      We cancelled our extremely expensive and inadequate satellite "service" a month ago because our service was horrible. Could barely connect for a year and were told that it's probably our location and/or bad weather. $260 a month! They said they would send *** boxes in 7 days and we would have 60 days to return their equipment at their expense. I asked If I was expected to climb up on the roof to get their equipment down. Their response: if we have to send someone out it will cost $95! Their installation person brought his son with him and he had him climb up on the roof to practice installation. He cut off our electricity to both bathrooms. When I complained, he simply replied, "Well, I guess you will be bathing by candlelight." Most people would've ***d them. I just wanted to get rid of them. We had to pay a buyout fee to end our contract. If this 2nd box I just ordered today doesn't show up in 7 days, and they charge us for the equipment, I will *** them to recuperate any equipment t cost wrongly charged, and the repair cost to restore electricity. I have never dealt with such thieves in my life. They should be put out of business.

      TERRIBLE service. Terrible customer service. Nickel and dimed from beginning to end. Left their trash on my house and refused to uninstall it.

      Went to cancel my service less than 24 hours after my billing cycle and they tell me that I have to pay for a whole Nother month of $115 when they say I have to call or get a hold of the legal department and I cannot get a hold of them. No proration like a good business would do. The service is absolutely horrendous they say you get 75 GB and youre lucky to get 20.

      I cancelled 6 days after new billing cycle began and they refused to credit/refund any of it. That will be 24 days I won't be using this service. I had it for about 1 1/2 years. It was slow and unreliable the entire time, and very overpriced, but was the only internet service available to me at that time. I got upgraded to Fiber Optic Internet, which started today, so when I cancelled, not only did I have to pay to end contract early, they refused to use any unused service as credit toward the early ending of contract. I paid $171.00 every month for the Gold Package and I also was a "preferred customer" never late or missed a payment. They also informed me that I would need to get on the roof and remove the transceiver attached to the satellite to send back along with the modem/wiring otherwise they would charge me an additional $300.00. They did offer to charge me $95.00 to remove the transceiver since I was concerned about having to climb my steep roof, not being a employee of theirs, and having had no training to do that kind of work. This place is a con and they do their customers dirty. They prey on people in rural areas who have no other choice for internet, they promise you the world, but once you're committed in a contract, they stop delivering it. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

      Pretty crappy service once contract runs out, been without service 2 weeks & prior was about a month with touch & go service. However cannot get a technician to house, even when paying the extra for the service. Would not recommend this company to anyone & cannot get a credit for service that wasnt being provided & was on the phone over 45 minutes with being transferred person to person to person, unreal that they can get away with this.

      I got Viasat a week ago and when I was ordering it they repeatedly told me it was unlimited data but thats not the case. After 100gb it stops. I called thinking something was wrong with my service and thats when they told me that my 100gb had been used . Now I have 2 choices. Wait till August ****************************************************** buy more GB till then . I hate being lied to . Stay away from Viasat .

      I bought 10gb extra on July 18 to get us to our cycle date July 20. It's $14.99 for 10gb. 2 times it said payment failed would I like to try again and 2 times I clicked try again well guess what I was charged 3 times but only one was authorized by me and now they refuse to refund or give me the data telling me it's my fault for purchasing online and that I should have called them to purchase ?? WHAT! Her words exactly were "if anytime in the future you need to buy more data, you can contact us and we can process the transaction for you to avoid any kind of errors" end quote. So why do they have the option on their app if they know it's flawed?

      Viasat,Inc is a company that rips customers off. They don't provide the service they claim & they refuse to refund any charges when you cancel the service even when you aren't using the service. It is a company that does not treat customers the way a customer should be treated. I payed my **** on the 16th of July that covers the service until the 15th of August. I don't need the service now because I have a new provider and Viasat refuses to refund my money. This company cannot keep your money for a service you don't need anymore. Something needs to he done to company's that don't treat their customers fairly. Customers should be entitled to their money back for services they don't heed.

      This company charges twice the price I got from another company.I want out ! They said..I will owe $150.00 for nothing That I agreed to their contract ! Really what contract ?
