      Regarding Claim PAWP000870 On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, a claim payment from Pawp (for whom Golden State Claim Administrators makes claim payments for) approved my payment for an emergency visit for my ailing service dog, in the amount of $1954.38. This payment was to be made electronically within 3-5 business days, however, I was advised that Golden State Claim Administrators had a computer issue and that a check would go out to me via ***** instead. In speaking with ******* ******** on April 17, 2025, she was unable to advise as to when my payment would be sent and to date, the company has blocked or redirected my emails and phone calls rendering me unable to reach them to resolve this issue. As noted and upon acceptance of my reimbursement payment last Wednesday, April 9, 2025, I was advised that said payment would be sent within 3-5 business days as today is the eight business day, kindly ensure that said payment is sent to my bank today Thursday, April 17, 2025.This payment was supposed to be made electronically to the bank account provided via the Pawp app for Golden State Claims Administrators and I would like to please be advised of this payment immediately.Regrettably, the service of this company to date has been thirdly subpar as such, I am filing this complaint for urgent resolution of this matter today. Thank you for your immediate response and confirmation of payment today and resolving this matter at its present stage.

      The matter has resolved. The check was issued on this matter to the address on file that was provided by the Claimant, which was not current.  When we offered to void and reissue the check, the claimant subsequently confirmed that he retrieved the check from his prior address location.

      Rep ***** ***** | Claims Specialist has fraudently denied my claim even with the photo evidence of the technician doing the damage to my floorings. Claim number TCIC001998 This issue is being reported to several ************ and their company board of director and office of the president of this company. This is unacceptable, fraudulent and needs to be reported. Attached is the evidence of the tech cleaning up his water mess. And the adjuster is aware of this and doesnt want to cover the damage.

      Golden State Adjusters is the third party company in charge of handling my claim against ****************** for a defective roof/damages to my home. The claim was initiated in September by their insured and despite several calls/emails, they have failed to confirm/deny coverage for my loss which occurred in August. The claims adjuster is claiming that they are unable to reach Rod's Construction but after speaking with the state, this should have no bearing on my claim as I have provided ample evidence/documentation so they should be able to assess loss and/or send an adjuster/third party investigator to assess damages which they have failed to do. As it stands, my roof needs to be replaced and I am seeking reimbursement for damages to my home and mold remediation services.

      A claim was filed with golden state because a subcontractor damaged one of our jobs by chipping and cracking patio pavers. I have attached emails between the owner and I showing the owner taking responsibility. I filed a claim November 14th with golden state. I check in with **** my contact every single week and get no response. I have attached our email conversations with his vague replies. It has been 51 days and I have no idea if the claim is approved/denied or when I will receive payment for damage all parties agreed to that happened. I am needing answers I am not getting. I have left messages for his manager and have not received any type of response. I also left a message for his managers secretary and no response. The damage was over $7000.

      This company is a 3rd party company hired by the actual insurance company that covers the contractor who damaged property at my home. The contractor poured 17 yards of concrete around a pool area that wasn't ready and had recently failed inspections. The contractor was terminated & decided to contract out 2 people to come dump the concrete on our property, which resulted in over $15k in damage. It would have caused more damage but we caught them quickly and was able to rent equipment to get a lot of the wet concrete out of the pool and pool system. If we didn't catch them and react so quickly it would have resulted in over $30k of damage to a new pool, new spa and pool and spa pump. The contractor ended up giving me his insurance information once police were called and I filed a claim with his insurance company- JMG **************** ****** ** on 8/1. I followed up the next day and received a response from ********************* on 8/2 that someone would be in touch. After that, I got an email from the current company which is Golden State Claim Adjusters. They asked for pictures and invoices which were sent the same day as the request on 8/7. They claim they were hired by ****** ******************** They claimed to be investigating my claim. After no reply to my emails and calls to *********************, the claims adjuster, I called corporate. I received a call on 8/20 from ********************* stating the wouldn't be covering the damage because it wasn't covered under *********** *********************** plan. I already knew that was false because the policy provided by the contractor said it was covered. Then **** said that they wouldn't cover the damage because they couldn't get ahold of the insured therefore they could validate my claim, even though I sent pics, video and receipts/invoices. After not receiving call backs or responses to emails I finally told the insurance company they are leaving me to choice but to file a compliant here, ********************* said "go ahead I'll just respond to it"

      This is untrue. Ive been sent the policy and the property damage is listed as a covered damage. The insurance company hasnt even done the work to look into the claim. Ask for a copy of the policy. It clearly shows property damage.

      We are asking for replacement of tile work, cost of new tile, labor and refrigerator and freezer door replacement after scratching it.This company is the insurance company of the company we used and they have not responded to us since late April 2023. We have made multiple requests to resolve the claim at hand. *********************** is our adjuster but has not called or emailed us to discuss what and how the is*** is going to be resolved. We are at a point of hiring an attorney to *** for damages to our floor and appliances. We have attached photos of the damage to our floor and appliances.

      If you are reading this-- before you go in contract with a company, reach out to their insurer to verify they are responsive and professional in the event you need to make a claim-- THIS COMPANY IS NOT. I hired ***************** LLC, a general construction contractor for a project and the Golden State Claim Adjusters handle their claims. I contacted the claim the senior claim adjuster, *************************** claim number TCIC000612 with the documentation he requested on Dec. 15, 2022 and followed up several times about the damages of $119,590.00. After 5 months of no responses, I finally received a response on May 3, 2023 saying there were coverage issues that needed to be resolved. The contractor, without permission, and outside of the scope of the contract, negligently and recklessly, ripped down my deck, tore down walls in my house, destroyed the duct work and the siding. I am trying to receive payment for the damages caused. I had to pay out of pocket to fix my house and make it habitable. This company is a fraud and does not respond to customers. What is the point of having insurance if they are unresponsive and do not follow up on claims? This is absolutely absurd and the BBB should not allow this company to continue to mislead customers into believing their contractors have insurance when in fact the insurance company and claim adjusters DO NOTHING.

      I am being forced to use this *************** because they are the adjusters on an insurance claim I have. If I could use "0" stars to rate them I would. So far dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I can't get any return emails from my adjuster (***********************) and when I have tried to reach his 2 supervisors by phone call and email I get no reply. I have been very patient. I have waited over 3 weeks for a reply and nothing. And from all the other reviews I have read both here and on YELP I am not alone, and have a very long road ahead of me just to get a small portion of my repairs reimbursed to me. Welcome to dealing with a ********** company. A very "hinky" company. I don't trust them at all.

      This company sent me a legal jargon letter saying they are not responsible. Not any surprise, just another insurance company getting rich off of people who are paying premiums and then when you need them to assist you they tell you you are not covered. A very crooked company.
