed me up for a 12 month commitment without me knowing and when I tried to cancel they tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee and pay for the remainder of the months. I was told I was only signing up for a month to month agreement for $15.99. The gym is super dirty and the equipment is broken for very long periods of time. Everything is super close together so getting in a workout is very awkward when someone walks past you and bumps you in the middle of a set. I want my contract cancelled worst gym every.

      Horrible gym!! This gym has gone downhill ever since Covid. The machines are always broken nothing ever works. The paper dispensers never have paper. The sprays dont ever work or are broken. I notified the staff multiple times that whats going on? And they are rude and told me that we can cancel if we want. Also they called 24 hour fitness but close at 11pm and open at 6am. I emailed the company 5 times so they can get there act together but never heard back. This place is garbage. I hope they run out of business

      The gym fails to go over the main points of the policies of the contract when you sign ***** their convenience, they do not mention to the new members that they will notify you by email that you will be automatically be renewed and will take your yearly the whole sum $ yearly subscription charge of $300, out of your bank account without giving you a call to ask if you would like to renew your membership.Your home gym, will direct you to corporate, telling you there is no phone number available to contact them, just an email that no one response to.that to me is a tactic they use, because once they take your money they make it hard for you to get it refunded. When you call to request an explanation and refund they will direct you to send an email to a general email that no one looks at, because no one gets back to you.Their restrooms are dirty, the homeless make it their free service, for showers and toilet use.customer service is not very efficient either.This is worse gym, I have ever been to.

      I came in to check the gym set up in *******. The general manager signed me up for 3-day free trial without any notification. A week later, when I decided to try out the gym, he told me I ve passed my free trial period because he signed me up the last time I stopped by. And now he offered us to pay down $25 dollar to try for the next few days. This is ridiculous, he didnt obtain our agreement and registered our information online. Dont got to 24 hour fitness. The 3-day trial is a TOTAL SPAM.

      Awful! The club management has a horrendous attitude. I was part of a lawsuit that 24 Hour Fitness is no longer honoring. Calling corporate never works and redirects you to my local club every time.

      I have a signed CONTRACT with 24 Hour Fitness for $29 per year. They are now attempting to change the fee to $74 without my permission. If they plan on voiding the contract, I expect ALL FEES and the hundreds of dollars spent to receive this contract in which I was forced to be years upfront, for personal training sessions, and more. I have paid without question for over 15 years despite not using the membership every year. This is a breach of contract on 24 Hours end. I expect the contracted price of $29 annually to be honored, or I expect ALL of the money I have paid since this contract was signed to be returned.

      -Machines have been broken FOR YEARS, especially: the elliptical machines and the stair climbers that have exposed circuitry and broken buttons.-The men's bathroom has had only one available stall, again, FOR YEARS. It constantly smells like urine.-Most of the front door staff are unfriendly. The friendly members of the staff end up ********************** room are frequently broken. They like to clean them at Wednesday's at 8A.M., rather than at night when fewer people are there.-Despite advertising a spin class and dedicating a huge room to spin machines, they canceled spin class during COVID and never opened the classes back up.-Many of the seats on the gym equipment are torn -The water fountains haven't been cleaned and are frequently broken -They got rid of towel service (which used to be free) and now it's available....as an up-charge!-The parking lot is filled with broken glass.
